    What a place. My doctor was Awsome but the company cant keep up with patients. I was refused my medicine by cvs for no reason at all just because I lose it yet I had a police report and substance report. Talkiatry couldnt help me so I stopped care all together. Imagine a pharmacist taking you off your meds all together because they want to be snobby Seems to me like more damage being done than good.

    My son has a great relationship with their psychiatrist for the last year and we were informed a week ago they will no longer be allowed to treat him because talkiatry refuses to serve folks with psychotic disorders. They only want to treat people with mild psychiatric issues. My son has to end his relationship with his current psychiatrist despite this being the perfect match for him.

    I did a total of 3 visits with Talkiatry and was kicked out, at no point did anyone mention that first off they will only see you if they prescribe you drugs, which sounds fraudulent to assume 100% of your patients MUST need to be prescribed a medication. On the third visit, the psychiatrist i was seeing stated "i see you are prescribed "x" medication, we actually can't see you and need to end service since you are prescribed that. They wasted my weeks of my time and money, after speaking with a supervisor and asking if they would consider waiving the fees they are trying to bill me they NEVER called me back about anything. I have literally never heard of someone being kicked out of a therapy service because of not being prescribed on their choice of drugs versus what my doctor has already prescribed me. I explained from the very first visit what i was looking for (talk therapy and diagnosis of ADHD/OCD) and clearly stated i had no interest in being prescribed additional medications for anything else. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I will gladly join a class action lawsuit when it is filed.

    Avoid this provider at all costs. You go here for help and they will actually cause more stress. They were supposedly in network with our insurance, but assigned us a doctor that was out of network. When we called to confront them on why they would assign us a doctor out of network they assured me he was under contract and should be in network until 2027, but would call our insurer to make sure. Well they called and the provider is in fact out of network. We are now paying close to $200 for each session we had (3 of them). Instead of our $20 copay. Talkiatry was emailed and they refuse to help cover the cost even though their system does not have the correct in network information for their providers they assign you.They obviously just want to profit from you. Save yourself the trouble ??

    This service is fraudulent and engages in unsubstantiated upcoding. As a positive, if you see them now, you can get it in on the inevitable class action lawsuit.

    Absolutely the worst services ever. Random bills for random amounts at random points in the month. The sessions last between 5-15 minutes (even though you have a 30 minute time slot) and the providers typically shoo you away. They emailed me to tell me I was being terminated from their website/ services because I didn't book an appointment, even though I had requested a new provider due to moving to a new state. They said they would look at my appeal and give me a decision in 7-10 business days and then, now a month later, I still have not received any notice of a decision. Got a random bill from April of 2023 for a little over $22. It is currently March of 2024.Horrible terrible website/ service that needs to be investigated by multiple agencies. Depression is hard enough, then you have to navigate this c*** Unbelievably bad experience. Zero stars and a referral to legal authorities

    Terrible terrible company. Charged me $300 for a "consultation" where the "therapist" trudged up ALL of the trauma from my past, had me crying and feeling the lowest I have felt in a long time...THEN didn't even bother to ask if I was okay before saying "oh, well you don't qualify for my services. Bye" They need to be sued! Talking about my traumas pushed me down into a deep depression for about a month and i ended up self harming...What if I would have been suicidal? What if all that had pushed me over the edge and I would have killed myself?

    I have been treating with a psychiatrist on Talkiatry for about 4 months. Out of the blue my most recent bill was $100 more. Discovered they added an additional charge for individual counseling. The appt was 15 min. There was absolutely no counseling, no discussion of family, work or life stressors, no coping skill discussion, no sleep hygiene tips. I have been a licensed therapist for the last 30 years and understand what this add on charge means and there was nothing additional provided at this session. I reached out to the company to challenge the charge and was met with resistance. Sadly, I ended my relationship with the company due to the fraudulent billing practices. Be warned, this will likely occur if you continue with this provider and the fight to fix it will be fruitless.
