      I bought a ring at DI on a cruise ship that was two sizes too big, but was assured by DI that the ring could be resized at no cost to me. As soon as I returned home, ****** contacted me with specific instructions for a secure shipment of the ring. ****** let me know when the ring arrived and regularly kept me updated, by phone and email, with the progress of the resizing. He was always very polite and helpful. The ring arrived back to me just a couple of weeks after I shipped it and now fits perfectly. I couldn't have asked for better service!

      I recently visited to Diamonds International (DI) on a MSC cruise to ************. I bought a Bulova Curve Watch for $805 that looked nice and guaranteed by salesperson that it was best price possible. I was sadly taken advantage of where the watch did not work when I returned home to States in addition to the price on Amazon being $550. I would not recommend this establishment to any individual. I tried contacting them via phone and email with no response. Avoid the heart ache and buy in States. MSC should not be endorsing this vendor as it will give them a bad name with their poor quality of product and customer service!!

      I purchased a ring in ******* ******** at Diamonds International but when I returned home I found the same ring in their online store for half the price. I contacted them and received excellent customer service with ****** *. He was there for me throughout the entire process until I received a credit for the difference. ****** * was respectful, professional, and extremely helpful. I've never experienced such excellent customer service!

      After telling us at the point of sale their white gold wouldn't fade to gold, it began to fade to gold. I contacted the company and they said "send it to them and they would determine if the warranty applied". They paid for the postage, so we sent it to them. After initially saying it would be $75 to fix the problem, and some back and forth discussion, they decided to fix it this time to make ** happy. With the shipping time they had the engagement ring for about 6 weeks, which seemed long but they said it would be 4 to 6 weeks after it got to the factory for repair.The ring looks fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to use them for jewelry repair.

      Purchased a beautiful Safi Kilima Tanzanite stone pendant in Cozumel. They did not have a white gold chain. When we got back in the States I contacted ******* *. Customer Service Representative | Diamonds International. She told me of the expected timeline of a response for a chain. She worked with management and let me know they approved a 22" white gold adjustable chain. It was immediately sent and just received. It is just the right weight and we love it be adjustable. I am very impressed with DI, the store manager *****, and *******.
