  I purchased a Ring from Diamonds International in Dec. Of 24. In early 2025 my Ring Band cracker. I contacted the company and worked with We-nd-yR. She guided me through the entire process of determining how to get my Ring repaired. She was excellent. Contact with her was frequent so I knew what was going on. Excellent service from this company and thier representative. Thank you!

  ******** was the best customer service representative I've ever had! She was always in contact with my husband and I, as well as being professional and welcoming. She kept us up to date once, sometimes twice a week and always responded to every single email interaction we had. I wish all representatives were just like her!

  We were looking at 2 necklaces at first. I really liked the simplicity of one of them but could not splurge on both. As I was about to finalize my purchase, the ** offered me a bracelet that had the same pattern of pendant on the simple necklace. I was sold with idea of being able to get a pendant and a bracelet with in mind that the f they dont call e to get the service, I could still go to a local jewelry store, I can give them the same idea of converting some of the stones into a pendant. I would just need to pay for the service. A couple of days from ending the ******, ******* reached out to me and walked me through the whole process. She was courteous and made me feel assured that sending such an expensive item via mail across the country will be ok. She updated me the progress of the items and was in contact on certain possible revisions with my opinion in mind. She could have really just picked for me and taken the easy route but asked for what I wanted on how the pendant would look. I am very pleased with her assistance. Very professional, courteous, and just excellent overall.

  Purchased a bracelet during a ****** Crusie in March. It was a little big. ****** was very helpful getting it resized and a pendant made out of the extra piece. It took just over 5 weeks and happy to have it back now. Thank you for the excellent service and great communication through the whole process.

  This was our first time purchasing from Diamonds International, and the experience exceeded expectations. We had a few custom requests ring sizing and a bracelet adjustment and the process was seamless. The modifications were completed quickly, shipping was fast, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish.   I had a fantastic experience with them! We bought several pieces that we wanted in a certain way. The store could accommodate most of the items but not 2. However, they offered send the pieces to one of the main locations to be completed ******* who was assigned to us for ensuring everything was done, and done correctly. She made sure that even aspect of the jewelry was to me standards, down to the setting bracket under the gem. Always, very professional and nice. Our jewelry was not supposed to take long but was delayed looking for the perfect princess cut setting I wanted. It took several weeks, but ******* was there every step of the way, updating us on the delays EVERY week. When we got the jewelry she made sure it was delivered and in perfect shape. Id love to work with her again! Def wants to make come back to the company. Thank you *******!!

  I had such great service from Diamonds International. My service representative was *******, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. She stayed in contact with us through out the entire process of getting our ring repaired. The service was also quicker than we anticipated.
