I procrastinated until the last second and called because the wedding ring I had purchased was making a clinking noise and I thought the diamond was loose. I called 1 month before my wedding date, ******* *. was assigned to me and rushed everything along with shipping and made sure the jewelers were on top of my ring because of my tight deadline. She kept me informed the whole way and emailed me the tracking number when it was on it's way back to me. Couldn't have asked for a better representative to be assigned to help me.Diamonds International

Diamonds International and ***** * in the customer fulfillment department went over and above to ensure our purchase in ******* was successful. We had purchased a 1993 classic ladies Rolex from DI and DI did stand behind the purchase with a 2 year warranty. I had done business with DI on other occasions but this we my first time for a time piece vs. ********* *******. The watch ceased to operate correctly almost immediately, and I sent it in to DI in *** **** for their analysis and ***** * made sure I was in the loop the entire way. DI stood behind the purchase and they had the Rolex reworked and refurbished to operate correctly which is what you want in a beautiful time piece.
I would recommend ***** * for accommodation and DI for standing behind their products and sales. I am in the Carribean often and I will definitely continue to shop with DI.Diamonds International

I bought a black diamond ring in ****************** on a cruise. I never received a bill or anything until I was in default for payment. My credit score dropped 53 points! I bought the ring in November and its only January! Wtf?! Im trying to buy a house! Also, my price on my new invoice went up another $200 from what I was quoted. I bought a beautiful Solar ring while on a cruise to ****** along with a matching pendant and earrings. It is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. The ring was resized while we were at sea - it was ready before leaving the ship. I proudly wore it of the ship along with my other purchases. ?? Having received many compliments about my purchases. The problem was the design of the ring ( not its fault ) I wear all of my jewelry 24/7. The inner diamond that was suspended began to sink in causing the ring to warp in. I contacted customer service and dealt with ****** and ******. The pendant i had decided was not my style, therefore decided to return. They were easy to work with and kept me apprised of details regarding my ring and pendant credit.My ring has been returned to me!! The repair has made it sturdier, more wearable, and me very happy. I can't thank Diamonds International for a wonderful team they have put together to service their customers. The merchandise is of very poor quality. I have had the worst experience ever trying to get the company to reverse the charge and close the account. I want nothing to do with this company what so ever. Absolutely horrible and so not worth the money.Diamonds International

We made a few very expensive purchases from Diamonds International while on cruises. My husband bought me a beautiful ruby and diamond tennis bracelet, and one of the rubies broke and fell out when we got home. I didn't get their phone number to contact them answered immediately so I wrote an email to the company which they responded to very quickly. I sent the bracelet back at their expense. They replaced a number of stones that they felt were inferior .***** and ***** were extremely helpful and considerate. I wasn't happy with the first replaced stones because they weren't as sparkly as the original ones, and they took it back free of charge a second time and put in stunning rubies. I am so happy with my bracelet!!! I recommend Diamonds International. This is a very reputable company.Diamonds International
