      I have purchased from DI 3 times before and had a great experience. The last purchase, a diamond fell out within a week and I had to return the ring for repair. ******** in customer service guided me through the steps. I was nervous about shipping the ring but she answered all of my questions and assured me they would take care of it. The diamond was replaced and ring was repaired quickly. I was very pleased with the experience.

      I worked with ******* to take care of a ring that the post and diamond came off, I had just purchased the ring and I had only wore ring for 6 days so I was pretty upset and she handled it quickly. She kept me in the loop and did everything she could to get the ring back asap. It turned out great. So happy to have it and get to enjoy it now.

      I purchased a tanzanite bracelet from Diamond International that was slightly too large, so Diamonds International sent me a return label so that they could remove the extra links and fashion them into earrings to match the bracelet. ****** ****** was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the status of the customization. Very pleased with the service.
