      A diamond fell out of my new ring. I contacted customer service and I received a quick response. ******* was friendly, helpful and provided outstanding customer service. She provided me with a shipping label, insured, including instructions for packaging. I had my ring back quickly and looking great! Thank you *******!

      Gener V successfully helped me get my diamond ring that was missing a diamond fixed. He was awesome with timing and was always concern about my ring's whereabouts and ensuring it was safe and that was fixed quickly and returned to me. Even after the ring was fixed and returned to me, he made sure it did teach its destination. He was by all means respectful and professional and made sure my needs were met. My previous ring was fixed and returned to me in less than a months time frame. Thank you Gener for your dedicated service. Meanwhile Di took care of repairing my ring and they did an awesome job.

      Beware of DI! Very disappointed ! Ive been scammed!While on a cruise vacation on or around September 10, 2024, I stopped into Diamond International Jewelry Store in *********, AK. Before the free item there was sales pitches and after somewhat intense sales pressure, I purchased and paid $2,095.00 for a 14K white gold Crown of Light ring as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. DI Jewelry Upon returning home, I asked a local store and a jeweler for an evaluation of the ring purchased. I was extremely disappointed to hear the actual value of the ring was closer to 1/4th of the purchase price. I immediately contacted Diamond International Jewelry Store web site to discuss the matter, and requested an RMA to return the ring in exchange for a full expedited refund. I was only able to leave a phone message. I was instructed by Diamond International Jewelry Store receptionist via e-mail that I needed to travel over an hour to **************** and wait two to three hours for the paperwork from the appraiser of their choice. In addition, I was also advised that I had to pay additional monies to the appraiser of DIs choice in order to return the ring. I was informed by DI Jewelry Store that this was the only way they could move forward with my return request. I never talked to an actual **** just a screening receptionist named ********** an employee with DI.Please note that I am a 78-year-old senior citizen. I assert that this request is a hardship for me and my health. Based on the foregoing, I am requesting that Diamond International Jewelry Store provide reasonable accommodations under the *** that allow me to return the ring for a full expedited refund, without requiring me to travel and wait an extended period of time for an appraisal of the ring at an additional cost of $125.00 by a DI chosen appraiser.. **** *.

      ******* at Di was great. ??????????She was my POC communication correspondence all the way. I purchased a ForeverMark tennis bracelet from Di on the ** ******. Long story short months later at home i was putting my bracelet on, it slid off my wrist on to the floor and broke into two pieces. I didnt realize how fragile the links were. Di did make alteration due the length of the bracelet while docked at ******. Staff who sold the bracelet on the ** ****** were nice and patient. It did take two attempts and a review on PissedConsumer for a Di *** to respond. It was difficult to find the right ************* contact to get the ball rolling on the ***air of the TB. Ultimately Di did ***air the TB and covered all expenses. ********** when you can find the right person or department to take responsibility is a respectable company. I am on the line if ask would make a seven figure purchase from Di on a cruise again. They would really need to up their game on their warranty and customer reassurance of satisfaction.

      I had just purchased a ring from Cozumel and realized that it was missing a stone once I got back on the ship. I sent an email to the customer service line asking for any help with their issue. ******* G was able to file a claim on my behalf and with her help I was able to get my ring fixed very quickly! The timeline that was expected was a lot longer than it actually took and I had my ring fixed and back to me within two weeks. I really appreciated her help throughout the process and how easy it was to communicate with her! Would definitely recommend her in the future!

      Diamonds International provided excellent customer service at the time of purchase in Cozumel. There was a new employee helping us and her supervisor was kind and helpful to her as she assisted us. Nine months later, two diamonds came out of my ring. The prongs appeared to be broken. Although, it was out of the six month warranty, DI repaired the ring at no cost to me. Communication and shipping was very quick.
