      I was very lucky because I purchased a ticket for **** concert last minute (literally 1 hour before the start) and despite some troubles on getting the ticket right away, I was able to talk to customer support and got upgraded for the floor seat. I was very happy and really appreciated quich response. I know it was a risky decision to buy a ticket last minute and I would never recommend to do so, but at the end the most important is that I got my ticket and enjoyed the show.

      This company sells parking without a valid address. This cost my family over $100.00.

      Viagogo is a big scam I purchased tickets for a show and never received the tickets or my refund . They tell me I have to log into their app and the app never lets me log in . They say theyll call you back and they never do . Do not get scammed like I did spend a bit more and but from real ticket holders like ticket master. 2 months going on this . Stay away from viagogo SCAM SCAM SCAM . Youll never see you tickets or your money .

      Bought tickets from viagogo. They send ticket links that didn’t work. On top of that the company blamed me for missing the once in a lifetime **** concert. I invested what they done. They actually send to links one in which they cancelled and the other link didn’t work what so ever
