      I needed to exchange a ring I had bought just before covid. Covid hit and there was no one to help me. After covid ******* in customer service was excellent, in getting my problem solved. I am very happy with the results.Thanks *******

      I purchased an exquisite ring and matching earrings at the DI store in Cozumel. Buyers should know that it is very unlikely you will be able to return anything purchased from a DI store. I did have an issue with a smaller diamond lost from my ring after wearing it just a few times. The DI customer service is very good. Gener V was polite and responsive and told me how to get my ring repaired. This involved me mailing it to one of their repair places in ****** from my home in ******. The whole process took less than a month and did not cost me anything. Thank you Gener for your wonderful customer service! Anyone buyng from DI should check their catalog prices and also request interest free payments before they buy. I'm not sure why, but it takes a while for my payments to show up if I pay by EFT, I pay one day after the statement date to make sure the payment shows up before the next statement date. It goes much quicker if I mail a check..

      ***** of DI was extremely helpful and kind to me over the phone and by email, helping me return a pair of earrings. I have bought several items from DI as I traveled around that I am very pleased with. These earrings were my first mistake and ***** made the return process go very smoothly.

      I lost one of the diamonds on one of the sides of the bagette. It was quite a hassle to return back to Diamonds International and it took almost 2 months to get it back. I know that they inspect the ring thoroughly before they return it. I would suggest that they could make it an easier process if they sent the proper packaging to me to avoid the hassle of having to go to a ***** store and send it back. We tried contacting ***** several times to bring the supplies to our house for the pickup but both times they didn't have the proper packaging that Diamonds International required. ******* was very helpful in keeping me informed of the process and when it was ready to be shipped back to me.

      ******* kept us updated regularly and was quick to respond to any questions we had about the process. We were nervous about shipping the ring, but the process was so easy! Plus, the jeweler did a fantastic job. Amazing experience!!

      +++***** was amazing! She stayed in constant communication when my ring was in need of repair. I wear my ring every day and somehow I lost a diamond. ***** explained the entire process and I even received my ring back ahead of schedule. It was a great experience!

      I bought a beautiful Mickey ***** ring and matching earrings on a recent ****** cruise. I wore the earrings home but I had to send the ring in for resizing. ******** worked with me and she is amazing!! She made everything so easy and kept me informed every step of the way. I cant express how grateful I am!!! I will hopefully get more chances to purchase more fine jewelry from Diamonds International!

      I bought my 2 rings on the ****** Fantasy, I needed them to be resized, the salesman told me a DI agent will go to my house and resize it, that it will be no problem. A few days after when I got home I received an email from customer service and was told by my surprise that I needed to ship it, I am not sure why the sales agent from the ship will guarantee me this, I felt insecure to ship 2 diamond rings that I have no insurance, if I would have known I would not have buy them, I like to be clear when I purchase something. I asked ****** (customer Service agent) if I could go to a store and she said yes as another alternative, she was very understanding. I went to the nearest store(******************* mall)and spoke with ******** (the manager) and he was so attentive and made things so easily, very professional. He gave me 2 tickets and told me he will call me, which he did even earlier, I got my 2 *********** love them, they fit perfectly. Thank you!!!
