      I will never ever consider Mavis Tires and Brakes for ANY type of service...EVER AGAIN. They are permanently BLACKLISTED!! This is the ****** review for that visit:I made an appointment at the ************************************************************************** location on April 3, 2025....and I will never return again. I came in for a rotation and balance. That's it. ****** was excellent. His boss, however, needs to be trained in customer **********************. I have NEVER been to a shop for service, where the manager comes to me, introducing himself as the "big boss". This so-called "big boss" starts telling me my car needed some repairs. Once I decline, he starts trying to convince me by telling me about other customer's cars and their consequences. I gave this man more respect than he gave me. He interrupted me, over 4 times. I couldn't even get a word out. He gave me my key, with no paperwork to prove I was there or what was done. I had to ASK for my maintenance record, which is supposed to be given without asking. How do you royally s**** up a potential sale? Talk to the customer like they are c*** when no one can witness it. He literally put ***** nails in the coffin with his pnuematic-gunned mouth, rudeness and unprofessionalism. **** big boss man", you have a lot of growing up to do. Thanks for confirming that I should NEVER come to Mavis...for anything else. You just gave business to your competitors. Have a great day!????There is no official record on the BBB website for this location and I can understand why. No one should be harrassed, bullied, or talked over when explaining that THEY DO NOT WANT TO HAVE THEIR CAR SERVICED!! No one should have to ASK FOR THEIR MAINTENANCE RECORD when receiving service. I didn't get it because I told the rude manager had the worst customer ********************** skills and had no business being a manager treating people with utter disrespect, just because someone declines to have work done on their vehicle. I paid for my car..not this snide, low-classed manager.

      Naples Fl ***** Tammai trail south ***** and ***** are very honest understand and speak fluent English The store is extremely busy that happens due to the fact they are Honest and unlike Tire Plus whom trys to sell you parts that you do not need.If fact ***** ***** try to save you money .I hope Mavis Tires New owner of Tire Kingdom does not ruin this trust worthy company by turning Mechs into sales people via commission on parts as TP does.From tires.. AC shotage .structs .Shocks .wheel bearing. battery discharging .issues .***** ***** has saved me thouands plus on my Old Saab. I do try to drop off my car and pick it up a day or two later due to a lot of short temper demanding customers. Whom doesn't understand good work takes time it's not a 15 min oil lube TK does a lot more that just tires .TK south is busy because they are good very good.

      in January 2024, ***** ********* bought for Mavis tires for her Dodge vehicle. One year later two of the back tires were completely without tread , as the tread was coming off. There was no hard or aggressive driving just natural road wear and tear. When she arrived at the tire store to get the two back tires still under warranty replaced they refused the warranty. As she is a first responder, she had to have those tires and went ahead and bought them. We have called the Mavis store and the headquarters many times, emailed and even texted. Asking for the warranty to cover the two tires. We never even got a response. This situation has been going on since January 2025. I have left messages for the CEO Mr. ******* and have never even got a response. I have spoken to some of the associates at Mavis and they promised to pass on the information on to higher management, bosses , etc. Whether they did that or not I do not know. But we never heard back from anyone. We have numerous emails and calls to verify the situation. All ***** ********* is looking for is for them to fulfill the promised warranty of the two back tires.

