Tires not rotated as promised with the oil change even after a very long wait. NTB said I needed new rear shocks at over a $400 bill. I went straight to a legitimate shop where I paid $40 for tire rotation AND shock inspection. NTB straight up lied about the condition of shocks. Never again!!!

I took my car in for an oil change. a month later I notice that there was a small oil leak. I was told that my oil drain bolt was stripped and they would replace it. TBC is recommending an oil pan replacement.

I took my car to Tire Kingdom for tire replacement. I chose 2 tires for the front of my car along with an alignment. I was told to leave my care and they would call me when it was ready. They called me within 3 hours and told me that the alignment could not be performed because I needed struts and tie rod replacements and the labor alone would cost $590. I told them not to perform the service and I would call them back. I called my son who was very knowledgeable about cars and he told me that Tire Kingdom was infamous for trying to perform services that were not necessary. He suggested I take it to another service center for a second opinion. I called Tire Kingdom. They had already put the tires on. I picked up my car and took it to another service center who performed the alignment and told me there was nothing wrong with the struts or the tie rods. They even showed me pictures. Because I am a woman and a senior citizen, I believe that Tire Kingdom tried to scam me.

I had my brakes done by Mavis in ******* ** on ******* **. in Sept. 2021. I drive a 2016 Lexus IS 300. My brakes were overdue for being changed so I chose Mavis hoping I would get faster service. When they initially did a brake inspection they told me I needed new rotors and pads on all 4 tires. I told them I will do the front today and come back for the rear. When I drove off, I noticed my brakes were squeaking but I chalked it up to the rear brakes needing repair. In between me getting my brakes done, I caught a nail in my tire. I went to the Mavis closer to me on ***** ****** Blvd in ********* Upon them removing the nail they broke my tire pressure sensor which costs 300 to fix but that's neither here nor there. They told me my brakes sound terrible & suggested I come in the next business day to have them fixed. Upon their brake inspection they said my rear pads and rotors are fine and the squeaking came from using aftermarket parts. I then take my car to the dealership, same thing, they said the squeaking is coming from low quality parts. I take my car back to ******* ** location where I spend my ENTIRE Saturday at Mavis just for them to grease my rotors and basically do nothing. Not the mention the unprofessional mechanic was trying to flirt with me during the test drive which made me uncomfortable. I was then redirected to the ***** ********** Location in Tucker where they did actually switch out my parts but it was still squeaking. I then went up to Mavis for a FOURTH time for them to fix it but once again my brakes still squeak horribly and are progressively getting worse. At this point I'm demanding a refund. After much back and fourth the manager finally got my refund on Dec 6. It's the 21st and I STILL don't have it! I call today low and behold there was a typo on my address and say I probably won't receive my refund til the new year. This has been going on since SEPTEMBER! The work that these people do it just sloppy from the mechanics to the back office

Horrible at doing the job and worst customer service. I am complaining about a certain location: **** ***** ****** ********* ** *****. They messed up my wheel alignment. When i called to tell them that and hopefully have someone just fix it for me, the guy was being VERY rude and told me i was being "condescending" on the phone. All i was trying to tell him is that i received no specs of the before and after for the wheel alignment service and the receipt he gave me was for a different car that wasn't even mine plus my car isnt driving correctly. Told him i was hoping he would at least just fix my wheel alignment. He then apologized and said if we bring it in on the weekend he would fix it. Got there sunday and i tried to ask him if he could fix it up that day at any time... he was being mad RUDE to me and my significant other who was only trying to ask him why the car got messed up. The guy gave us no apologies either and said "i can get it fix today but i dont stay passed the time we close which is 5pm" We then said "ok well should we come in a 4:30? or 4:45?" he then said "nah imma tell you when to pick up the car and i wont stay passed 5pm" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After all that he also tried to input my details in the computer then he realized that he did have the incorrect information for my car in the computer. WHICH MEANS THEY DID THE ALIGHMENT WITH THE INCORRECT SPECS FOR MY CAR. What a ****** experience!! he could've at least been nice since he noticed he messed up!!! to top it off he never called me on sunday to pick up the car!!!! so we figured he was busy! on monday morning he called me to notify me that car was done and that he tried calling me on sunday and it went straight to ** but my ** was full... It was a lie - due to work purposes my ** cannot be full. I will be calling the headquarters to notify how much of a horrible person this guy is and they need better workers/customer service. Thank you

It was my last time i ever, ever go to Mavis Tire. I went there to put two tires on my car after i received my car back alignment was damaged, steering wheel was not straight and the car was pulling to the right, i even agreed to pay for alignment but Mavis never fix it..went there 4 times after that during one week period, but they never fix and they did not care. Mavis never give me my money back for alignment and the management was very unprofessional, unknowledgeable, rude ..It was Last Time I m Ever go to Mavis ********************************

On a Wednesday I called Mavis on ******************** in ******, *******. They quoted me a little more than $1000 for four new Michelin tires, including wheel alignment and warranty by tread depth. I brought the car in the next day and they charged me more than $1400.It was my fault in that I should have asked for a written quote BUT it's around Christmas and I trusted their word. Big mistake. I'm kicking myself more for being stupid than the money ************* for anyone getting tires, especially at Mavis, get a written quote before you bring your car in.It's also interesting as to how all i saw on their web site were great reviews...may I assume they can easily just delete the bad reviews?
