      I am ******************************** who has a son ******************************** I should only have ONE incident associated with my GA drivers license number and/or social security number. This LEXISNEXIS place has MY SON'S auto accidents associated to ME, making my insurance premiums at least double, when at my age, should be somewhat "normal". This company needs to correct THEIR info ASAP

      I received information that stated Bankruptcy was verified but did not show how and to whom it was verified based on 15 U.S.codes 1681 A and 15 U.S. codes 1681B I am supposed to receive this information I also received a Letter from the courts that states Bankruptcy and clerk of courts and record of deed do not do third-party verification So how again was this verified please remove immediately

      During my review of accounts on my Experian credit report, I noticed a lot of inaccuracies that are in direct violation of my rights under the ***** Specifically, the account listed as SANTANDER/ CHRYSLER CAP * ************XXXXX. This account should be removed due to its infringement on my consumer rights. This account was involved in a multi-state investigation that uncovered deceptive lending practices by Santander, including misleading consumers about their rights, risks of partial payments, and loan extensions. The settlement resulted in consumer relief and loan forgiveness. As per 15 USC 1681(4), CRAs Must uphold their responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for privacy. Furthermore, 15 USC 1681i(5) mandates the modification or deletion of inaccurately reported accounts. I demand that this account be deleted immediately. Pursuant to U. S. Code 1681s-2 Responsibilities of Furnishers of Information, as they knowingly provided inaccurate information to CRAs. Please mail me a copy of my credit report in the mail. I wrote this without help from anyone.

However, it has come to my attention that PACER does not directly report to consumer reporting agencies such as LexisNexis.       03/25/2024Dear Lexis Nexis,I obtained my LexisNexis credit report on line. There is unverifiable **** Bankruptcy Court items listed on my credit reports. Per the **** 623(a)(5): "If the ************* cannot VALIDATE the information with the ORIGINAL CREDITOR, they must remove said information from the consumer credit file". The Lexis Nexis needs to perform an consumer investigation and provide me with copies of all documentation associated with these Public Record Accounts bearing either a court order to place this information in my consumer report, or my authorization of release bearing my signature. In the meantime, to be in full compliance with the **** laws and guidelines, all the information listed under "Public Records" needs to be immediately deleted from the credit file you maintain under my name and social security number. Be further advised that I am closely monitoring my consumer file. Per the Federal Law, you have exactly 30 days to complete this investigation as outlined per the Fair Credit Reporting Act 623(a)(3). Per the Federal Credit Reporting Act, Section 609(a)(1 )(a), you are required by federal law to verify -through physical verification of the original signed consumer contract and/or judgment(s) - all accounts and public information that you post on anyone's credit report. Otherwise, anyone paying for your reporting services could fax, mail, email in fraudulent and erroneous account information. As such, if this unauthorized public record information is not deleted from my credit report within the next 30 days, I will be filing a complaint to the ************************* ************************************* Failure to respond in a satisfactory manner within 30 days of receipt of this certified letter will result in a small claims action against the Lexis Nexis Consumer ************************

      This company collects data of your driving record via third party devices, and then sells that data to other companies, ie... insurance agencies. They have a way to "request your data" so I did this. Online it says the mailer will arrive in 7-10 days and it took 13 days. They mailed me a packet of paper that contained a link and a pin to access the info that I requested. The link and pin didn't work. Website said that I can call and talk to a live agent, but when I called, the automated system had no live agent only an automated phone tree. (Press 1 for this and 2 for that) I called a couple times to try to figure out how to get to a live agent and I was only successful in speaking to someone when I requested an option for a service that I didn't want, then I didn't put in the information that was being requested. I thought the system was going to disconnect the call because I wasn't complying with the options, but it prompted me to ask for a live agent. Upon speaking to the live agent the agent couldn't clarify the link that was sent to me. (Were the characters "O's" or "zeros") They were no help in accessing the actual link that they sent. The representative said that they would have to send me the report in a printed copy, which will take another 7-10 business days. I requested the copy in the first place, yet they sent me a link and pin that didn't work.

      I have try to reach Lexis and Nexis for a while. I was a victim of Identity theft and I had send letter out and even reach out via mail. I have been dealing with this for over 5 years and they still wont remove inaccurate information. this had cause me jobs and monetary income. I need this resolve as is been way too long and no one ever answers me.

      LexisNexis Risk Solutions **** takes complaints from consumers extremely seriously and we have a robust process in place for resolving such matters, including a Legal review of all responses and handling by our Operations Escalated Response Team. 

      For Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints, we continue to use a generic response for posting on the BBB website and a mail a more fulsome response to the consumer.? We have taken this approach to safeguard consumer-specific data; the BBB has confirmed that this is the better approach. 

      If the consumer does not agree with the BBB website response he or she can then reject the case on the BBB website; however, it keeps the consumers data safe.?? 

      And to reiterate, a separate letter is sent to the consumer with the specific details of the resolution via mail.

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and high frustration with the information that has been provided, which I have found to be inaccurate and not up to the minimum standards for credit reporting. I have submitted 3 disputes. 1 via postal mail and 2 others via Cfpb. Lexis Nexis refuses to verify the accuracy of the bankruptcy. I have received 2 responses regarding my dispute and have been informed the bankruptcy was verified with prior addresses that have never been associated with me. The most recent complaint was provided with the response of address of *************************************************************************************************. This address has never been associated with me. This bankruptcy reporting on all three major credit bureaus and reseller Lexis Nexus is hindering me from getting a promotion within my company as well as obtaining company credit card. Please remove derogatory information reporting on my credit report at this time. If this derogatory information is not removed ASAP. I have consulted with my attorney and ready to take the necessary actions against Lexis Nexus and PACER if the next verification is not completed with the resolution of the bankruptcy being removed from my credit profile. Again, its my sincere hope that you will make the correct decision. I have attached a copy of my Lexus Nexis report which does not include this as an address ever being associated with me.
