5 starsAt first, I was so skeptical about them even it's a huge company. At the end, no wonder they are top. Detailed instructions to send my ring back to them to get resizing. DI employee ******, handled my repair of an eleven year old Anniversary Ring that I purchased for for my Wife celebrating our 25th. ****** did a fantastic job guiding me through repair procedure and ensuring the protection of our ring during the shipping and repair process. When in Cozumel on a cruise recently we purchased a Crown of Light Diamond to upgrade one in a ring we had purchased previously. When at home about 2 months later I noticed the stone was missing. I contacted DI and ******* was assigned to handle my claim. He was very helpful and guided me through the process of returning the ring, the evaluation and repair of the ring and the return of the ring. Though I was very nervous about putting this piece in the mail he assured me it would be safe. The process for returning through the mail was extremely secure. If you ever shop at Diamonds International, be very wary about their return policy. We bought two Rolex watches while on a cruise. We found out that they stamped "Final Sale" on their copy, but not on ours. We decided we made a mistake buying them and wanted to return them when we got home. They mentioned the "final sale" on the receipt. I sent them a copy of our receipt that does not have it stamped on it. I feel that they are unscrupulous for doing this and not informing ** that the sale was final and the watches were not returnable. DO NOT SHOP AT THESE STORES unless you are 100% sure of your purchase, and then I'd be cautious.Diamonds International
