      Was made aware of a scam being perpetrated by LexisNexis Risk Solutions on consumers for the purpose of greed. On 02/15 & 02/20/24, emails were sent to ********************* CEO of LexisNexis Risk Solutions. No reply was received regarding the selling of my personal information to insurance companies for the purpose of increasing auto insurance premiums on unsuspecting consumers..****************************************************************************************************************************************** My reason was due to a 60% increase in my auto insurance premium. As a Senior citizen with a disability, driving less than ***** miles annually w/no claims & no tickets in 30 years & living on a fixed income. My auto premium went from $1,479 to $2,323.On 03/18/24, I completed a request for a copy of my report thru the LexisNexis Consumer Portal uploading a copy of a passport and a utility bill as requested for identification. Received an email dated 03/20/24, stating I would be contacted within ***** hours.Never contacted & called the corporate office at ************ & spoke to ****** at 2:00 pm on 03/22/24 who refused to assist me unless I gave her numerous pieces of personal information over the phone. Stated a copy of the email from LexisNexis with the case number could be emailed to verify but she nastily refused. I allege LexisNexis is purposely ignoring my request for a copy of my Consumer Report that I have been attempting to receive for over 6 weeks.This deplorable action on the part of LexisNexis has cost me to have health issues involving stress & pain as my private information is now accessible to scam artists. Kindly note, this practice of selling consumers information without their knowledge or permission is a violation of the The Fair Credit Reporting Act, The ******* Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act and the ******* Common-Law Invasion of Privacy Act. LexisNexis Risk Solutions is breaking both Federal and State Laws.

      At this time, I have not been contacted any further by LexisNexis regarding complaint ID ********.  They have failed to respond as there has been no reply to my email from CEO ********************* (several emails were sent).  The requested information, that being, a copy of a passport and a recent utility bill was been sent to Lexis Nexis Risk solutions in March 2024. The company has failed to send me the report requested.  Attempted to contact Lexis Nexis corporate via phone and they have refused to assist.  Lexis Nexis has mislead and deceived me with their prior "canned responses" as I have complied and they refuse to honor the request possibly due to the class action suit in ******* whereby Lexis Nexis has violated ******* State law, namely,  THE ******* DECEPTIVE AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES ACT, FLA. STAT. ******* ET SEQ.and the ******* COMMON-LAW INVASION OF PRIVACY as well as the Federal Law under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, 15 U.S.C. 1681 ET SEQ.  Any documentation required will be forwarded to the Better Business Bureau as needed.

      Lexisnexus had outdated an erroneous information on this report causing insurance companies to charge me at a ridiculous outstanding rate...that I can't try to afford. They have caused me anxiety, frustration, and headaches. I hope the close down someone need to start a lawsuit against this company.

      I received a letter from LexisNexis on Saturday March 16th. The letter stated there are 4 reports of negative information added to my file regarding criminal or civil proceedings. I have not had any criminal or civil actions since 2010. This is affecting my car insurance rates. LexisNexis needs to stop immediately. They are bullying me.

      Company refused to cancel a contract despite several attempts to do so and additionally charged a higher monthly rate for the new term that they initiated without my authority. Their contract which I signed in 2020, provides that I am able to cancel the term. The company has breached the contract by refusing to accept my cancellation stating I wasn't in the term. Finally, after weeks of exhausting efforts, they accepted the cancellation and sent me a Term Addendum but have continued to bill me monthly. I have tried contacting the company but they have again put people on the front line to take our calls and our "chat" communications who can do nothing but forward the information on to a cancellation team member to call me back at an unspecified time. They do not have a number or email - the emails sent are bounced back stating that the inbox is unmonitored. This was the inbox I was instructed to forward their own form to because the lady on the "chat" stated that there was no form in my records canceling the contract and she is unable to handle it.

