      Incredible customer service provided by *************************! I purchased my "crown of light" ring over 5 years ago and two stones fell out. ****** worked with me in getting it fixed and kept me updated along the way. Incredible!

      I went on a 8 day cruise in July, and we stopped at the Diamonds International store in St. Maartin. I purchased a ring to go with another ring. I was told by the salesperson if the ring did not work with the ring that I was buying it for that I could exchange it or return it. When we got to the next island I tried to find a ring to exchange it for but there was not one that would work with my ring that I had brought on the ship. So the store manager at the last store told me to contact customer service so that we could get the problem resolved. When I contact the customer service department I was told that I would have to file a claim. Once I spoke to ******* she informed me that there was no refunds, and this is not what I was told when I purchased the ring. Like I told Abrigail, if I had known this I would not have gotten the ring. The salesperson did not explain to me what I was signing, because they knew that my ship was getting ready to leave the island. I have not wore the ring and would like to return it for a full refund. I feel because they know that the people who are on these cruise ships have limited time that they are just trying to make a sale, and not inform you that there are no returns, because without the cruisers they have no customers. ******** tried to fine another ring to work with my ring, because she requested pictures of the two rings, and she was unable to come up with a ring that would work. So I would love help resolving this problem.

      **************** from ******************** was first rate. My wife bought a crown of light diamond ring in Cozumel and, due to the sizing required, one of the diamonds popped out. As soon as I contacted their customer service department ****************, led me through the whole process and provided and provided pre-paid, fully insured shipping to return the ring for repair. ******** kept me updated through the whole process. The ring was shipped to their jewelers in ******** who reset all of the diamonds, replaced the missing item and completely cleaned the ring. It was shipped back to us via ***** overnight and looks better than new. Beautiful merchandise and tremendous customer service m

      We recently purchased a pre-owned Rolex, and upgraded my wife's engagement ring on a recent ******* cruise in ******. We purchased a loose stone and they custom-made a band for it in house all in time for us to catch the ship. The team was incredibly accommodating. However...After leaving the store and boarding the ship, I noticed the fluted bezel on the watch was cross-threaded and damaged to the point where it was affecting the ******** It was not flat and was sitting at a 5 degree angle. At our next stop in ********* I approached the Diamonds International store and asked for a replacement. Unfortunately they did not have the exact watch there in the store and suggested I contact their **************** team once I made it home. We did that, and after sending the watch in, and waiting for their team to source a replacement, I received it and dropped it off at my local Rolex dealer for authentication. Everything came back great.Thanks to **** and ****** for their help in the ****** store, and ******** from **************** for her help replacing the watch.

      We assisted our son in purchasing an engagement ring for our future daughter-in-law while on a cruise in ***********. The jeweler in *********** helped us select the diamond, the mounting, and the band. The ring was made in-house and ready for us to pick up by the end of the day. Soon after giving her the ring, the mounting on the ring started to shift slightly. I contacted Diamonds International customer service where I was connected to a very helpful customer service agent, ************** Upon reviewing the photos of the issue, DI requested the ring be sent to them. I was nervous about the process of shipping an expensive ring, but they assured me the ring was covered under their insurance. DI received the ring and after their inspection was told the ring was not up to their quality standards and would need to be re-made. During the entire process ***** kept me informed. ***** had to leave for a scheduled vacation, but he made sure I had the contact information of his colleagues should I have any questions or concerns. When he returned, he emailed me with an update as he promised he would. Throughout the entire process, ***** kept me informed and made me feel comfortable with the process. We recently received the ring back and it looks great. Very impressed with DI customer service, as well as, the master jeweler who recrafted the ring.
