      Mavis Tire at ************** ( new store near *******************.)is the BEST! ************ quickly had my flat tire repaired and I was back in the road. The experience was quite delightful! ***

      I will not go back here for brakes!!! My brakes made more noise after getting my car back than before going in! And their prices for brake repair is ridiculous. You'll probably be better off taking your car to the dealership for the prices they're charging. And at the ******, ** location their mechanics are always not there. After attempting to take my car back twice after the noisy brakes and to check my alignment again after having that done at this location, both times I was told that the mechanics are not in. And they keep having the nerve to ask me to get more work done after they can't accommodate me to resolve the issues from the first service. I'm glad I didn't get my rear brakes done there also because I really would've been ****** if I paid that ridiculous amount and having the issues I'm having now. I would not advise anyone to go to this location. I won't bash Mavis as a company overall but I will say DO NOT go this location.

      I got 4 new tires from Mavis on ********. One went flat within 48 hours. When I took it back, they shrugged and said I must have hit a curb. I went to another tire place down the road and got a new tire from them. It went flat in 24 hours. I went back and that place (not Mavis) and they said it was a valve stem issue, and they fixed it for good. So, I had no problems with flat tires before I got new tires at Mavis - they created a problem and then refused to fix it or refund me. They do shoddy work and refuse to take responsibility for it.

      I took my car in for an oil change. They told me to come collect my car because the bolt was stripped and they couldn't do it. I made the appointment for my dealership for the next day. The very next day at the dealership, they tell me that I am missing the oil filter cap in my engine bay. I call back NTB to ask them if they have it and they deny ever seeing me. The dealership charged me $50 for a new cap. The people at this NTB are sloppy and lack accountability. They are not to be trusted!

      I went to Mavis on 12/5/2022 in ****** ****** ** on ******* Road.
      I was bullied and mistreated. I have been to this Mavis-many times. Never interreacted with this man. I am not sure if he is a manager or just an inspector. But first-he ignored me for 25 mins and walked away from the desk and after someone noticed I had been waiting for a significant amount of time; at that point-I was taken care of by another person. I went to get an inspection. He calls me and tells me I need a set of new tires and a set of two new brakes. I said what? Mind you less than a year a go-they replaced my tire for me because of a flat. And I just got my card serviced by my dealership less than 2 months ago and replaced a tire. I serviced by car 2 months ago; replaced a tire and got my brakes looked at. I politely said, get my car down-I will take it to the dealership. You haven't run any test just removed my back two tires; I should not be charged. I go up to him and I tell him; please do not charge me for just removing my tires. He proceeds to yell out to all the techs-who told her to tell me not to charge. who said this?! I said; I am telling you to not to charge me for removing two tires and putting my own two tires back. He starts to yell at me in the middle of the garage that he has to charge me. I said you have not done anything yet. He goes and tells the tech; to remove my sticker and run the test and fail my car. I said, I do not trust you and what you are trying to sell me. I rather go to my dealership. I rather go to a place where I can be trusted. He yelled at me and the entire staff. Told me to call the cops if I do not pay him for the inspection. He belittled me all while trying to sell me their Mavis tires. All the employees just made excuses for him since his an older man. I left in tears. He shouldn't speak to anyone like this especially their paying clients and the mechanics. Never again will I set foot in their store.

      This is for the ******, ** location on Route 36.This was the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic. Go to the ******, ** location at your own risk. I left very unsatisfied and my car was left in worse shape after 5 visits in two weeks, complaining to 4-5 different managers because the previous managers were "no longer with the company", taking an extra 4 hours away from my family, and still ended up spending almost $1000 to have my car not feel as good on the road.Staff in the waiting room were very unprofessional. A temp manager trying to force food on to a child when the mother was saying no multiple times. Mechanics live streaming a dance party on top of their tools in the garage.When the mechanics forgot to do a basic service after rotating my tires, i had to wait two days to go back for them to not completely fix it. So i came back a third time and explained that the situation still persisted. They brought me into the garage to essentially show me how dumb I was and that nothing was really wrong BUT that now, all of a sudden, I have a different issue with my tire area. I complained yet again about how do I have yet another issue that was not spotted before after they have been working in that same spot for days. I cannot proof it but I am convinced they broke my car more. The assistant manager at the time said he will call the regional and to come back in two days. Come back and yet again another manager gone. No one talked to the regional manager and now I will look the jerk because I have to explain myself to a 5 person. Had to come back a 5th time for them to fix the new problem but my original problem, that they definitely caused, is still persisting. The best they could do was give me a discount on the service that I am sure they caused.

      i bought a set of neutral trial guide tires and they are a ****** mile tire and i only got ****** miles out of mine and tried to contact TBC and its been a month and i have sent them several emails and they refuse to answer me back i recommend not buying any of their products because they don't care if they put out a junk and won't stand behind their products and don't want to know anything about making it right with the customer take your money *********, now i have a truck i can't ********** in ******** because i bought something that wasn't worth a c*** and have been jerked around by this scum bag company.

      On Friday 10/24/2022 Went for alignment said it was done drove home car was erratic when I braked or hit a bump. The checked alignment said i needed a eccentric bolt for drivers side rear. Went to ******* dealer and purchase bolt went back to store they gave me appointments two different times and couldn't get to my car either time. Called customer ********************** waiting for a reply.

      NTB in ************* ** went over and above to make me happy twice. Once with selling me tires, then again fixing a road damaged flat immediately upon entering the store. The two front gentleman **** and Skott is where credit is due.

      2013 ***** Fe that was well maintained and ran well until now.Aug. 2022 I took my car in for a diagnostic check because my check ingine light had come on. Was told that my car needed Struts and Rear Shocks, Wheel alignment, Oxygen Sensor. Sept. I had taken my car back in because I felt like the allignment was off. They checked it out and I was told that yes it goes to the left a bit, but its just the road. A few week later I took my car back in as lights were flashing and my car would not accelerate and go past 30. Showed it needed Knock sensor and intake Manifold set. A few weeks later I had to take my car back in as I was smelling gas. Replaced a Fule Injector O-ring. Nov. 2022 I smelling gas again. Made appointment. Evening before my appointment I had my car towed to Brakes Plus. I called first thing in the morning to let them know I had left it and where the keys were. Person on the phone verified he could see the car and will get the keys. I called later that afternoon to get an update. I was told that they didnt have my car. I explained to them I had spoken to someone earlier. ****** said he forgot to tell anyone. Out of frustration I asked to speak to the manager. As I was trying to explain to him what happened. He began yelling at me saying that I I didn't need to talk to him that way and that I could come and get me car unless I wanted them to help me. He called me back and said that they would not be able to get to the car until Monday. Monday recieved a call from manager and was told there was no leak but car wouldn't start and needed injector pump (Think thats what it was called). After me questioning how he knew there was no leak if the car didn't have gas in it. Was told they would go get gas. Recieved call back after gas in the car. It started... Fule Injector O-ring had malfunctioned again. This was again replaced and did not need injector pump that I was quoted. Picked my car up, not one person apologized.
