      Mechanics take 0 responsibility for their mistakes, even if their mistakes can cause you your life or other serious problems. Will never go here again and would recommend no one to go there.

      Absolutely the most unreliable business Ive ever taken my vehicle to. I dropped it off two days ago to simply get new pads rotors and also a new section of brake line. Really simple job especially for a place that advertises brake service. I was told it couldnt be finished until the next morning. Ok no big deal the next day comes ** then told it cant be finished until today ok whatever definitely a major inconvenience what still whatever its only two days. Now today I get a call that the mechanic isnt working today and they dont have a single other person working that is capable of doing this simple job. What? How I dont understand how this is even possible but thats what they said. I now desperately need my vehicle back so I said Ill come pick it up if you cant do it and take it somewhere else. But they told me thats not even possible because it was disassembled yesterday and left in pieces by the mechanic who knew he wasnt working today and no one else is capable of reassembling it. So I then suggested they call another store cuz theres about 15 others in my area that are within 30 mins driving and have someone with a brain come complete the job. But no they cant do that they need those mechanics at the other stores cuz there is probably only 1 on staff that has a brain at each one. This is a horribly organized business. If this job was gonna take them 4 days to complete I would of never taken my vehicle there in the first place. But they promised it would be complete in less then 24 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. I suggest you never bring your vehicle to this company.

      Anyone going to MAVIS DISCOUNT TIRES in ********* ******** * ******* should BEWARE! I brought my car in for a flat which they repaired just fine but also recommended 4 new struts as they were rusted and leaking. They even had a sale buy 3 get one free, what a coincidence. I immediately brought my car to Toyota (had it serviced there 4 weeks prior) and they saw no problems with the struts or anything else on my 2016 90k mile camry. Oh, and they charged me a whopping $0.00! Highly recommend ******** ****** and NEVER EVER GO TO MAVIS!

      Mavis Tire, *******, **. Unacceptable service. 1/18/2023 purchased 4 new tires. Rear driver side tire found to be mounted backwards(tire labeled face inward) Returned several days later. Told that the tire was reversed and properly mounted. Next few days the car again did not run smoothly. Upon inspection , the tire HAD NOT BEEN properly mounted yet again. On the 23rd I returned the car again. Mechanic did not know what needed to be fixed, I showed him the tire label. Requested a refund. Do not want any more business with Mavis. Numerous calls to customer ********************** directed me to ****. **** has no boss. The last word. No refund, no compensation unless he sees the tires .I do not have any faith in this company or their service. I simply request a refund.

      I've had 3 interactions with Mavis tire.....and all 3 have been bad..... I was quoted a price for tires 2 years ago which ended up being 2 and 1/2 times the cost that I bought them for. And this was just tire cost...no mount.no balance....so no deal........ next time I went to Mavis tire..was for an inspection..and I always change my oil and wiper blades before hand. The tech brought me into the shop to show me the wiper was ripped.....sorry....not true....he ripped it..The latest incident was 2 days ago...my daughter blew a caliper after a quick stop....We all know prices of parts nowadays and I do most of my own work.. so when a quote came in it was ridiculous.. 4 times the price...Mavis Tire should be out of business and I hope more come forward to voice they're concerns

      I had car ?? oil change done by the store at *************** in ************* store. They did tire rotation. After the service I am seeing oil drops in my garage where it is parked. Also, the car front is bouncing a lot. I took car to store and was told that the oil pan and engine head gasket are leaking. I had a simple question - what happened in the store at that day that I am seeing these two issues all of sudden. No answer... *********** and they damaged the car so they can do repairs and make money. Really pathetic store and go there at your risk for fraudulent repairs.

After looking into your concern. it seems that you were already shown the cause of the leak again when you returned and the cause of the vibration. The chopped tires that are causing the vibration are the result of the mechanical work necessary on the vehicle and cannot be caused by the rotation.       If I could give this shop zero stars I would. I went there in September to get an alignment. I had just purchased new tires from somewhere else. By the beginning of December, I had NO TREAD on my back two tires and my car was fishtailing. I took my car to my mechanic, being a woman I didn't know what was going on at the time, and he told me that my tires were bald from a bad alignment. Fast forward, I took my vehicle back to the place I bought the tires and they told me the same thing. I then went back to Mavis, who had done my alignment, and the manager admitted it was an alignment issue but said it was because I knocked the alignment out by going over speed bumps. I explained that this was my daily driver and I don't go over speed bumps to get to my job. He then stated that the tire sizes were two big also for the back of the car, which was untrue because I have had those tires on my car for a long time and never had that problem until I got an alignment here. He said that he would order tires and call me. Fast forward to January still no call. I went back up there and he told me the corporate office person was in a meeting. I have gone back up there two more times and he has told me the same thing. Being that this is my daily, I have had to replace 3 tires because of a bad alignment with no compensation because the manager nor corporate office want to take accountability. I will be settling my case in court because this is absolutely ridiculous.SN:went and got another alignment at *** Boys and they showed me how bad the tires were. They were at a 50 something and 60 something and I think they should be no more than 15 if done correctly. I asked him if he wanted to see the pictures and of course he didn't.

      Worst experience I have ever had!! Since I can only leave a **** character review, I will summarize: Went in for 4 new tires. Was told I needed all new brakes and rotors even though they only had ****** miles on them. They wanted $1,100 for the brake job! I declined obviously since that price is ridiculous and I knew they were lying about me even needing new brakes. I asked for new tires and an alignment. They replaced the tires but didn't have an alignment report when I went to pay. When I questioned the alignment, and the lack of the alignment report, I was "greeted" by a miserable person claiming to be the manager (****). After a lot of back and forth, they agreed to do the alignment with me present. Low and behold, the car was out of alignment! They had to align the car with me standing there ensuring it was done properly. Then when I got in the car to leave, the steering wheel was shaking terribly and the car felt uncontrollable. I drove directly to another Mavis where they found the new tires were never balanced. This location is absolutely awful! Everyone in this place is an incompetent *****!

      I called at 12:30 and requested an appointment to have my breaks replaced. I was told it wasn't busy and to come in as soon as possible. I arrived at 12:45 and was told it wouldn't take more than 2 hours. I walked across the parking lot to hang out at a ******************* I returned two hours later and nothing had been done. They told me I needed break servicing which they could not do. I made sure they had my cell number and asked why I was not called to inform me they weren't fixing my breaks. They responded with a shrug of the shoulders. Unbelievable. I wasted 2 hours and nothing, I mean nothing had been done to my car. They also were to change my oil and wiper blades, but they did nothing. I don't see how this shop stays in business. I received the worst customer ********************** I have ever had. I'm going to follow up on this post by sending a letter to their headquarters. I'll post again once I receive a response. Although I wouldn't be surprised if I receive no reply.
