      I purchased tickets on 6/27/2025 via the Website using my contact details I've used for every online purchase the last 20+ years. I never got a confirmation email or a confirmation number when purchasing. However, my card was charged immediately. On 6/29/2025 I emailed them asking for a refund since we didn't get tickets. The shows were selling out fast so someone in our party purchased additional tickets while we waited for the refund. They emailed me back on 6/29/2025 that they sent the tickets for a completely different show and to a **** *. of Australia and provided me contact information that was not me nor anyone I know. I advised them of their issue and asked again for a refund. They continued to claim they were working to resolve the issue, couldn't find the tickets, etc. We had numerous emails back and forth. I finally called on 6/30/2025 demanding a refund due to their failures in providing me my tickets. They stated it was escalated to a supervisor and "we cannot give refunds, we dont have that power". I told them I would dispute the charges then. Later in the day on 6/30/2025 after the call they stated they finally found the tickets and stated they put them in my account attached to my email. Again, there has been no confirmation email, there are no tickets, and they have failed to render their services. Preponderance of evidence shows they're in the wrong and I am demanding a refund for the $180.

      I bought 3 tickets for an event. My daughter got called into work so I just used 2 tickets. The man running the event said I would get a refund and submitted it for me. They refuse to give me the promised refund.

      I ordered 3 tickets for a neon paint party and upon arrival the a/c was not working in the venue. It's nearly 100F degrees outside and inside of the closed venue it was really close to the same temperature. The organizer advised that the a/c wasn't working stated that they wouldn't take the ** code and advised me to submit for a refund. I appreciate the organizer for being upfront and transparent. I submitted the request for the refund via feverup and received a automated rejection. I'm going to dispute the charges via my bank and report feverup to the both attorney General and CFBP if this isn't resolved asap.

      Fever is a business that when purchasing tickets will tell you that you can make date changes 48 hours in advance. Which is a normal and acceptable timeline. However, their app functionality will not allow for changes and will freeze and prevent changes. The voucher system that would allow you to exchange also is broken on Android, and also did not function. Effectively, barring you from using a system they claim you can do. Once 48 hours are up and you can no longer change, they begin to rinse and repeat conversation about their terms and conditions, despite them contradicting functionality they claim to have. They glossed over this contradiction and did not help me at all.

      I reached out within the desired amount of time (2 days) after facing a medical emergency that required emergency Surgery. I was led to believe all day that I would be getting a refund if I was able to provide the insane amount of details requested. (Which I provided with no issue) just to be told I would not be getting a refund and could only get an exchange for a later date in September when I will be out of the country. Poor customer service.Making me through hoops for nothing at all.

      Purchased tickets for 2pm on 6/20/2025. App auto corrected to 10am on the same date. As we live several hours outside of the area this time does not work. Contacted multiple times to just ask to have the tickets exchanged for 2pm on the same date as I had booked originally. **************** told me get stuffed our Terms of service says there are no refunds or exchanges which is a lie. There is a statement of no refunds but absolutely no mention of no exchanges. They refuse to communicate with me and this isn't a few dollars. The **** they have refuse to discuss anything over their poorly designed app and close the chat only to email you to say too bad. Thanks for ruining a full day off work, arrangements for caregiving, essentially stealing almost 100 dollars and ruining a birthday.

This should have been fixed by customer service not a third party. Please work towards improvement for the customer service in the future as issues similar to mine are being experienced by hundreds of customers.

      Hello - I booked a scavenger **** in ********* on June 15, 2025 through Fever. It unfortunately was not what we expected. We had assumed this would be a true scavenger ****, where you receive clues that lead you to one location, where you receive another clue and so on. We didn't expect simply receiving a powerpoint document of activities with no "clues" involved (i.e., go to a ********* and get a drink?!).Either way, I messaged our host immediately and said we would like a refund. She told me to contact the booking agency (Fever). I did and they told me that the organizer didn't allow refunds. At this point, I'm at a loss as to what to do and don't love being stuck in this loop.       My partner purchased tickets for Bubble Planet on 15/06. The money left his account but he never received the tickets, and then a while later the event sold out. We contacted Fever and were told that all they could do was issue a refund, but we had purchased tickets for that date (her birthday!) for a reason, and they were for our autistic daughter who is soooo excited to go. We have contacted Fever numerous times and were only given really generic responses, nothing even remotely helpful, and certainly no tickets. The event is now tomorrow and we are absolutely devastated, and our daughter will be even more devastated when she doesnt get to go to bubble tomorrow! So disappointed in their absolute lack of customer service and resolution. Its devastating.

      Ordered 2 tickets and 1 audio guide from Fever, for the Titanic Expedition. I ordered these tickets as a special gift for my partner for Mother's Day, she was very, very excited to go, she loves the Titanic. The day of the event, we woke up feeling sick and decided to stay home, as we were not feeling good. I wrote to Fever asking if they could reschedule our tickets for a FUTURE date, so that we can still go see the Titanic Expedition for my partner's Mother's Day gift. I DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR A REFUND OUTRIGHT!!! I just wanted to reschedule because we woke up sick and could not attend. Fever refused to help in any way, repeatedly stating "it's out of policy" and there's nothing they can do. I urged them to check our tickets to see that they were never scanned (because we were at home sick). Fever would not change their stance, they weren't issuing a refund or helping us in any way to get to experience the Titanic Expedition, that WE PAID FOR. We can't be the only people this has ever happened to? We're all human, we get sick, sometimes to the point to where we cannot leave our home. We should not be punished by this complete and utter lack of customer service or any human decency whatsoever from Fever. PLEASE HELP.

      Hi I ordered 2 tickets on On Fri, Jun 6, 2025 at 4:06AM from Fever. The total was $67.80. I emailed them a couple hours later and let them know that my friend missed her flight coming from ************* and that we couldnt attend anymore. This was at Jun 7, 2025 at 9:23 AM. When I emailed fever they immediately said no refunds. I asked for a voucher for a different date and they said I would have had to ask 48 hours in advance but I didnt have 48 hours in between when I ordered the tickets and when I emailed them about the incident. Fever is not trying to resolve this issue.
