    The worst experience of my life. Nordstrom rack uses this company now and I will never order from them again.

    This delivery service is stealing packages. When I called about my package a lady answered the phone and said "are you calling about a stolen package?" before I even said anything. They told me to file a police report and **** refused to help me as well. Do NOT use them for ANYTHING!!!

    Absolute WORSE service! I ordered from Sephora twice. First time, apparently my package was lost and Sephora replaced the order.... NOW CDL is saying "Not delivered... Excepting other" . I wrote the company and they are just saying it's closed out! THEY ARE HORRIBLE... If they had a 0 star... that's what I would give!!!!!!! They are not a delivery service!

    This is the worst carrier for shipping products the employees are stealing the merchandise and they are taking pictures of your merchandise as if they left it and the picture is of a different location than your address. I was home when my so call package was suppose to have been delivered they never rang my bell so how did they even entered my building. I have heard nothing but horrible things of this company. Not sure why companies such as Nordstrom would be using their service. After seeing all the bad reviews I am very shock to see they are still in business. Sooooo ------ ****** off.

    My homemade purchased an item from a NY company , and they used this low - level, shameless firm to deliver it. The lazy driver didn't even put it on my front steps . I was seating near my front door and I heard the sound when he simply threw the package and broke my original storm door from my property that it is 77 years old. When I called this CDL company with pictures to make a complain about it , all I got was a super super rude man that answered the phone .Hopefully they will not stay in business much longer. I wish I could give a NEGATIVE ***** STARS .

    This is a horrible and unscrupulous company. Their delivery drivers are thieves and the company does NOTHING to vet, regulate, or punish these folks. I witnessed their driver (who was in his own vehicle) place my package on my porch, take a photo of it, and then proceed to STEAL the package and drive off with it. I also got the security footage on my camera and emailed it to their support team - and all I was told is that they opened an investigation with no further details. No apology. I have NEVER had this happen with any other carrier. Once I googled them, I found out that this is common. If the company you are placing your order with is using this carrier, CANCEL IT!!!!! Beware, ********* and **** shoppers, this company hires thieves to steal your packages. They need to be audited and investigation. No reputable company should associate themselves with these fraudsters.

    Horrible company and customer service they never picked up my package They give you a delivery date but you dont get it by then and they blame it on the company when its their fault. Why give a delivery date when you dont pickup the package. Still dont know when Im getting it !! Very angry right now I needed it for a gift **** never order again from a company if they use this delivery company

    I received a text and email notification that my package was delivered; but it never was. My neighbor told me as he was entering the building; he saw a deliver guy take a box back to the truck. I never dealt with this company before. I sent emails and calls to this company and no response; bad business. If anyone notices that their package(s) is being delivered by this company, cancel it. It will be taken by the employee(s)
