  Okay I Just Ordered From Nordstorm For My First Time When I Checked To See Who Was Shipping It I Saw CDL And Automatically Panicked. Not Only Do They Have Thousands Of Bad Reviews, Nobody Never Get Their Order And Yesterday 10/4 They Said They Attempted And Business Was Closed @ 8:48 Pm However Im In A Apartment And I Was Home All Day So Now I Think They Took My Package and I Really Wanted My Merchandise Now The Estimated Delivery Date Is 10/5 but Where Is My Package During All Of These Hours. This Is Just Not Fair Because I wouldnt have order from Nordstrom if I knew they Used This Carrier Now I Have To Try To Get A Refund. I Emailed Them but from the look of the reviews theyre probably not going to do anything about it !

  Order a couple items from ********* who sadly uses this delivery company. My package was supposed to be delivered ***** ago instead is EXCEPTION- Under Investigation basically meaning lost. ********* has refused to do anything about it and from all the reviews about this delivery company is looks like my package has been stolen. How this delivery company is still running blows my mine.

  Horrible company! Lost my package. Showing as delivered with a picture of other peoples boxes and not mine! Bec they marked as delivered the business is refusing a refund! These people dont care. They deliver in plain clothes. Not a uniform! Theyre contracted out and could care less!!! They have the worst customer service and I wouldnt doubt took my package as its from off saks fifth and had fragile items inside! Dont work with this carrier or any business that does.

  ZERO STARS! As everyone else is saying, this company is ran by thieves! I'm a small business trying to build customer base and you can image how difficult that will be if I have to keep refunding my customers for orders that never make it to their door. I will not be utilizing (PRINT I FY) until they stop partnering with thieves.

  I have had 3 experiences with cdl all were terrib;le none of the packages reached my home and this ws from two seperate vendors ************ must hire the worse drivers as they seem to not use any mapping devices as none of my packages were delivered successfully The last delivery they made said my delivery was not made owing to no access and no safe location I live in a high end sub division my home is a private residence with a front door and porch.Something is wrong with their driver or this company ************

  ordered from saks off fifth ave and they used them to deliver my package they opened the box from the bottom and took what they wanted and sealed it back ( u can see the old tape and the new tape they put over it) i contacted the company and sent them pictures and they told me if i didnt have a video showing the delivery person opening the package they cant help me, i said to them if they did this to me i know they did it before so if (example) 10 people called and said they package was tampered with, what do u guys do they said nothing unless they see a video smh, im lost out of $150

  Delivery Tracking is horrible! The app doesn't give accurate information. The Delivery person doesn't ring the door bell etc. I have ordered several high end items from department stores and have been forced into relying on this company to deliver and pray that my items arrive safely!

  Untrustworthy. An item that I purchased from **** stated that it was delivered, yet it was not. I understand that issues arise at times in the world of logistics, however, the estimated delivery date changed 3 times, and when it was allegedly delivered, the photograph that they used as confirmation was blurry. I have noticed that this seems to be a trend, as other yelp users have essentially said the same thing. I too have security cameras around the perimeter of my entire house, and there was absolutely no activity during the time that my package was alleged to arrive. Also of note, is the fact that other reviews state that they had similar experiences with packages coming from retailers such as Saks and Nordstrom. Be extremely cautious when expecting a package from a high end retailer when they use CDL (Last Mile Solutions).
