1 starI had purchased tires from them 7 months ago with the sales person saying that it was free balance and rotation. Can in 6 months later to get that done, and they said it wasn't free. So expected to pay for that. They came back to me and told me that I needed a whole new set of tires. Mind you, I had spent over 500the fire time. After saying no a few times they took me back to see my tires and showed wire on 2of then. So then I was talked into 4more tires and a alignment.Over 750 dollars now. I told them I had struts in my car that I was going to put on. They told me that to go ahead and do all this and I had 30 days of a warranty to bring it back for realignment. So I called after the struts were put on and they started telling me that I would have to pay again. I argued with the lady ( she was the lady and assistant manager that I had talked to all through out this ordeal) She eventually said that they would realign my car this one time becuz it was there fault because they did not tell me the right information. I told her this was the second time this had happened. So I brought it in and the did the alignment. But I drive it home and found that it now pulls to the left. I talked to them again and they started telling me all kinds of **** again.. I am fed up with them because I think they only cause problems so that you have to return. I am on a fixed income and feel like they are a ripe off. I watched other people come up there to get things done that was told or quoted one price to told it was covered just to be told they had to pay. And most everyone just gave in. So they do know what they are doing ...they are ripping off people that know no betterReview fromKay T

1 starStay away from Tire Kingdom in *****, **!! I've had several oil changes at the location, never had an issue. I took my 2017 ****** Juke with only ****** miles on it for an oil change, a man came out said I needed all new brakes, roto, new pads and new lines....$700. I thought that was odd as not many miles and even more odd when the same man came out later and told the man next to me that he needed new brakes. I declined brakes. I did take my Juke to *** Boys in *****, **. A nice man checked I only needed new pads on the back, everything else was fine. I had the pads done for $204!! I did call Tire Kingdom to ask why they tried to rip me off, as I'm retired and can't afford to buy parts I don't need. *** Boys man assured me they checked everything and the man at Tire Kingdom tried to tell me they use better parts, etc had to be a reason $700 worth of new parts were needed. He asked if the pads were guaranteed for life....YES they are. I feel Tire Kingdom tried to rip me off and will never take my SUV there again!Review fromTom S

2 starsI had previous luck with this Mavis tire and was happy to bring our car back. We got our tires and an alignment done. Drove away and the car was pulling to the eighth, it was NOT doing this before so we brought it back. They now are saying the left rear trailing control arm is broken. They did not say anything about this when we first brought the car so I did some digging. We had brought it to the dealership for another repair the day before, they did a thorough full inspection of the vehicle. This was NOT broken at the time (again, day before). Spoke with two other certified mechanics who both said it would be impossible for them not to notice and both said Mavis likely broke it and trying to cover it up. We are waiting to hear from management but based on who we have talked to they are tryi mg to cover it up. My documentation doesnt lie though and they need to fix this.Review fromKathy H

1 starMy husband went to your ********************* location to with a large nail in his tire. We do have your tire protection. He was told that they couldn't help him. He wasn't close to home that is why I told him to go there. What type of tire company sends a person away with this problem. I am amazed you have BBB accreditation. I think you need a F rating for customer care.Review fromGlenn P

1 starIf I could leave ZERO stars I would. Where do I even start.1)Left car for set up appointment to be called hours later stating tires were not in stock. Called hours later to say car was done.2)when picked up, tire on all four tires ranged from ***** lbs, could not print me out a receipt, did not give instructions for $70 mail in rebate, told me I could take a picture of computer bill which was an incorrect amount that I was charged.3)Took car on a trip and car shook very much. Took back to Mavis to learn tires were not balanced.4)Then Had to go back to get a copy of reciept because michelin online rebate would not accept picture of computer receipt.5)went back again to Mavis for a refund of the other $70 rebate that was to come off invoice but did not.6)Took car to acura because my tire pressure monitoring system showed system failure multiple times after new tires were installed. Acura state that they broke one of the sensors AND MAVIS INSTALLED THE DIRECTIONAL TIRES IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. $400 later, tires mounted properly and sensor changed at Acura 7)Called 800 number to complain and corporate was mortified and apologetic and will possibly cover some or all of my expenses due to their incompetance.Review fromQueenie L.

1 starI took my car to the Floral Parks Mavis store to had my all 4 tires changed. My car was running super smoothly until they done the balance and alignment on my car TWICE. My steering wheel is vibrating soon after my new tires replaced and they told me I needed to change my brake pads and rotors, they said its Coincidence!!! Then I called the corporate office and the region manager said that she cant refund me the alignment service fee unless I need to proof it and pay somewhere else with the receipt. I mean first of all, this is not a real business will do because they dont trust their customers and never listen to their voices in order to improve the companys services. Second, they created the problems and refused to find a better solution to make their customers satisfied. I spent few hours visiting back to the store and the times talking to the manager on the phone with their solution teams and Never SATISFIED. Would I scam $87 alignment fee on the top of $856 on the tires and for all the times I spent with?? This is the worst service I have ever had ! Very disappointed.Review fromShirley J.

Company allows under trained employees to provide services to consumers at retail price points and then will not compensate for damages. The store manager's agreement with the consumer to reimburse was canceled by the district manager.Shirley J.

5 starsTire Purchase and Windshield Wipers Deceptively Recommended.I purchased 2 tires for my truck, then went back later to buy 2 more tires so that they would wear at the same time. While checking out, the attendant told me that my windshield wipers were worn and was persistent about convincing me that I needed to buy their wipers. She said that she gave me $25 discount and charged me $17+. When I turned around, the mechanic had the wipers in his hand and something just didn't seem right. I told him that I would take those wipers. I looked at them when I got in my truck and there was absolutely no wear on those wipers and they looked brand new. I called my tire company and was told that my wipers were put on in 2020. I called Mavis customer ********************** and told them that I wanted my money back; the agent called and explained what happened and told me to go see the manager. It was the MANAGER who cheated me! She told another attendant that I didn't really pay for them. I don't know what kind of scam that is, but I will not have my shocks fixed there. I got service according to the way I looked. She did not offer me wipers when I bought the first two tires, so I guess she regarded me as stupid when I bought the 2nd two tires. I thought this was going to be my new service location. The manager should be ashamed of herself! I will take my truck back tomorrow, get my wipers put back on, and only go back to get my tires rotated as part of the purchase.Review fromMell T
