    Their drivers stole my package!!! They marked it as delivered and took it to the wrong address and never retrieved it.

    The only reason I gave the one star is because you can't leave a review. This disgusting company have nothing but THIEVES WORKING FIR THEM !!! They do not contact you back after several messages. The first 2 packages was left in my driveway almost at the end so that some one could steal them. Why the h*** are they still in business !!!! I'm so freaking ****** and disappointed in NORDSTROM for still using this company.

    CDL ****************** in ************* The worst delivery service EVER. I emailed customer service regarding business days/ hours and to update the deliver date. It was confirmed then drop off on the wrong date and stolen im so angry.Update. I am a loyal customer who just experienced some real fraudulent activity for the first time. The delivery service for saks name CDL took a picture of the box then stole my package now they won't give me my money for a stolen item I never received. This is horrible but a ****** learned I'll never purchase from saks again.

    All Ive read from other review is true, I received a notification from them (CDL)of package received a picture and never saw or received the package and it happened in 2 separate occasion

    I am totally unsure why stores ship with this company . Many to all their packages are under investigation because staff is stealing them. Regardless of receiving your money is causes major inconvenience for the customers. We either lose out on the deals or totally don't get what we order. This company should be shut down and investigated by Feds.

    I had a package that was delivered today around 11:12am. I am not at home and received the delivery notice from the manufacturer. Upon checking the delivery status I noticed that the package was delivered downstairs in my lobby by the mailbox and none of those mailboxes belong to me. My name, address, and apartment number is listed on the package very clearly; the driver was negligent on delivering the package to the appropriate location. My mailbox 8H would be on the other side, opposite of where my package was delivered according to the picture the driver took. Packages should not be left In unattended areas and should've been delivered to my door. This is the second time one of the drivers has left my package in the lobby by the wrong mailbox. Drivers should pay attention and have reading comprehension to deliver correctly. Last time they left a package in the lobby it was stolen.

    Why is this company still in business? They "lost" all of my packages that were sent using their services. One package actually arrived 3 months after if was mailed. Just recently a package never made it out of their warehouse & was considered "lost"! Please, companies DO NOT use this delivery service!!

    I waited for my order for days and it was never delivered. CDL is being used by the BIGGEST luxury retailer in the world and theyre stealing ****************. They need to be shut down IMMEDIATELY.

    I would give 0/5 if I could. The delivery driver left my package in an unsecured vestibule instead of buzzing it into the building to leave in the lobby. The package, a value of $250, was stolen. When I called to complain, I was told that leaving it in an unsecured vestibule is still considered as properly delivered. Buzzing into the building doesn't seem to be an issue for ******************* but for some reason buzzing in a leaving a package in a secure area is one step too far for CDL. I don't recommend using them because common sense appears to be an issue.I've also advised the company I ordered from to reconsider their use of CDL.

    Horrible company !! 2 times I ordered from Nordstrom and this company lost my items . Never received my expensive items !! I sent them a message and they claimed they are investigating ! To date never received my items !! Companies need to stop using them !
