      I brought my vehicle in to get new tires installed. Got my car back with two damaged rims on the passenger side. They let me take my vehicle out of their property without telling it was damaged. I didn't notice until I had to put my child in the car (on the damaged side) on the following Monday. I immediately called and the manager (*****) who was so rude and completely dismissed my concerns immediately. He told me the vehicle was already like that when I brought it in! Then, continued to tell me to "calm down because HE had a bad weekend and he couldn't handle my frustration" Took zero accountability or an ounce of cosern. I called the corporate office and spoke to his boss ** and he pretended to care for about 2 days. Once I asked him to show me the video of my vehicle (and the supposed damaged it already had prior to them taking my vehicle) he flipped the script and refused to show me the video of the camera that was pointing directly at my car to where we could have seen said damaged. He told me I needed to get a subpoena in order to see the video. When I called corporate again and told them I would *** he texted me and said he would show me the video on his phone. A very pixilated, low grade version of the video where you don't see any detail of the damage but "it was my call". He said the only good quality video is at the store where I took my car. So he made the decision to dismiss my is*** based on a low quality video he received because he did not go to the store. Not to anyone's knowledge. 3 weeks have gone by and he now will not speak to me. The complaint department is only useful for updating information and nothing else. They know nothing that's going on outside of what the client tells them when they call. This company is a complete joke and huge theives. DO NOT USE THEIR BUSINESS. You'll be risking your property and wasting your time. Appointing better management and people who actually care for their clients would he a good start for them.

      This place sucks! I got ripped off on my brakes that did not need new rotors. After one day my caliper froze and ruins pads and rotor. I have lived in ********** ** for 25 years. My name is *****************************. Warn your family and friends. These people have no idea what they are doing!

      I had a great experience buying tires at the Mavis location on ****************. ***** assisted me with the selection of tires, he fit me in 2 hours before closing with a smile on his face, I never felt like I was putting them out with my immediate need of service. Unlike, the way I felt leaving the dealership I actually purchased my vehicle with just minutes before popping in to try Mavis for the first time. I highly recommend this location. ***** deserves a raise for his welcoming, can-do attitude!

      I was overcharged for tire. In store prices are different than online. The manager ***** wanted to fight with me because I was arguing about the price difference. The worker that actually worked on my car was too busy on his phone instead of working on my car. Very rude and unprofessional. The tire was also manufactured two years ago so be careful because they are selling older tires even though they are new the older tires can blow out on you depending on they were stored. I had the warranty on the tire so to chump up the price they increased the tire price. Run from any Mavis work

      My son brought his car to Mavis to get an inspection and 2 tires replaced, The mechanics who serviced the vehicle did not put all the lug nuts back onto the vehicle before he left. How do you let a vehicle leave knowing how unsafe that is. When the mechanic was confronted the next day he stated he couldn't find them all and put back what he had.

      They lie, cheat and stole money the management are rude, and unprofessional, ****** the tire installers, cant call them technicians, because theyre incompetent, Ill explain further into this. Location of this particular store is ********************************************************************. STORE # **** Purchased a set of tires (4) for my 2008 ***** odyssey, they overcharged, and did NOT complete my request for repairs. They had a $50 mail in rebate with purchase of any 4 tires. When I asked the sales person about that, he replied, we take that off the price of the tires seriously, A MAIL IN REBATETold them that I wanted all 4 valve stems replaced, never happens they tried to keep my 2 decent tires that I told them I wanted back, they had already marked them for used tire sales. I took those 2 with me after getting the run arounds on to where they had put them, and they STILL CHARGED A $14 RECYCLING FEE now, mind you, they thought they was going to keep and resell them. Used tires in threes condition are selling for average of $40 each. They charged for doing a 20 inch rim when in fact mine are only ********************************************************************************* I went back immediately and the installer and myself go for a ride he drives MY VAN WITH ME NEXT TO HIM like he was on a race track. Anyways, he proceeded to tell me its the stick on weights rubbing and that they would where down and the noise would stop WOW I went home and removed the tire and found stuck on weights DOUBLE STACKED rubbing on the backing plate for the brakes..this took place in January and Im still upset knowing that Im NOT the only one they cheat, lie and steal from. And that they are allowed to continue this way People stay away from this location MAVIS TIRE *************************************************************************

      I called to get a price on a replacement run-flat tire for my wife. ****, the manager, gave me a quote and I thought it to be quite expensive. I told him I was just going to buy a tire from ********* and to his credit he tried to price match them but could not. He did mention that I could ship the tire to him and he would install it...I took this option and made an appointment for 10am two days later. The following day, I called to confirm the appointment as my wife was going to the store by herself and wanted to make sure there were not hiccups (once again I spoke to the manager **** to make the appointment). On the day of the job, my wife arrived promptly at 10am to have the ONE tire installed.... to my surprise she was there 1 and 1/2 hours for a 15 minute job that she had an appointment for. Upon her arrival, **** the manager said they had no record of her appointment and they would "squeeze her in". Once again, keep in mind that this is to install only one tire which should take no more than 15 minutes and you don't even have to put the car on the rack. Needless to say, once my wife told me of her negative experience in spending 1 and 1/2 hours getting one tire installed i called **** the manager. Upon getting him on the phone, he said that he did not have an appointment for my wife and had no idea who I was! We had two telephone conversations prior to the appointment which lasted at least a total of 15 minutes! We were having one run-flat tire installed and I made the appointment with him directly. He was quite smug to me and acted like he did us a favor by being able to install the tire (remember, I had a 10am appointment and my wife didn't leave until 11:30). Finally, when my wife did get home, she had to scrub all of the grease and fingerprints off of her wheel as the tire installer didn't take any care to clean off his mess. I have been doing business with Tire Kingdom for years and years and i will NE TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!

      Yesterday late morning my right rear tire picked up a nail. I drove to their ******* service place. I went in told the young man what I needed. They took my car right in and fixed the tire. They were very polite and friendly.

      Had a *** Inspection done at **************************************** the *** Licensed Inspector removed the wheels and then spent an hour doing something else. When he finally got to my car he tried to sell me new brake pads and rotors that I changed 500 Miles ago with brand new pads and rotors. The shop manager confirmed there was nothing wrong with the brakes. He then decided that the rear wiper was a reason to fail the inspection; which has nothing to do with the inspection. Not even sure if he rotated the Tires as requested. After 3 Hours at this shop, I left and went to my neighborhood ** Station and they completely inspected the Car and it passed with nothing noted. **** is a FRAUD and this shop should be carefully questioned about any recommended repairs, and request all parts changed be held for you to look at as brake pads are either worn out or they are good, there is no in between, same for shocks and struts. Battery Check ask for a printout from the computer that was used, no report, go to Autozone or another parts supplier that offers a free battery check and printout of the battery condition. Used to really like Mavis, after this experience the only thing I will go there for is Tires which they do well with, repairs BEWARE of the Rudies of the Mavis World!

      Took my car in for a simple oil change, was told I need a tire rotation $10 more. Agreed to it. Got presented with a paper stating I need work done for $1300 (ball joints, arms etc) Took my car elsewhere and vola - car is fine! Tire rotation was not done by brake plus. Never again. Rather pay more but have my car maintained correctly.