      I brought my car in for 4 new tires on 3.27.25 and asked for an alignment with the purchase. I was told they will inspect to see if I need an alignment. A couple of hours later, they called back and said my CV axle had grease around it. It wasn't terrible and could be driven for a while longer (according to the mechanic), but they could replace it for a reasonable price since it was already on the lift. That's where the trouble started. They broke two tire lug nuts and a bolt to the control arm of the CV axle. It is now Saturday, 3.29.25, and I am told they cannot move forward because they don't have the tool to fix the job. I am BEYOND upset. What kind of shop offers to do a job without the correct tools? If you do not have the equipment or skill to complete a job, then don't offer to do it. Further, if they don't even have the tools to complete the job, will it even be done correctly, or am I going to have problems from now on?! I am self-employed, and every day I am without my vehicle, I am losing money.I shouldn't have to pay for a job that your store is incapable of completing and that I NEVER should have suggested they take on. I only came in for tires and an alignment, not to be without a vehicle for 3+ days and to lose income needed to support my family.Update: It is now 6:16 p.m. on Saturday, 3.29.25. I stopped by to see if my car is complete. The wheels are on, but my brakes don't work during a test drive because the mechanic said they had to replace my brake and a sensor they broke -- on the same side as the CV axle repair. My brakes were fine when I drove in here, why don't they work now?? My ABS does not work -- warning lights are going off on the dash, and I have to pump my brakes twice to get them to stop. You all MESSED MY CAR UP! If you do not possess the skills or tools to complete a job, send the customer elsewhere.I will be leaving the car here until it is fixed, and will seek legal action.

      I bought my 2012 ****** in for inspection in October 2024. They stated we needed $1400+ work to pass. They got us for new tires, wipers, calipers, brake pads, and more. One month later we brought it to a local mechanic as the muffler was loose. He stated Mavis should not have passed this vehicle for inspection. We brought it to another shop for a second opinion. We were told to take it off the road asap! The frame was rusted so bad it was like a ****** cracker ready to crumble. How can you pass the vehicle when it is 100% unsafe?! Greed and money. Do not use this company. I have been a customer for years and feel this is unacceptable. You put my family's life at risk for money. I contacted the company and they would only look at the vehicle if I left it there with them. Yea ok. Vehicle Owners beware, this company should close for good.

      Today I went to Mavis in ********************. Or a simple New York stand inspection I was told that I needed rotors. I had recently changed my brakes and knew that the rotors were imperfect condition so I declined to have the work done. The mechanic actually came out and argued with me. When I called the corporate office they quoted that it was for the Safety of other people on the road. I went home and immediately fold my tires off and checked my rotors they were in perfect condition with no issues that would warrant them to be changed if I could've given less than one Star I would've not only is this company unscrupulous they are just out to make money on things the average every day person might not even know they don't need.

      While my front brakes were being replaced at a competitors shop, they pointed out that my rear rotors were heavily scored and needed attention. The rears were less than a year old and done by Mavis, so I took the car back to Mavis for warranty work (1 year warranty). The manager agreed to replace the rotors, then spoke to his district manager and tried to backtrack and said it was normal wear! Then he charged me for the labor to replace the promised rotors. This bamboozling of customers has to stop!

      Mavis has gotten a bad rap due to issues with the company. However, there are some amazing locations with attentive and caring staff who want to earn your business! ******** and ****** at the ***************** location in ******, ******* are fabulous! Exceptional customer **********************. Compassionate about the community. Great work. All at a fair price. I have been going to this particular location for the past two years (brakes, shocks, struts, alternator, alignment, tune-ups, etc.) and they always outperform. Please check this location out if you are in the ****** area. Or if you live farther out and can't find a reliable mechanic near you, the ******************************** will be worth the drive.

      If I could give 0 I would. ******** has no business working at this facility. I walked in and this woman was literally sleeping.. for 15 minutes. I thought she was a customer waiting until she finally roused from her slumber and asked me if Ive been helped. I was absolutely floored. Then I sat for 45 minutes and decided to leave when nothing was being done to my vehicle. 2 hours later they call my husband and inform him that the tire cant be fixed because the s**** was in the side wall. Its not in the sidewall, its in the tread. Multiple times I tried to get more information and she interrupted me, even laughed at me and said I think its funny people take it out on me when its really not related. She is completely delusional and argumentative. DO NOT go to this facility.

      I always go to Mavis on ************ in **********, **. The guys are always friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. The prices are so much better than going to the dealership. I wouldnt trust any other place with my *****. I am definitely a satisfied customer and will continue to use **********************!!!!
