I bought a tanzanite ring on the ship during a ***** Island Cruise. It needed to be resized. Shortly after arriving home, I received an email from **************** in customer service with instructions and a request for picture of the ring. Somehow after taking the picture, the stone got chipped. I told ******* about it and she got back to me and said they would replace the stone and resize the ring and gave me specific instructions and a lable to ship ****** The reing was done sooner than I expected and it was overnighted back to me and looks beautiful and fits perfectly. ******* was great keeping me advised and giving clear exact instructions, The whole process was frictionless.Diamonds International

I would like to share my experience purchasing jewelry, from DI, on my ****** cruise. I purchased a ring and bracelet on the cruise. I love my purchase, but both items would need to be sent in to be re-sized. AJ the sales rep was great, he reassured me that customer service would contact me, and I would be able to send it in and get the ring size enlarged, the bracelet made smaller, and earrings made out of the diamonds removed from the bracelet. I was a little nervous letting this jewelry out of my sight, because I had never made such a large purchase in jewelry before. My customer **** ***** V, was great all thru the process. He patiently answered all my questions, gave me detailed instructions, and kept me updated on the progress of my adjustments. Along the way during the process, I noticed that the bracelet had a **** in the underside, they also took care to fix that. It took about 4-6 weeks to get all the pieces back, but everything came back in perfect shape, I am very pleased with all my pieces. I would definitely purchase from DI again. I bought a diamond and Tanzonite bracelet. The bracelet broke into 3 pieces. When purchased I thought it had a lifetime warranty. Then told 30 days. Just went on another cruise and was told I could of had if fixed for free if I had the bracelet with me. Diamonds International wants me to send it back to them and have me pay 100 of dollars to fix a bracelet they sold me that was flawed from the start. Please never buy anything from them. On my next cruise and there after at every jewellery meeting I will let fellow travelers know what horrible people they are to do business with. Run as fast as you can.Diamonds International

I purchased a lose stone at DI onboard the ****** Wonder and they processed it for me at their store in *******, ******, they then sent it to their workshop and mounted it into a pendant for me.The whole process from purchase to delivery of the final piece was painless and super efficient.******************, **************** rep at their office, was a pleasure to work with and helped me every step of the way.Super satisfied with the whole thing!Diamonds International

Perfectly sized with a great customer service! We purchased a chocolate Crown of Light diamond ring from the Regal jewelers on the Allure of the Sea in the first week of May 2023. It was the last day so we needed to contact Diamonds International to have it sized. I contacted them and **************** wrote me back, giving me all the information needed to send my ring to them. I have to say I was VERY nervous sending this through the mail, but the instructions were very well defined and it got there quickly.**************** kept me in the loop the entire time, letting me know where the ring was in the process. Last night she contacted me and said it was on its way, with the tracking number. It got back to me, perfectly sized, today. My experience with Diamonds International was very good, with the help of **************** being the best part of the resizing experience. You can trust her to handle your beautiful ring with great care and get it back to you. I'm VERY pleased with this experience.Diamonds International
