I went on a cruise to ******* and made a purchase of a earrings and one ring . The Salesman guaranteed me that they gave me the best price and if not check back we will adjust price which they did for me in past for one of my ring , when I check with about 6 jewelers with same certification of the diamond quality and size price they gave me is 4 times less than what I have paid , when I contacted diamonds international with all the proof of price and certificate of diamonds they refuse to match the price or give me any refund only option they are giving me is exchange from online store where hardly anything I can exchange , Which was the first lie that was told to me when purchasing the item about price .. I tried to contact customer service by calling and emailing them letting them know of the situation they responded with only answer that only option I have is exchange , What I want is return all items and get refund , I have file a dispute with the company and will never refer anyone to buy from this company ever! It has been almost 4 times price I have paid If I could give the company 0 stars I would. SO BEWARE!Diamonds International

5 starsI purchased a Crown of Light Men's ring in Nov 2022 and 3 weeks later had a problem with part of the ring. I contacted Diamonds International, and they were quick to offer repair options. I have been searching for years to find a pink diamond, so I was beyond thrilled, while taking a cruise on the ****** ****, to discover that they had 3 loose stones to choose from. All 3 were amazing. I made my choice and picked out a beautiful setting for the diamond to be placed into. I have chunky fingers so, not only did the diamond have to be placed, the ring had to be resized larger. I was very apprehensive because I had to ship the 2 pieces from ****** to *******. ***** was very understanding of my fears and kept me informed and updated on each step. I was told that, because of Covid, it might take months to finish, but I was thrilled when it only took about a week. I could take off a star because of a shipping error but ***** and ***** jumped right in and quickly resolved the situation and kept me informed. ***** was such a pleasure to speak too on the phone. Very calming. Needless to say, the end product was flawless. Extremely happy!Diamonds International

Purchased my new diamond ring in ***** when I got home I decided it needed to be sized it was turning on my finger did not have the time in *****.The process was very easy with interaction with one customer service representative she was very helpful and very professional via all our emails and sent me the appropriate package information and instructions to send my ring back.It took about 5 weeks to receive it back but was worth the wait!Thanks ******Diamonds International

Great company to work with ! I purchased a diamond necklace while visiting ****. The chain broke 8 months after my purchase. 1 starWas pressured into buying jewelry that was supposed to be worth much more than what it appraised for. Was just looking at engagement rings and the manager talked ** into buying a very expensive bracelet that was supposed to be such an amazing deal after they slashed over $100,000 off the *********** not such a great deal because they apparently mark up their jewelry about 5 times the actual value. So I paid double what is appraised for. Their Crown of Light gives them liberty to overstate the value of those diamonds. They also state you can return or get the difference refunded if it doesnt appraise. But you have to use their very small list of approved appraisers. I almost lost my new solitaire diamond earrings because the backs would fall off when changing clothes or washing my hair. I reached out to Diamond's Int'l, and ******* * provided exceptional service. I sent my earrings in to get changed to screw backs, and she kept me informed during the process.
