      Excellent service! My center stone needed to be reset and they sent out a Fed Ex package free of charge. ******* sent me a welcoming email and kept me informed of everything. I'm really happy to see how easy this process was. I'm receiving the ring today! This will be almost 6 weeks after shipping it out but, I'm happy that it didn't cost me anything and ******* was there to assist in every way! She deserves all the praise! Great job ******** and Diamonds International!

      ********** with the customer service department at ******************** provided excellent service regarding the re-sizing of the "Crown of LIght" ring we purchased on our cruise aboard Royal Caribbean's Allure of the Seas. He made sure shipping and delivery of the ring was was accomplished as expected.Our one issue with Diamonds International is we did not receive the communication regarding the details of how to ship the ring for re-sizing as explained to us when we purchased the ring on the ship. We were told we would receive a text or email within a day of arriving back to ********* with the proper instructions to ship the ring back to DI for re-sizing. After almost two weeks, we had to contact DI's customer service to look into the issue. A few days later after researching on their end, they were able to confirm the purchase and begin the process of shipping the ring for re-sizing. We have no regrets with the purchase of the ring; however, with the amount spent on the ring we should not have had to go through the extra steps to ensure the proper fit for the ring as promised by DI.

      When on a cruise and I purchased a ring for myself I did now wear it yet and when I finally did one of the side Dimonds fell out I was very disappointed I called the company and I was able to send it back Dimonds replaced and sent back in just a couple of weeks The customer service representative ******* from Dimonds international contacted me a every few days with an update she was great.Thank you for the quick response and service

      DO NOT BUY ANYTHING went to cazumel bought a ring they said was worth **** had it appraised no its worth **** called Diamond international to return it they said I would only get store credit why would I take a second chance read there reviews they are in a lawsuit don't get taken like I did they have a lady working on carnival cruise line that helps get you in name is ******** BEWARE

      I purchased a ring on a cruise and needed to get it re-sized. ******* reached out right after we returned home to help me with the process of getting my ring shipped off, evaluated, re-sized, cleaned, and shipped back. I have my ring back now and am extremely happy!
