  Back in August of 2021 I had an oil change at my local manufacturers dealership (Subaru). They recommended I buy new tires. Two weeks later I buy a set of 4 tires from NTB. Immediately after the new tires are put on I feel the front of my car wobbling anytime I drive over 50-55mph. At my next oil change I am told by Subaru that my control arm needs replaced as its found to be broken. Id had no accidents in my vehicle which is 4years old. After a year of back and forth with the NTB location/manager and corporate I finally get them to send their insurance adjuster to my mechanics to view the damage on the car. A bushing was found to be broken on the right control arm.After a year and some change of waiting for NTB to resolve this issue- NTB and their insurer decline to make the repairs to my car. I was stuck with a $300 replacement and labor from my mechanic PLUS $110 alignment. I have never reported or filed with the BBB but this experience with NTB has been horrific to say the least.

Based on your accusation of damage in our care,we submitted your claim to Sedgwick CMS for further investigation. The results of that investigation were shared with you once it was completed. We apologize this decision was not in your favor but we stand behind it based on its merits related to your case.   READ THIS BEFORE GOING HERE!!! Well I came there at 10:30am for 4 new tires got a quote for ****** otd and 3 hour later they come and tell me the can't get my lug nut off off one of my rims. So now at 1:30 the want to take it to another place to get the lug nut off. Wouldn't say where. This after taking a blowtorch and ************************* to my car rim see attached photos. The the come back with my car an hour later still not removed the nut and tell me they will get it off from the back but will take another 2 hours. 3 hours later they come tell me they ripped off my brake line in the process. It's now 5 pm and tell me they want to replace my brake caliper that's less than a year old. Because they damaged the bleeder s**** in their dabbling. I missed my daughter's 13th birthday plans incuding Concert tickets for this 6 hour debacle including major rim damage see attached. Final cost ****** and my car is virtually undrivable!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL RIP U OFF IN MY OPINION! The manager ********* I would stay away she's beyond unreasonable and has no clue what customer ********************** is!!!!

  Went there a couple of months ago if even and had brake pads and new rotors put in and windshield wipers changed. Well windshield wipers were paid for but never changed. Its only a couple months ( approx 2 months ago ) my brakes are making grinding noises and shake when i hit brakes from a speed of 55 or higher. I called and asked about the warranty. I was told to bring it in they would take a look. I brought it in the next day and sat and waited as long as i could but they said was short staffed and the one mechanic they had was leaving early at 2 to bring it back the next day he would have me in n out. I brought it back and was told the mechanic was not there come back tomorrow so yet again I went back as told and sat over an hour. The mechanic did have a truck on the lift but was walking back and forth just messing around and talking and could have easily took a quick look at my car instead after waiting an hour i had to leave for an appointment was told i can bring it back another day. No im sorry i shouldnt have to go back 4 times for them to check something that should not even be a problem since everything was JUST done. And being charged for something that was not even received is just plain wrong. I would NOT recommend going here at all.

  I used their online scheduling system to set up an appointment and reserve tires ($25 deposit) only to get there and the tires were not there. I was told they were sorry and blamed supply chain issues. No phone call to let me know befor I drove 45 min. And took the day off from work. I called customer ********************** and was told the tires were on the truck and would be there by 2:30 pm tjat day. I was then informed by the on-site mgr. the tires would be in the following day. I asked for my deposit back and it was declined. The following day I called customer ********************** again and demanded my deposit to be returned. They said they would and I would receive it within 4 business days. After seven days, I called again as my deposit had not been returned. I was then told it takes up to seven days. Ummm it has been 7 days.. silence. Its been over a week and I keep getting g the run-around. Do not ever buy from this company.

  We bought 4 new tires. The gentleman attempted to place the lugnut on several times with the wrong size tool. I observed him put it on then take it off several times. Paid for a balance and 4 tires. The place closes at 5pm. Received the car 5:20 pm. Driving more than 15 mph produces a squeek and bump never present before. Taking to my mechanic to assess. I observed a mechanic back up and run over a tire with another car. Poor customer ********************** and I got the impression that there are people working there who know nothing about tire placement

  Mavis provided unauthorized repairs to my vehicle after specifically telling them what I wanted.On Saturday, July 02, 2022 I kept an appointment to have one front passenger side caliper replaced on my 2008 **** Escape, but was advised it would be wise to install one on the other side, also. Understanding upselling, I did approve. But clandestine business practice is something totally different. No estimate was provided. I thought I knew what cost to expect. After three hours, when the work was complete, I was presented with an $847.63 **** that was a total surprise, to which I responded, Wow! I didnt realize calipers cost that much. The car isnt worth much more than that." To that there was no clarifying response. So without my glasses for these 83-year-old eyes, I believed I was paying for two caliper replacements, just what I had agreed to. But after I got home, l had a chance to look over the **** and discovered the additional work that had been done. I immediately called MAVIS Customer ********************** to report what I termed a ripoff. A brake system flush, brake pads, and two brake rotor replacements were performed without approval. The work I asked for and needed should have cost less than $230 (parts and labor), as listed on the ****. A call back from Regional Training Manager, *********************** provided an opportunity to address my concerns to a higher level. ******* immediately assumed I had dropped the car off and had not made myself available for ongoing communication with the service rep. I advised ******* I was on-site the entire three hours. He then said I should have questioned why it was taking that long if only calipers were being replaced. The inference I got from his words and tone was that I was not as knowledgeable as he is in auto mechanics and that there may be some dishonesty in my claims. His assertion was that I had no legal recourse, since I had signed the **** and paid.

  We will never return to the Mavis Tire in ******************. They don't follow directions. They lie. They are Rude. We were going to try the one in *******************, but it appears their problems are company wide

  Made an appointment to get 4 tires put on our daughter's car. Arranged for a ride. Once we got there, the front person wanted us to wait there 1-2 h before she has time to look for tires! Wasted our time and probably our deposit.The service and the people are horrible.

  This place is a rip off, I went for oil change and the manager told me that couldnt do it and needed to changed the oil pan, for that wanted over ******* bucks, I took my vehicle another place and charged me 30 bucks, they I had tires delivered to Mavis from **** because they were supposed install them for me and after an hr waiting they told me that that couldnt do anything because the manager wasnt there, they didnt even wanted to gave me my tires that I paid in ****, I gotta called the police and finally the manager showed up
