  **** and **** are competent, informative and helpful. They could have replaced all the tires. But just 2 were necessary. I would not have known.

  I bought my 2013 ******** gl 450 for the things the ******** dealership showed me via message (video). My driver side axle , front brakes and rotors , my two rear linkages that I applied for help paying thru flex shopper , which bought my total up to **** when I am done paying for it . Only to find out that only the brake sensors and rotors were ordered Then upon further investigation by staff on Wednesday ,May 17 2023 that most of the parts numbers are Identical.. which means nothing was actually done , and theres a major fraud within that branch so now Im left with a bill from flex shopper for work that was never done

  My Experience at Mavis Tire on *********, ******** **, I was greeted when I walked in the door by a Professional Courteous Salesperson, he gave me the options of the different tires that would be Best for My Truck for Handling and Performance and Price. Being I got there late in the afternoon, I made appointment for the very next day and was in and out and I 1/2 hrs. I encourage any of My Family or Friends, if you **************** Change, Tires or Alignment.......Come Visit Mavis Tire, You wont be Dissappointed

  If I could have given a negative 5, I would Have. Don't. Go there! They are not honest or trustworthy. They told me 3 different prices. And they would not honor the previous quotes they told me. They never gave me a quote in writing so I couldn't prove it. I called the corporate office and they refused to even call me back to discuss my issues. Don't ever go here. I went to another car shop and he said the didnt give me ************* like they said. I knew they were scheming, when they saw me come in.I pd ******* that I didn't have. Had I been quoted that in the beginning I would have never left my car there. And they paid to have my negative review removed from ****** reviews.

  Mechanics take 0 responsibility for their mistakes, even if their mistakes can cause you your life or other serious problems. Will never go here again and would recommend no one to go there.. They messed up my rear coupler by not putting on all four of the same tires they the right size but different tread . Had 4 mechanics look at it all said the same thing . 7 days now nothing to get fixed

  Beware Mavis located on *******************, ********** ** sold old tires to me when I paid for 4 new tires! Check the dates on your tires when you pay for new tires. I paid S1.2K for four new tires only for this Mavis located on *******************, **********, ** to put two new tires on the front and two old tires on the back of my car! One tire was two years old and the other tire was a year old. I called Mavis, ******* and talked to ****** and I also talked to the Regional Manager ***************************** and both told me they are allowed to sell tires that are 6years old! I told them tires can dry rot and I told both that I paid for 4 new tires and I fully expect to receive 4 new tires. I also told ****** and ***** they can not sell old tires without informing customers and discounting the tires. Otherwise it is deceptive practices to sell old tires at new tire prices. ****** finally removed the old tires and put on two new tires but ****** had a ugly demeanor the entire time. The nerve of ****** to have an attitude with a me because I paid $1.2K for new tires and expected to receive 4 new tires on my car!! The Regional Manager, ***************************** never agreed to remove the old tires. He continued to tell me he can sell tires that are 6 years old!!! My issue is resolved because I finally received 4 new tires what I paid for but I'm reported it here to warn others.

  I called the corporate office and filed a complaint about my recent negative experience at a local franchise. I was provided a case number and told someone at corporate will follow up within 72 hrs. However, no one has followed up and no solution has been proposed.

  I went to Mavis tire in ***************** today, was so impressed by there kindness service!! I told them I need new brakes and my mechanic cant get it in for a week! Took me right there. I was surprised to say the least!! They were so great I cannot say enough kind things. I have my car as some of you know my only transportation, I so rely heavily on it! I was in and out! Please Im telling you go to Mavis tire in *****************!! They are simply amazing!!!

  NTB store location on ********************************************************************************* ***** Run from NTB and their leadership. District Manager ***** would not return my call after 3 requests on ****, ****, and ****. I spoke with Manager ***** on two of the occasions. My wife experienced a flat tire on **** and drove to NTB. Associate **** told her the tire was ruined and could not be fixed because the object was on the sidewall. **** tried to sell her a new tire. When rejected, Read put the spare on. I took the tire to Discount Tire because it was under warranty. I witnessed the object in the tire. It was not on the sidewall! It was clearly 3-4 inches from the edge of the tire and was easily repaired. There was no other damage to the tire. Associate Read should be terminated. The unethical practice and low image of NTB and the lack of professional service in not returning my calls will be stated on social media for others to learn. The agent knew my wife was in a predicament and tried to take advantage of her. Dishonest company and employee.Finally spoke with the Distr. Mgr on 5-9-23. He did not take my concern seriously and never apologized for his staffs unethical practice. He actually stated that he did not care when I offered to send a picture proving the tire was not damaged anywhere close to the sidewall. I have communicated all this to the NTB ******************************* The District Manager, who is over at least 13 store locations, should be sent to "white glove" training or be terminated for refusing to care.
