      Wonderful customer service. My wife's stone fell out of her ring at our wedding, so I called and immediately the process began. I was then in constant contact with ****** who would email me every step of the way AND call to make sure I knew everything which was happening. Probably the best customer service I've ever recieved ANYWHERE! ****** was amazing and whatever you pay that man, it isn't enough! The ring was fixed and returned and looks amazing. Thanks for all that you have done for me!

      I’ve recently wrote a bad review due to the timeframe that it took to resolve my issue with my purchase. 4 months later and my issue was corrected. I want to thank ****** and ***** for assisting me in correcting my issue and making my fiancée happy again.

      I bought a very expensive ring at Diamonds International and decided it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Their Customer Service Representative ******* * was absolutely amazing to work with. She made the trade so easy and assured me they would take good care of me and they did! I highly recommend them. They will make sure you are a happy customer!

      I bought A chocolate Diamond Ring from you all for ***** dollars and i just recently had it appraised they said it is a real diamond but it is made with low quality I bought this while i was on a cruise I bought it in Cozemul ****** they told me the payments would go down which never did I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER RING FROM DIAMONDS INTERNATIONAL AGAIN I STILL OWE ALMOST ***** AND TO BE HONEST WITH YOU WITH IT BEING CHEAPLY MADE I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY ANY MORE ON IT. So no I am not happy with it and if I have to pay for the rest of this I will tell everyone I meet on this next cruise not to get sucker in on this.

      My husband bought me a beautiful yellow diamond ring on a Disney Cruise. I was able to wear the ring home and was told I could work with Diamonds International for resizing. Initially I thought they were going to put two small balls on the inside of the ring but they said that would not be a good thing to size it and they would rather rebuild the ring for me in my size so it wouldn’t mess with the integrity of the ring. I worked with ******** and ********* on getting the original ring sent back. They informed me through phone conversations and email exactly what to expect and how long everything would take. They gave me updates along the way and were very friendly during the whole process. I would highly recommend this company and ******** and *********!

      I purchased a ring on a cruise to Mexican Riviera that needed to be resized. I called upon my return home and started the process of sending the ring for the work to be done. ***** handled my transaction effortlessly and efficiently from start to finish. She was fantastic! Called and/or emailed throughout to keep me aware of any updates. GREAT customer service!
