      Event was cancelled due to weather and Fever took over a week to offer vouchers for rescheduling. Then the voucher was not covering the balance to rebook the EXACT same event. Numerous emails sent to resolve this issue and zero response. Two phone calls to customer service and STILL no resolution. Absolutely terrible app and service. Will never book tickets to another event with Fever - EVER.

      Terrible customer service. Received generic responses and absolutely no empathy for a special circumstance that prevented us from attending a purchased event. Unable to receive a refund even though the manager of the organization the event was held completely understood our situation and was willing to help us out. We did our best to explain human to human, and the responses were unacceptable. Do not recommend utilizing Fever to purchase services.

      Fever customer service is non existent. I tried to reschedule tickets to the Pittsburgh Christmas Light display and Fever was completely unhelpful. First, they wanted my ticket numbers. I had to exit out of the application to get my ticket numbers from my email and when I came back to the application then they wanted my order number. I'm trying to get my order number but then they wanted to send a code to my email address. When I got the code, the other screen disappeared from my phone. When I finally got a hold of customer service, they couldn't find my order via my phone number. Then I finally got a hold of someone in person by telephone and she couldn't find my order by email address or phone number. I missed the event and I am hoping that I can charge back the price from my credit card. This was all in all, a terrible experience and I would not recommend ever again.

      Be really careful booking at all, but would recommend staying away from this company. You are probably unfortunately already offered credits since you are on the BBB. You can see they have been screwing customers for a while with their C rating. They will say they will work on a refund and then give you a voucher. It’s ridiculous.
      Terms & conditions are not on their app at all, and that is where I checked out. There is no options to agree to their tos either. Reported this company to the FTC, and will be filing with my state AG as well. They are not complying with state laws.

      I had purchased a candlelight experience purchasing the cancelation protection. I received my e-tickets with total purchase price but not itemized receipt. I thought nothing of it until we caught covid and tried to get a refund where I was told promptly told that I did not purchase the cancelation protection and was pressured to make a decision at that point to either lose all of my money or get a voucher. I requested an itemized receipt as proof of my purchase. They refused stating they can not provide that until the event was over. Which makes absolutely no sense. I have continued to ask for my receipt which has gone unaswered by this company. I would have never thought to look on BBB for this company as it sales event tickets but now reading I am amongst a long list of people that are getting their money stolen from them as I consider this now a theft of money and a scam!

      A ******************************* at the *****************. it was so low quality that it almost seemed like a scam. The advertising made it seem like a cool classy dinner and ******* music. 1) You had to stand in four (!) lines. First line was to check in and you were given a piece of paper ripped from a lined notebook with a number written on it in pen.... for the seating section. The next line was to buy a ticket for alcoholic drinks. The next line was to get a bracelet proving you were 21 and the next line was for the drink. We spent a total of about *************************** lines with people wearing coats like you're at the airport.... 2) The food layout looked like a tailgate at a high school football game and not a classy Christmas event. There were foldout card tables with candy and chips. It was just not good. There were people there who came in evening gowns.... 3) The band itself was not great. The musicians were okay but the singer did not have a great voice and also he was either very very nervous or a little high or tipsy . At least thats what it looked like. It kind of felt like a below average wedding band. I saw a few people leave halfway through and a lot of people were on their phones just waiting for the thing to end. Anyway, it was just me and my girlfriends and we kind of laughed and moved on. But there were people there dressed in evening gowns on romantic dates .... I just felt bad for them.

      On vacation, saw advertisement for ********* Experience. They offered a Family and Friends deal (4-15 tickets). I chose that since we are a family of 4. After I received my confirmation, I saw my family 4 pack and 1 general admission ticket that, I didn’t purchase. When I arrived at the event, I questioned it and was told to contact the company we purchased the tickets through. After the event, I emailed Fever the situation and explained that I knew there was a no refund policy, but I didn’t just change my mind about the event, I felt I was scammed for a ticket. They stated the no refund policy and the event had passed, so I was out of luck. This is obviously a scam since they could have made an exception based on the situation. The ticket wasn’t used, but the other 4 were. Beware of buying tickets through Fever.

      I bought tickets for the city I live in and when I checked the confirmation, it said Alabama! The other side of the country. I called explaining their system messed up and all they told me way sorry, nothing can be done. They scammed me! I clicked and paid for something and got the bait and switch applied to me. I am telling others to avoid this company. The worst experience ever!

      I have been eyeing the Monet immersive experience on their website for quite a while. What I noticed was that they would first raise their ticket price and have a "sale." When the sale ends, the ticket price goes back to normal. So you end up paying about the same amount. And if you don't check the price on their website often, you wouldn't realize that you got tricked. It's a scam and this kind of practice should be illegal.

      Bought tickets to a light show in ******* that they were promoting at the hotel we were staying at. Turns out, if you stay there. Its complimentary. So we spent $91.54 on tickets we didnt have buy. We heard several families complain for the same issue. This company is just ripping people off. This is so unfortunate and unacceptable.
