      Stopped in at mavis on highway, ninety two woodstock, *******, for tire rotation and alignment check was told that my wheel was out of alignment and charged for an alignment. Pseudotech tried alignment only took 5 minutes. Wheels are horribly out of the line now took back three times and told they could not help me. They said they don't provide full service alignment. Strange, because I received full service ************ more than four months ago. This company is a joke. But I should've known better because I had trouble with my first alignment dude who poor training and work ethic from techs. Fortunately for them, there are too many people who don't know any better and will get charged for poor service, no matter what. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Seems to be incredibly high turnover rate for people people working at Mavis. No consistency, if you wanna keep pouring money out for poor quality service, go right ahead.

      Lack of experience and Support:I have done business with this location for over 10 years. Recently they have lost everyone that used to work @ the location and the new people working there are very unprofessional and can't seem to get anything right the first time. I have reached out to *********** to let them know and hope they can get someone in there to run that place and turn it around...

      Went to Mavis to get my brakes fixed. Received new brake pads and rotors. First and second pair of brake pads both wore out within 4 months. Took it to another mechanic who confirmed their were no other mechanical issues to make my brakes wear out so quickly. The brake pads were just cheap and defaulted. Would never go there again! Just happy my family wasn't injured when the brake pads disintegrated both times!

      Tire Kingdom in ****** Fl off of ** 54 I had a 10am appointment Monday morning scheduled and I was called by the assistant manager telling me that they had no open spots available for me to get one tire replaced, he was rude to me on the phone acted like they didnt want to work and said if you call corporate I will tell them we are busy because the earliest they could get me in was Wednesday, long story short after I contacted corporate the gm from this location called me and said they were short staffed due to hurricane ****** and they could get me in that afternoon, I said oh so now you are saying u have availability after I was told you guys were slammed packed until Wednesday, so I called corporate again then I received a phone call from the regional manager **** he informed me that they were short staffed and that the system for appointments was acting up and should have not even let me schedule an appointment but it did I told him and that is not my problem he was rude to me and told me that its called reality and things happen I told him his employees were unprofessional and needs phone experience and customer ********************** experience he didnt say anything and tried to stick up for them, I then said disciplinary action should be taken he said you dont need to tell me what I need to do so I said fine Im done doing business with Tire Kingdom and I will be taking my Business to pep boys because they took me in and had me out of there within a hour even when they were busy, and told him I was going to write a bad review he said go ahead and write your little review I dont care. This is the kind of business you want then go here otherwise stay away go to ******** in ***** off of **** ***** Highway they will treat you with respect and courtesy they not treat you like trash

      i priced a set of 265/70r17 Toyo Open Country ** II tires from Mavis Tire in *******. The quote was $967.89 which included tires, installed, balanced and taxes including Free rotation every 5000 miles. I felt that this was out of line for the total package, so I'm on ********** 4 days a week and stopped in ******** Tire Pros on Chantilly Blvd. and priced the same package that included Road Hazard Warranty for $864.96. That was a no brainer for me plus the service was 2nd to none and they were busier than and auto/tire service I have visited in quite some time. Treated me like family. Definitely shop around before buying.

      Their technician seems to unprofessional. I hope they didn't steal any original parts from my car or break my car.
      Last Friday I went for alignment and it took them 1.5 hours. They might have broken something. As soon as I drive off to the highway, the car began to shake and some warnings appeared.
      I parked the car and call the store. The manager said they had nothing to do with it. And he also said he could take a scan for $150. I responded I would call the police. Then the manager said take the car in and he would check on it.
      I returned to the store. The manager came with a scanner to connect it to the car. 10 to 15 minutes later, he said it was fixed.
      I still felt the car was driving funny, but at least there was no warning signals. I drove home.
      Today on Sunday, I planned to drive somewhere. While I was still driving out of my neighborhood, my car began to shake. This time 2 warning signals appeared. One was to warn me about the stability system and the other was about the pre-collision system.
      I suspect the mechanic broke something in the brake system, while he was doing allignment.
      What could possibly go wrong!? He must be very unexperienced to mess up my car with such a small job.
      I called the store again and another manager of the store told me to bring the car back next Tuesday. Because he said today they didn't have mechanics to do it and he wouldn't be there tomorrow.
      I don't know if I could trust them with my car. Shall I take my car to the dealership?

      I went to the ********* location for an oil change. I have general knowledge of cars but I didn't know my front brakes and rotors were in need of change. I must say the assist manager **** was God sent. He explained to me in terms I can understand the conditions of my rotors and the low density of my brake pads. I left happy and safer than I was when I got there. He was very courteous and professional. I will return there for my car needs and most of all the location is close to home. I have already referred family to go there as well. Thank you ****. Keep educating those of us who truly are just trying to keep our cars up and running.

      During a recent visit to the **** dealership, I discovered uneven wear on the outside of my front tire and confirmed it need for a camber adjustment. They also provided me with a printout of the current alignment. Knowing I needed new tires, I decided to replace the tires and have the alignment performed simultaneously. I visited this Mavis (*** Tire) location ******************** and inquired with the manager on duty about obtaining a printout of the alignment for comparison purposes. The manager confirmed that I would receive the printout. However, upon completion of the work, the manager informed me that their printer wasn't working and could not provide the requested printout. Suspecting deception, I reviewed my dashcam footage and discovered that the new tires were installed, the employee had taken my vehicle for a joyride in the neighborhood, exceeding the speed limit near a school zone. Upon returning my vehicle, he parked it at the front of the building. The vehicle did not receive an alignment service, despite being charged for it. I contacted customer **********************, they assured me the regional manager would review the video footage in the store. The following day, I visited the Mavis location at *******************, where the same issue occurred. I asked for a printout recieved nothing and an employee took my car for another joyride, returned it to the bay where they work on the cars, walked away from my car then returned after a few minutes then drove it to the front of the building. When i checked the dashcam footage he did absolutely nothing to my car.The regional manager contacted the *** tire store, and the manager at the store called me to request my presence to complete the alignment which he admitted was not done. However, I declined the service due to a complete loss of trust in the establishment. It is uncertain what damage could have been inflicted on my vehicle after this conflict. I will never take my car to those locations ever again.

      I took my 2023 sprinter to get brand new tires at Mavis tires in ********* Ny they put it on the lift and,damage the bottom of my Van. I've been waiting for almost 3 months to get my Van fixed. I did the foot work and got them 3. Estimates and still I am here waiting. People of the world do not go to Mavis tires, to get your tires. They will damage your vehicle.

      I stopped by today for the first time because I was told I would be able to get my battery fixed here. My car instantly got worked on and the wait time wasnt even that long ! **** helped me out today and was amazing ! I felt like I understood everything that he was saying to me about my car he was very polite and professional Im glad I was able to get help from **** today !! I Will definitely be coming back
