I have repeatedly asked for a call back so that I can get my identity verified so that I can get my business report. They claim they only work on "outbound" calls and will not call me back. I find it quite ridiculous. I speak to someone at ************ when I call.Business Response

I tried to requet an online copy of my consumer discloure report. I was denied several times since they could not "verify my identify" even though I gave me SSN. I finally called the support line and after some trouble was finally able to "verify" idenity. They finally promised my report would be sent in 1-2 business weeks. Not only did I never receive the information (2 months later), several hours after my phone conversation my SSN was used to attempt opening a chase credit card.Business Response

Experian, Transunion and Equifax continue to report information that I have requested to be fully verified. I requested on multiple occasions by mail online and over the phone to have the items they could not fully verify my information according to the law with a contract, signature, ID with my name on it proving the debt belongs to me, and a contact of the person they spoke with. They keep verifying the Bankruptcy however it is not verifiable. Bankruptcy Rule 9037 Privacy Protection For Filling with the Court and Privacy protection Act of 1970. Violation 5 USC 552a & 31USC 3711(e). No one can call the court and ask for the information and the information online is redacted meaning no information can be verified. So they cannot keep claiming the debt as mine when they cannot verify the debt. They are also posting Charged off debt. According to the *** Topic 431 Canceled Debt, if your debt is canceled, forgiven, or discharged for less than the amount owed, the amount owed, the amount is taxable. if taxable, you must report the canceled debt on your tax return for the year it is canceled. According to the **** of 1970 Law 15 USC 1681-1681x Income cannot reported on your credit profile. So for that reason all of my charged off accounts must be removed according to ****.Business Response

GEICO illegally SOLD my information to LexusNexis and they listed me as of being AT FAULT for TWO car accidents in March and April. When I checked my credit reports, I noticed that the following accounts are being Re-aged and reporting derogatory information on my consumer reports every month. This is illegal and not in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This is double jeopardy and unfair credit reporting. This is also a violation of my consumer rights according to what I've read in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. 1681c(a)(5). Delete these accounts off my credit report because I am not liable for them. CRAs are mandated to provide 100% accuracy in reporting, and they are not. Other violations include 15 U.S.C. 1681a (2)(i): Exclusions, Late Payments are Transactions and aren't to be reported on credit reports. Charge Off Account: OPENSKY CAPITAL BANK NA: Account #xxxxxxxxxxxx ****. Other violations under the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act- 15 U.S.C. 1681g: Disclosures to consumers, and Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C. 1681 for willful noncompliance. According to 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 602 A, and 15 U.S.C. 1681 Section 604 A Section 2, I have the right to privacy, and I never gave consent to any CRAs or anyone to furnish my accounts without my written instructions. Late payments are are also reporting late payments on closed accounts, violating my rights under 15 U.S.C. 1681e: Compliance Procedures and Accuracy of Report, and 15 U.S.C. 1681s2: Responsibilities of furnishers. There is also a violation of 15 U.S.C. 1666(b): Billing Error. Creditors can't treat a payment as late for any purpose. There was a fraudulent claim against my auto insurance. My insurance did not process any claims against my policy. There was no accident what-so-ever. After finding out that LexisNexis has me listed for an "at fault" car accident I contacted them to dispute this finding on my report. I sent documentation from the insurance company that it was a fraudulent claim and had the insurance company contact them directly and informed them that there was no "at fault" accident. There can be no "at fault" when it was a "FRAUDULENT" claim. My insurance rates have been affected as well as employment opportunity's. They still refuse to take this off my report.
