      August 2023 we took a cruise to ****** and in ******* we purchased a **** and diamond ring. **** is my birthstone so I was excited to see the one they showed me. We purchased the ring and when we returned home I took it to get appraised so I could insure the ring. It did appraise for less than they quoted, so I called **************** to see what they could do about a lower price. They usually only take appraisals from specific diamond experts. I got one from our local high end jeweler. Their prices match those of Diamonds International. I spoke with **************** and she was very helpful. She kept me informed as to what was going on. I will purchase from Diamond International again as their employees are awesome and their customer service is fantastic. Thanks ********************************************* for my beautiful ring and thanks to **************** for being so helpful. We will be going back to ****** again next year 24, and I will be visiting another Diamonds international. Thanks again for beautiful jewelry and service that goes above and beyond.

      We were very pleased with the service provided by Abgail G with Diamonds International. We were on a ****** cruise celebrating our 51st anniversary This was our first time dealing with this company. We were a little nervous, but there was nothing to worry about. Everything went very smoothly.

      I was very impressed with the person *******, she helped me from beginning to end with the process of getting my bracelet repaired. I was very suspicious at first sending such an expensive item through the mail systems. But ******* was reassuring with her voice and genuine concern for my apprehension. I am so appreciative of her patience and excellent customer service process!

      ******* was very helpful and was communicating with me every step of the way. He stayed in communication with me even during the process time of the company having my items. Received my items back sooner than expected and pleased/happy is an understatement. Absolutely fell in love with my items all over again.!

      Purchased a 10 year anniversary ring. Crown of light. It was pendant added to ring to match my previous purchase. Was supposed to be a beautiful purchase stupid me signed all the paperwork. We were one of the last to get back on the ship so they were ******* then towards the end received my ring. Then gentlemen gave to me and I told him it was pendant was play crooked. He said its the way i was sitting well we had to go cause it was time, he told me if I wasn't satisfied with the purchase that I would go ahead and return it and it shouldn't be a problem as long as it's within the 30 days went back on the boat went home and finally got to examine the ring it is really crooked and the size is way too big this is not what I asked for it was supposed to be a beautiful ring and it seemed like he destroyed it now I called to see what can be done and of course they tell me they cannot give me a refund that they can give me store credit or they can give me something else to replace it I really don't want either of them because I want to be the one to pick it out and I won't be taking any cruises until next October so all I'm asking was my money back. Emailed customer service they said I can send the ring back to be repaired which we kind of agreed on but then he was talking about some fees that *** be charged now again at first he told me they would not be no fees and then in the letter that was sent to me to sign it stated that they *** be fees I don't want to go and pay more fees for something that was their mistake. At this point they made my 10-year anniversary a nightmare the ring that I was supposed to get that we've been saving up is not what I wanted money down the drain. All I'm asking is for a full refund turned this ulgy ring. That way when I go back in October I can find something much better and hopefully I won't be rushed.

      The ***** OF LIGHT engagement ring that I purchased for my girl had to be sized down quite a bit. It made the small diamonds loose. The ** of the ******* store took care of the arrangements to have the ring shipped to ****************** to be repaired. They told me ahead of time that it would take some time yet I could not be happier with the outcome. ****************** kept in touch the entire time. Thank you, my girl is happy!

      I had a problem with one of my ring settings, losing a diamond. ******* was wonderful! He worked and worked and worked trying to find my paperwork as the ring was almost 10 years old. When I found the paperwork and found that I had purchased it at ****** not DI, I called him back and apologized for the confusion. I would highly recommend DI to anyone over ******. DI was going to send me a return label that was prepaid where ****** is having me ship it at my cost. I am also having to pay for the diamond. The only thing that is warranted through ****** is labor. I will definitely be going back to DI for future purchases.
