      Great communication on a ring that has lost a stone. I mailed the ring to ********* was fixed & checked to make sure no other repairs were needed! It was fixed in a very reasonable time as well! ******* kept me up to date on what was going on & when it was shipped back to me!

      Had an issue with a lost stone on my ring setting that had been lost due to a prong that was poorly crafted. I was told that it was past the warranty and could be repaired for a charge. I felt the DI policy was misrepresented to me by the sales staff when they said that any defects would be lifetime guaranteed. Working with ******** from customer service she was able to resolve the issue and came up with a suitable resolution. Definitely the customer service from DI was superior but their warranty policy needs to be better clarified.

      I bought a pair of diamond huggie earrings in Tortola in January while on a cruise. The first time wearing the earrings after purchase, I had to call DI customer service because the hinge and post closure on one of the earrings was very loose and it was prone to open accidentally. I initially spoke to *********. She was very polite and she forwarded my concern to **************** and he handled my claim from there. He was very fast, efficient and polite to work with. I was very pleased with the repair and the whole process from start to finish was about 2 weeks, which was very impressive. After I got the repaired earring back and after comparing both earrings, the repaired earring (#1) is so much more secure than earring #2 and so **************** is helping me to get a repair for that one as well so they match. I would have no problems buying from DI again because of the excellent customer service I have received for this matter.

      Bought 5 stone diamond ring last year wile on cruise from DI. Girlfriend noticed center stone was broken, contacted DI and they had me send for evaluation. **************** assisted us and kept ** informed that stone was going to be replaced. Once complete ring was sent back to **. Thank you for the great customer service!

      We have purchased several pieces from DI over the years, some quite expensive. In 2018 we purchased a stackable Crown of Light ring with *************** stones in Cozumel. Two of the stones later fell out and needed to be replaced. In October 2022 I sent it to DI for repair. ********************* was the customer rep. DI determined that in addition to replacing the stones the ring need to be completely rebuilt to secure the stones better, charging ** $150 for which seemed reasonable. Three months after authorizing the repair, the ring was returned completely repaired and looks beautiful. Throughout the process ********************* kept ** informed of the status throughout. We are very pleased with his service.

      I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Diamonds International. ***** worked with me throughout the entire process and did an excellent job. She stayed in contact with me from start to finish. Could not have asked for better service. The process of sending the jewelry, purchased while on a cruise, to them was seamless as well as the process when they sent it back. The quality of the work was impeccable.
