      We bought a Diamond Ring in Cozumel on a cruise. The ring was beautiful, however, within 3 weeks a small diamond fell out. Probably due to sizing In Cozumel. Diamonds International was wonderful in taking care of shipping, fixing and shipping back to me. ****** was my customer service representative and he was excellent. He kept me abreast of all aspects of shipping, repair and shipping back to me!

      Im very pleased with Diamonds International. I purchased a necklace while on vacation and after wearing it for a couple of hours I realized that the tanzanite stone had fallen out. I notified Diamonds International of what happened and they immediately put me in touch with ****** one of their representatives who took such great care to see the my necklace was replaced. I really couldnt ask for anything more or for any better service. I have purchased much more expensive items from them in the past and never had an issue with the quality of the items. I would recommend them and I would definitely be a returning customer.Thank You ****** And Thank You ********************

      I had an amazing experience with ******************************* My bracelet was too big so the staff made me a pair of s**** back earrings with the additional links from my bracelet. ******* was my customer service rep and he stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process. Now I have 2 beautiful pieces of jewelry to commemorate the amazing vacation my family took together.

      Originally bought what I thought was a 14k yellow gold ring while on a cruise. After I got it home I put it away waiting to find the perfect diamond for the center stone. Found the diamond...but when I took the ring in to my local jeweler..I noticed a very orange color to my ring. It was NOT 14KYG it was plated. I was out of warranty and very upset. Called and ******* was so kind and worked with me to get the ring in yellow gold like I had wanted. She went above and beyond in helping me get the perfect ring for our 45 anniversary. Thank you DI...my faith is restored.

      We purchased a ring during ********** and noticed it had a flaw on the last day. Since we were not going to any more ports, the piece had to be sent in for repairs once we were back on the mainland. Even though it took a couple weeks to get the paperwork from the cruiseline, once I did, the process went very smoothly. The communication between myself and ******* at D.I. was wonderful! He kept me informed of the progress all the way through.

      I purchased a ring in *********** on a cruise. When I got back to the boat, one of the diamonds had fallen out, luckily, there was a diamonds international on board the ship. II went to the store there and found another setting for the diamond. I liked better. They contacted the main headquarters and assured me they would call me with instructions when I got home ****** did call from Diamonds international with instructions as to what to do with the ring. It took a little over three months to resolve the issue, but she was very helpful and in the end I was satisfied and everything turned out Ok.
