      Poor customer **********************! ! And had to take 3 days off of work ** they broke a part on my car and had to wait 4 days to get it repaired.I want to be reimbursed for time off missed.

      National Tire and Battery, NTB, under the corporate structure of Tire and Battery Corporation, TBC, franchised many of its stores in 2020 and now NTB refuses to honor the contract to provide service on four tires I bought in 2017. I paid them an additional $135.35 for lifetime service on rotation, balancing, flat repairs and road hazards. Now they are not honoring their obligations. I have a 16 year old car and I take very good care of it. Since I bought the lifetime services, I have put only 30,000 miles on it. The tires have probably another 30,000 miles left. I found out that TBC is still the corporate offices for NTB which sold franchises to Big O Tires and others, which won't honor NTB contracts. This sounds like a shell game to me. Is there anything I can do?

      Do not work for this company this company is very unorganized unprofessional does not handle human rights very well the boss I had was very unprofessional has a potty mouth and talks to his employees anyway he wants and made physical threat towards me and thinks it's okay and they do not know how to treat their employees right

      a new shop opened up in Bayville and So I figured I would help out the towns new businesses to keep them thriving in todays crappy economy that we are living in.went in to get tires and shocks and i wanted to get a estimate on what they would be charging, after speaking with the counter women and the shop manager i agreed to the estimate and proceeded to make an appointment for the repairs to my car, the day came and and they held on to my car to the very last minutes of closing, went in to pay and get my car and the so called estimate that was going to be said price Doubled in dollar amount. Needles to say I payed and also started the process of getting a refund which they did refund me 400 dollars, but nearly not enough to compensate the exuberant amount of money they charged me over the original quote.let not forget that the tires they mounted and the balancing they did on my car left it worse then the old tires I had on there to begin with....Either they hired mechanic that don't know what they are doing or the machines they have are poorly calibrated....IN short stay away from Mavis in Bayville as they love to real you in with a low work quote, but add on more to make you pay for Mediocre work

      MIDAS - ****************/ HTown 77o77 is trash and will take your money and give your car back to you worse than you took it to them. 9/21/22 took my car in for recommended work Valve cover gasket, oil pan gasket, cooling system labor (new water pump), tune up, alternator belt. paid close to ***** for the work only to get it back screeching when I push on the accelerator, sounding like a lawn mower from my ac (why I didn't ask for this to be fixed) and then running hot. WTH the work I paid for is supposed to keep it from running hot. It wasn't doing any of that before. Took my ride back up there on 9/22/22 in the morning had tech ride with me so I can show him the issues they caused. He admitted it was from the work he did, and an easy fix and my car would be first priority. I took a rideshare home (more money I'm out of) waited till 4pm so they can do their job. Well, I had to call and call I figured my calls was going ignored so I had my brother call just for R@ndy GM to answer immediately (unprofessional) R@ndy told me that R!ch@rd (the tech that messed my ride up) had to leave for his wife dentist appointment and supposed to be back but hadn't and won't be back till 9/23/22 the next day. I've missed 2 addition days of wk due to this Midas madness, no ride and took my money. I requested a rental R@ndy bs saying he will text his DM. note I had to call from my mom's number, and a ****** voice number to get this last bit of info. They don't do rentals. THIS IS MADNESS I used this location for years this new staff is trash. I want my ride fixed and the two days I had to miss work or refund part of the money I paid back to cover those days and my rideshare money back. This supposed to be a respected place, it's not. You will be out of money and your ride. I been so nice this is annoying SOMEONE RESPOND BACK and RESOLVE MY REQUEST FOR COMPENSATION

      On September 2, 2022 I go to Mavis in ******************, **. The car was making a noise that I thought was the Hub bearing. I drive into Mavis and the manager tells me its the Hub bearing. I was in agreement. He tells me he will call me to tell me the price and we will take it from there. I go to work and he calls me in 20 minutes to tell me that I needed new tires. He tells me that the tires damaged the hub bearing. I told him that it does not make any sense what he is saying and that I had new tires put on my car that February 2022. Just a few months earlier. So he is lying to me. I told him not to touch my car and I will pick it up. He did not want to give me my keys back until I pay him a check engine light fee of $59.74. So I basically had to give him $59.74 to lie to me. I had the hub bearing fixed at a local shop.I called the customer ********************** line on the receipt to file a complaint. Im thinking nobody wants people defrauding their customers. The customer ********************** agent agreed and stated that a regional manager would call me. No regional manager called me as of 09/22/2022. So I called them back. This time the customer ********************** agent states that its a fee that I just have to pay them. They did not care that they have a thief working for them. Essentially, I paid this person a fee to lie to me. This has been the worst experience with an auto shop. I am going to make sure that every family member and friend knows not to go to this shop. I will also ensure to write this negative review in all places that I can. There are thieves in Mavis ******************.

      If there was a 0 stars option I'd choose that! I booked an appointment for the Mavis ***************************************************************************** location to fix my breaks and rotors. 1.) They did not honor my appointment. Drop-off was at 12:00 pm they did not look at my car til 2:30 and didn't finish until 4:30 pm. 2.) *The Most Important Thing* after the service was done I knew the brakes were fixed, but there was still something off about the breaks. I then went to go get an oil change and my tires rotated at my dealership and was shown that I was missing my driver's side brakes bolt that keeps everything together. (I took photos as well.)My dealership expressed how my brake pads were flapping around and loose. This is extremely dangerous and could have been potentially fatal. I do a lot of long-distance driving and thankfully I didn't have to make any trips, but if I did something bad could have happened. I called the Mavis store and politely asked to speak to the manager, the worker who picked up said they were the manager. I explained the situation and asked for a solution. He then proceeded to say he will let the store manager know when I called him out about saying he was the manager he said he was the assistant store manager. After this, the man was giving me an attitude and said he "will call me back the next day." I paid for parts and labor. I want to be refunded for my labor and service because they forgot a s**** that could have caused my death. If I didn't get my yearly maintenance done somewhere else I would have never known this s**** was missing.

      Took my car in for a brake pad change. My brakes were not making noise at all. After the change my brakes now squeal loud enough to give me a headache. A problem I was told that would be solved in days. 2 weeks later the brakes are just as loud as they were the day after the brake pad change. When I called to inform them they did not take me seriously and refuted the fact that my brakes even make noise at all. (Main St location in ******* **)

      Took my truck in to have 4 new tires on. When the truck was done, I noticed my chrome rims were damaged all around the edge of the rims. I told and showed the store manager. He said it was common knowledge these rims peel. It was not peeling it was from applying excessive pressure. He then stated that there was a recall on my rims. I called the trucks manufacturer. They stated that was not true. The rims do not have a recall on them. I also took the truck right away to the dealership service department. They also looked in the system for any recalls on that rim purchase by the maker of my truck. None were found. They gave me a printout to take back to Tire Kingdom. I was also told by 3 ****************** Techs who looked at the rims on my truck, the damage was cause by excessive force and not being careful with Chrome rims. I called Tire Kingdom back as soon as I left the dealership. I spoke to the Manager. He once again told me, It's common knowledge! That was that. I was never warned of this. Even after the first rim was damaged. All of 4 rims are damaged. So upsetting for my husband and myself. These rims are expensive. They were special order from truck manufacturer. We were never warned. Again, even after they damaged the first one. Why didn't they say something? No, I'm sorry, Let's see what can be done.

      I went to the ********************** in ****** because my engine light came on and **** quoted me ****** ok I got an **** and 10 mins later i got to ********************** and a different worker named ****** number **** quoted me ****** . So in 10 mins it jumped up 220. 62. HORRIBLE SERVICE
