      I purchased a ring from Diamonds International on our cruise in December, 2024. The ring needed to be resized and I was assured it could be handled once I returned home. Soon after we got home I got my first phone call from *****. But since I didn't recognize the phone number, I didn't answer the call. So ***** called me several times until I finally answered. Between her phone calls and emails, ***** was always so sweet and patient with explaining the process. I followed her instructions and everything went smoothly. I wouldn't be afraid to buy another piece of jewelry from Diamonds International in the future.

      I purchased a bracelet on a cruise in December and a stone fell out. I went by Diamonds International in ************** and they started the process for me right then. We were contacted by ****** ******* right away from Diamonds International repair center. He emailed me every step of the way and the bracelet was repaired and sent back to me very quickly. Thank you ******! DI stands behind their products.

      I have been a customer for over 20 years and hesitate to shop anywhere else for my jewelry. Love the quality and customer service is alway wonderful. ******* was very easy to work with and communicated on every step of my ring sizing. I normally purchase from the stores where they can do the sizing in house but this time had to send it in. Worked ************* good to know I have a contact I can trust with any issue I may have.

      I purchased a tanzanite ring while on a cruise from DI in January 2025 and needed it resized. ******* G from DI made the process seamless - she explained the procedure and kept me up to date during the process. I would definitely recommend ******* at DI and would purchase again from DI knowing that the resizing process is easy and efficient.

      I purchased two rings while on a cruise in November. My appraiser told me my small diamond was loose, and I was missing a chip on my tanzanite ring. ***** at DI was very kind and so quick to respond. She walked me through the return process, assured me my shipment was insured, and she made sure I received my rings as soon as they were available. She communicated with me throughout the process and between our 18 or so emails was way more prompt than I was with a response!! Thanks again *****!

      After I purchased my jewelry from Diamonds Int'l, Gener V, contacted me regarding things that need to be done with my purchase. He was incredibly quick in all of his responses and so detailed in all of the instruction I needed to follow! He was polite and professional. Of course I was nervous about sending my purchase back and forth but he insured me that if I followed the instruction, it will all be okay. The emails he sent to me actually answered a lot of my questions BEFORE I even asked him! He even addressed the reasons for some of the detailed instruction so I can understand how they've already thought through the hesitation of the clients. He kept me in the loop on when he received the parcel from me and when it was sent back to me. I was very surprised by his customer service and speed! It would be a dream to have all customer representatives be like him!

      I purchased a ring from DI while I was on a cruise early January. ******** was incredible to work with and I appreciated learning more about the industry and DIs commitment to quality and ethics. The ring was too big for the finger I wanted to wear it on so they talked me through the resizing process. Less than a week after the cruise, I received an email from ******* *. confirming whether I wanted to resize and talk me through the forms to fill out and shipping process. ******* was incredibly informative and put me at ease about shipping the ring to be resized. The shipping process was well written to ensure the protection of the ring and speedy transport to its destination. It took about a week and a half to resize, which was much faster than another company I used to resize a ring of lesser value. I believe in many cases that you can measure the worth of a company by your interactions with its employees and DI definitely blew me away with their commitment to service.
