      BUYER BEWARE - Mavis Tire in *******!Last week, we took our car over to have a leak in a tire repaired. 4 hours and $42.39 later we thought the tire was fixed. However, the tire kept leaking as the sensor showed a loss of pressure. We decided it was time to get new tires. Yesterday, we replaced all 4 tires and asked to see the tire we paid to have repaired. The nail was still in the tire and there was no patch or plug anywhere! We were charged for service they failed to perform! Not to mention the safety risk of a faulty tire!They did refund our money but we will NEVER do business there again!

      Was charged $1066 for front brakes all I needed were break pads they told me I need brakes rotors and calibers instead of the $454 plus tax I ended up paying $1066 I think its because Im elderly and a woman they took advantage of me they also told me I have 20% left on my rear brakes but I would need breaks and rotors on the rear also WHY ? Rotors are cast iron I have 20% brake pads left so why do I also need rotors

      Went to Mavis today 3/17/2025 around 9:30 am for a low tire pressure light, likely something in my right front tire. Was told it be an hour to fix. It took 2 hours and 7 minutes (for a patch) and $31.94. Several others came in AFTER I arrived and were taken care of right away. Only two really young boys working on cars, two others were standing around watching. On my way out, a gentleman returned that had been in earlier complaining. I was going to get a quote for four new tires, but I'll look somewhere else. Not impressed!

      I went here for tires because I heard great things about the business. I have to say I wont be going back there again. I was asked if I wanted an alignment and I said yes do what I signed up for. An hour later I find out that my bill more than doubled because I requested an alignment. Very sneaky very suspect!

      Came in for an oil change. They suggested new tie rods (the car has the originals at 140k miles so I agreed.) The steering became erratic, unsafe to drive. I return, explain the issue, and was told by the front desk that I needed new tie rods, the current ones were destroyed. I explain that I just had them replaced here and was told there was no way that was possible. Then after following the clerk to the garage, was told they were replaced but defective. Then they ordered the wrong replacement parts and installed them. Problem unsurprisingly persisted. Back again and I've been waiting an hour and a half longer than they'd said (roughly 6 hours more total than they estimated.) Emailed customer ********************** and got a generic reply that said they'd address the issue (a week ago) with no follow up.

      I went in for a simple tire check and the next thing I knew my wheels were off and the next thing I knew I was getting a bill for over $2500.00 for work I didnt approve. They held my car for over and hour while the workers ate lunch and listened to rap music. I will never take my car back to this place ever again!!!!!!! This is a place I would never go back to.

      I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE STAY AWAY!********, ******* WORST OF THE WORST!! AWFUL, DISGUSTING & HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE VERY INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES (Especially ****** ****** Jr.)NASTY ATTITUDES THE MANAGER IS SAD IN EVERY FACET OF LIFE.SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY

      National ************** in **********, ** took full advantage of my daughter, clearly knowing that she didn't understand cars. She had an appointment at noon, and she waited well over an hour before they even took her car. She explained to them that she had a funeral to go to and they didn't care. Her appointment was for a free tire rotation, oil change and put lights bulbs in her car. This place charged her $262.68 for this!! How in the world does an OIL CHANGE AND REPLACE LIGHT BULBS COST $262.68!!!! She doesn't even make that amount of money in a day and a half of work! This place purposely took advantage of a Protected Class, a woman, and basically robber her of this money. I called the manager ****, and his response to me was, "Well, we have to make money too." Seriously! This place is CROOKED! She deserves her money returned to her.

      I took my **** sedan in for a tune-up, they quoted me a price of over $1800.00. An older lady came in because of her battery, they charged her over $300 to replace it. My mother brought her car in because she couldn't get the trunk to open, they charged her $500.Before you take your car to these people shop around. Even a dealership does not charge almost $2,000 for a Tune-up

      This place is horrendous. Went in for new pads, left with $4,500+ in damages caused by their negligence.The manager ***** was trying to pull a quick scam and the Regional manager ****** is somehow even more slimy. These guys are horrible, stay as far away as possible.
