      I went on Mavis' web site Friday morning on 5/5/23. It let me make an appointment for 1:00 pm Friday afternoon to have new tires put on. When I arrived they put my truck on the rack and pulled 2 of the wheels and removed the tires from them, then the guy comes in and says the tires won't be here until Saturday at 12:30. Made an appointment for 5/6/23 at 1:00 pm and when I arrived they said the tires were not there and they didn't know when they would be there. I made an appointment for Monday at ***** am. Arrived and they took my truck put on new tires and changed one of the sensors. When I left my truck was fish tailing and when I got to my office I checked the wheels and the lug nuts on left rear wheel were only screwed on a couple of threads and the tire warning light was still flashing. They offered me no discount! This is the Mavis on ***************. ******, **. These guys are very unprofessional! They also left off the Valve stem caps. Do not ever take your vehicle to them! I'm choosing 1 star because there are no negative stars.

      While driving home to ************* from *******, our left rear tire began to lose air as we approached *********************** in the dark. The next morning the tire was flat in the hotel parking lot. I read the local tire shop reviews, pumped up the tire and limped to Mavis Discount Tire on ******************* in ***********************. We were two septuagenarians 360 miles from home in an area where we knew no one. I arrived at Mavis at **** as they opened and told ******, the Manager, my sad story. He had my car brought in at ****, discovered a nail in the tire, repaired it and had it back out fixed at ****, 20 minutes in total. When I went to pay he refused payment, saying that I had suffered enough inconvenience and he just wanted to get ** back on the road. I tried to tip him and he likewise refused. This Manager, ******, and the *********************** Mavis Discount Tire have renewed my faith in humanity. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

      Ordered tires to match front of truck and they installed a different tire . Call customer ********************** and explain situation and was told someone would get back in touch with me right away and have not heard from anyone.

      Stay far clear of this place!! They openly lie to you and make no attempts at even the slightest apology. They changed my oil and didnt s**** in the oil plug. 20 miles away and all my oil is draining out. I call them and they say well, if you come back we will tighten and refill it. So I have to drive 20 miles now with no oil? I got tire alignment and rotation. They never rotated the tires. I know because I have a missing hubcap and it was never moved and the lugs were never touched. Their response? Drive back and we will rotate them (meanwhile it took them 5 hours to do it). I was told my struts need replacement ($1800). Now Im getting a 2nd opinion. This place does nothing but lie and deceive. Never going back and im going to look into further matters as far as customers being lied to. Im sure im not the only one.

      As long as the sprk plug regional manager is present, I wouldnt recommend bringing your vehicle to any Mavis in south *********. They dont hire qualified or quality employees, and an absolute TOXIC work environment is promoted clear as day reviews/numbers next to other regions tell that story though.. hopefully Mavis will make the right decision on the regional manager position soon

      I was told by a dealership I need breaks and rotors. I took my jeep to tire kingdom for a second opinion and was told I do not need anything. Thank you for your honesty

      Never ever take your car to MAVIS PERIOD. Especially the one in Middletown on ****** or Milford on Strand St. On 8/17/22 I went to Mavis in Milford and paid for a brake flush. I sat and waited for about 2 hours before I walked in and said how much longer will this take. They told me not too much longer and I saw them put the car on a lift for 10 minutes and tell me the car was done. At that moment I felt that was super quick for a flush but I accepted the car. Recently my personal mechanic took a look at the car and told me the brake fluid was absolutely filthy and never been changed. Its possible what Mavis in Milford did was **** the fluid out of the cylinder then filled brand new fluid but they never bled the brakes and actually flushed the lines so basically no work was done that day. On June 28th 2022 I got brand new tires from Mavis in Middletown on ******. Wheel alignment and balancing. On Jan 19th ******************************************************************************************************************************************** myself. After checking the tire I saw the wheel wasnt aligned because you can see the thread from wear. I brought it in to Mavis in Middletown and they immediately said oh it wasnt aligned. Where did you get it done? I said here. Immediately they started popping up random excuses. Oh you are supposed to get an alignment every 3-4 months and you could have had front end damage to cause it to shift. You guys looked at the car and didnt see any and aligned this. Obviously it wasnt done correctly. FYI on November 18th 2022 I went to Mavis in Milford for an oil change and they saw the truck and didnt mention no damage. They didnt even mention the inside of the thread coming out the tire because this didnt take 5 days to happen. Mavis in Middletown refused to accept that it was their issue and told me the front 2 tires needed to be replaced due to the thread coming out and a bad wheel bearing. I went ahead and paid them.

      TLDR: DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON -- ISSUES STILL UNRESOLVED - NO STARS Mechanics did oil change incorrectly which went unnoticed. This negligence lead to the engine being damaged beyond repair. Engine was replaced by Mavis but in process, destroyed two harnesses and caused corrosion to fuse/wire box. Continual disregard, disrespect, and unreturned calls after "you have my word, we'll get this fixed" from Mavis at all levels.
