      So I needed an alignment on my suburban because were going on a trip in a couple days.I called Mavis in ****** ******* and asked them for my total price and how long more or less it would be since I had a baby with me they advise me it was around 125 and it would take the longest an hour and a half well I was there for four hours and paid 165 and came out with missing pieces on my tires which I noticed once I got home. I called them back to ask if they had the missing piece they had advised me it had broken off while trying to takeoff a tire which in a professional environment they would let the customer know but they didnt.. I gave them the benefit of the doubt they advised me they were going to order a new piece which was a lie. it has been a month since Ive called every other day and can never talk to the manager. my piece has yet to be ordered! I am so fed up with this company . I need my Part asap!!!! This company needs to be trained for customer ********************** and better employees.. i would appreciate a call back and a full refund at this point Iam so disgusted with them.

      I ordered 6 ************ DURTRAX tires for my GMC duelly, Sept 2020.what I got was 6- 4.5 yr old tires put on my truck dated from 5/2016 Unacceptable!! Nothing but problems with flats from valve stems on the inside duellies! They wont rotate my tires, which i paid for the warranty BUT HOW CAN YOU WARRANTY TIRES that are ALREADY 4.5 yrs old? When I PAID FOR NEW TIRES!!

      Had a slow leak in my tire took it to Mavis, took them less than 5 minutes to put a little plug in it, did not remove tire, they charged me $27.92 to PLUG a tire. What a scam, will never go back there for any tire work!

      This place has a bad service. One mechanic 2 manager just walking. Show up at 8:00 for a brake job. 3 hours letter . Managers tells me that it take about 4 hours to do a breaks job. A course that will take more then that if nobody are working on it.

      Special Thanks to ******************* for going the extra mile.What was thought to be an impossible problem to fix, was fixed by *** and his crew.*** took upon his self to make the problem got fixed,and that I was happy and satisfied.Wish there were more people in the Automotive industry like *** and his his team (****,********* and ******). *********************

      ********* ******** Store. Most unprofessional store manager I have ever dealt with in my life. Would highly recommend corporate send him to anger management training along with remedial social skills training. Not sure how this place will stay in business with the way customers are treated. The outburst I experienced with him would have gotten him fired with most companies, Someone from senior management needs to let this guy know that SCREAMING at customers and HANGING up on them is not a good business practice. And good luck getting through to customer **********************. Lost a lot of potential business over a minor issue, would not recommend the Mavis ********* ******** store to anyone and will never to business with the company again.

      I visited the *********** Mavis Tire and would like everyone to take you vehicle to this location. I was greeted by a fabulous man name ****. He was very professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. Let me say this gentleman was honest and made my day. All of the service gentleman was very polite and professional. Wow I never felt so pleased. When **** went to make sure my vehicle ( SUV) was safe to drive. I was greeted by another awesome man name **************** he was also a fantastic gentleman so courteous and professional. I felt very please with how much information **************** and Mr. **** have given me. I would like to inform everyone these two Men deserve your business and everyone deserves to feel like someone cares for you and your vehicle. Please everyone if you need any kind of service for your vehicle and you dont want any pressure, please visit the Mavis tire and ask for the two of them and I promise you, they will make your day. Mr **** and **************** and all thee other gentleman THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND. YOU MEN ARE VERY NEEDED.

      No no no no no! Don't go here! It was literally the worst experience I've ever had! They will ruin your car and expect you to get it repaired and fixed. What a waste of my life. I will never be back nor will anyone I know. I've asked multiple times for a phone call back to discuss what happened, and they haven't had the respect or dignity to call me back. Shame on you!

      I went here because it's close to where I reside. I made an appointment online because No one answered the phone. So ****am was when i made the appointment I got to this location close to 12pm. As soon as I enter it took almost 20mins for me to be waited on. I went in for an inspection and a tire rotation. My tires weren't even a 1yr old .... it took like 3 hrs for them to tell me all four of my tire failed inspection..... then proceeded to tell I could leave and go back to where I got my tire from but I would still fail the inspection and would have to pay again. ..... but at that point I was already vested because I had already wasted 3hour waiting ... I then asked; why did I have to swap out all four of my tire. If they are only a year old and under warranty. The server then stated I could get away with just the front two but he had to sale me all four tire because I have all wheel drive. But I then stated I have four wheel drive which mean my tire rotate on two different axles so why couldn't I just buy two tires. He said," he didnt know"and" I just cant". After all was said and done the Person who was host kept leaving because he was overwhelmed because they were short staffed....I feel because I'm a women i'm easily taken advantage of because i know nothing about cars. I also felt it was totally unprofessional to not even give me the option of what type of tires I wanted.. he picked for me and to top that off they had to search all around the store to find the match. 8 hour later $980 gone down the drain for ***** service and some none band tires....(I feel as if they might have been taking off another car) I want my money back at least for three of my tires .... not to mention I was the 3rd person in and the last one out. Also I'm not the only female who experienced this at that location..... some one Needs to investagste..

      I have been there about 6-7 times over the past decade. Always just for simple routine tire rotation and/or oil change and every single time they told me something was wrong with my car. Each time I took it to my personal mechanic after because I was warned about Mavis and not to trust them and each time I wasted money taking it to my mechanic because there was nothing wrong with my car. Better to waste ************************************************************* to fix something that didn't need it. But either way it was still a waste of time and money. They aren't trustworthy at all. Stay away from Mavis tires in Islandia and **********. I only went there for convenience of it being nearby and regret it every single time. Stay away from Mavis! Crooks!
