      Never in my life I have I had worse customer experience than at ******************** in **************. So many people have told me to avoid them, but Ive used them because they are so close. Things got so bad that theyre putting on my old tires back on, two with nails puncturing through after driving through a construction site. They had me drop off my truck at 8am after per-ordering tires and setting an appointment and tell me it will be available at lunchtime. At 4:30pm I get a call saying they had to send someone to find my tires, and by the time they were installed it was 6:30pm and they installed the wrong tires, but told me I needed an alignment. I said, how long will that take? He said 10 minutes. How much will that cost? I asked. $100, he said. I asked if he could waive that and he wouldnt, he would give $10 off. Its now 7pm. So, ELEVEN hours later, I get the wrong tires, and they arent willing to help me out on anything. The mechanic wasnt happy about me being upset or having them put my old tires back on, and he came out ****** off and all aggressive like he wanted to fight. Dont give these people your business. Its 7:30pm and Im still waiting on my truck. To add insult to injury they told me they would add a military discount on top of the advertised discounted price. At checkout they refused to do so

      Never a problem with my local mavis team....fair prices, fast service on tire change, good communication with **** on ********** **** ********** I am 73 and mavis is there for me....even free tire air pump. Appreciate!

      Please don’t go here. Save your money and time. I went to their Toms River location, after their Barnegat location caused thousands of dollars of damage because some rookie wannabe mechanic destroyed the under belly of my car as he raced it up the drive on lift, merely for a simple oil change. I called customer support and corporate and threatened litigation and ZERO RESPONSE, still nearly one year later. So now here I’m at a different location, I spent nearly TEN HOURS waiting for my new tires to be installed, along with an alignment, and I was quoted $1,000 plus tax!!!! Total rip off. I dropped my car off at 6am before work, as instructed the day before mind you, left my keys and a note in the drop box, worked all day, and when I go to receive pickup of my car…… It’s STILL in the same exact spot as where I parked it, untouched. This company is full of scumbags and low life’s. Management asked me to wait ANOTHER 4 HOURS, I demanded my keys and deposit back and stormed out, and management did nothing but watch and laugh. Utterly disgraceful. I got one call back after reaching corporate, asking to drop my car off AGAIN the next day, this time I laughed and said I will simply take my business to a more reputable tire supplier. Mavis Discount Tires is like a cheap hole in the bathroom wall. As least kiss me before you’re gonna **** me. Absolutely the most terrible experience I’ve ever had. I would give 0.2 out of 10 stars if that were an option. Save your time, money, and save yourself a huge headache and go somewhere else. Absolutely terrible company no matter where you go.

      Excellent service AFter taking my vehicle to the Dealer, and repairs were not done on the brakes as requested, took them to Mavis Tires and Brakes. Excellent fast service and job done right the first time.Will highly recommend and use it in the future for all my vehicles.

      I went to mavis in ****** today Nov. 13, for an oil change, and for the second time they told me that I had picked up a nail. I had bought brand new tires from **** **** 3 weeks before. The guy told me he could fix it with no extra charge but I refused, I knew they were not telling the true and totally loose confidence. I told them, how can that be, I came for an oil change and you were looking at me tires? and now you said it has a screw, it was one exactly as the one before, back on July and they damaged so bad the tire that I was force to buy one from another place. I realized they are doing this to flat people tires and then make you buy them their tires for a very high price. Also 2 months ago also had a similar situation, I had my inspection done there and they said my tires tred was below the law limit, the man called me and was smiling at me and told me, I can not pass you for the inspection, you need all 4 tires, I didn’t felt comfortable and told him, give me back my car I will search for tires somewhere else. I found a different inspection dealer and they asked me, did Mavis told you that your tires are not good? My tires were ok and the man explained me how to mesures the tred on your tires. Now I’m convinced that this company is so corrupt, dishonest and liers. Now I have a brand new tire with a big screw on it. Seriously do not waist your time and your money with such a corrupted place. I really want to sue them, but I did not catched them doing it, even do is the second time that they used exact the same kind of screw to ruin the tire.

      I was told a price on a set of tires. After they were put on the price was $500.00 more than what I was told. If you ever use Tire Kingdom, make sure you get it in writing and have a copy of it before they do any work.

      This is the worst Tire Kingdom in the entire city at *******************************************************************. They let me book my appointment online and set my time. When I brought the car in for the new tires, they had let so many walk-ins start service that they were not sure if they could get to my car. So I asked if they would finish today so I could book at another store because the car was needed on Monday. They said to leave the car there. So I did. They then called me 30 minutes before the end of the day and said to come to get my car because they would not get to it. I waited the entire day trusting these fools would honor their promise and lost the opportunity to get my tires somewhere else. NEVER TRUST THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to another Tire Kingdom that actually fulfils their promises

      On 10/12/2022 I made an appointment at the NTB location at ***************************************************** to have my tires rotated on my 2021 Tesla Model 3 AWD. When I got there, I was quoted a price of $80.00. While I waited for them to take my car in, I called around and was quoted any where from $25.00 to $19.99 to no charge for the same service. I left without getting the service and made an appointment at the NTB location at **************************************************** for 10/15/2022, had the service done and was charged $19.99.

      Mavis Discount Store on * ********* is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Staff are unable to track their orders for car parts, over promise and under deliver on services and do not provide any follow up calls to customers pending services. Do not waist your time at this location. You will only be frustrated and overcharged for poor delivery of service.