      I found out one of the reasons my insurance rates had been higher for the past few years was because LexisNexis had a not-at-fault accident listed on my **** report that never happened. The same day (04-15-21), there was a comprehensive claim, because my car (which was parked at home) sustained extensive hail damage from a storm. Never had a car accident. Upon discovering this, I requested my annual free **** report from the website on 01-09-24. I then called Allstate, who confirmed there was no accident, and they sent me a *** to help get my record corrected. The next day, (01-10-24) I waited a very long time to speak to someone at LexisNexis, was given a case number, and told to email my issue and proof/necessary documents. I have now tried three times to email and the first two I received an email back (after getting emails confirming delivery and providing case reference SF #s) saying that they were undeliverable due to LexisNexis mailbox being full. The third time, I just tried again nowtried twice actuallyand am receiving an error message when I try to submit. Its been 3 years of higher rates because of this mess. And now two months that *** been trying to get my record set straight with nothing back from them. I want the accident removed from my **** report immediately. I have attached the Letter of Explanation from Allstate, the **** report portion (from an insurance company) that listed the inaccurate information, along with any other attempted online interactions Ive made with LexisNexis.

      LexisNexis is reporting an auto claim from May 15, 2022 as being at fault. I reached out to Geico and was assured that I was not at fault. I have tried reaching out to LexisNexis with no response. Please help, thank you.

      I am writing to address significant concerns regarding inaccuracies in my auto insurance records, particularly those identified by LexusNexis.During my recent interaction with my current auto insurance provider on March 10, 2024, I was dismayed to discover erroneous information within my account. *************************** has inaccurately reported a history of accidents (report number ************** as of 03-10-2024), despite having no accident since 2000.This issue is not isolated. On October 17, 2022, I faced a similar situation with LexusNexis, despite my efforts to rectify the matter through four communications (consumer number ********, case number ********). The reported accident allegedly took place on April 1, 2022.Discrepancies within the LexusNexis records include:* Incorrect driver's license number ending (not *****.* Misidentification of my vehicle as an AVALA 2011 instead of a ****** Rav4 2000.* Inaccurate VIN associated with my vehicle (not *****************).* Incorrect name listed as **** *********************** instead of *******************************.* Address at the time of the alleged accident: *********************************************************, now updated to ***************************************************************************************Furthermore, my auto insurance history has been misrepresented: * Insured with Connect from September 20, 2016, to March 20, 2023. * Currently insured with Progressive since March 19, 2023.Contrary to LexusNexis records, I have no association with ******************* as confirmed on my two phone calls to ****************** on December 27, 2022.These inaccuracies not only undermine my credibility but also pose potential financial implications. I urgently request a thorough investigation to ensure the accurate portrayal of my insurance history.Attached are supporting documents, including DMV records, title property, renewal documents, and a letter of experience.Your prompt attention to this matter is crucial.       I have a report that was incorrectly documented and when sent documentation from my insurance as to what happened LexiNexi refused to correct the statement. I had an accident with a HORSE that my insurance found me not to be negligent. My insurance made a reported of a HORSE accident, but LexiNexi reported as a DOG Bite. I have tried everything to correct this, but they will not correct it! It has caused me to pay a high cost for insurance and a refusal for companies to insure me.

      I've been disputing the inaccurate, improper way that LexisNexis has been reporting this Bankruptcy#******* to the Consumer Bureaus as well as anybother third party company. Each time LexisNexis has been saying the information has been verified. I've provided an uploaded information few times showing them that they're reporting a Bankruptcy wrong. They claim to be getting their information from Pacer but the address that LexisNexis is reporting is not even the same address that pacer is reporting... My last complaint with the **** on February 8th,2024 ,LexisNexis submitted an answer back on March 8th 2024 by calling me **************** and saying that because of fraudulent activity(We're unable to process his complaint at this time). First off,my name is ********************* and I'm not a man! Like many times before LexisNexis is not even paying attention to these complaints and if they are ,there's clearly some type of Identity breach in the company! You'll also see that LexisNexis referred to me is another person as well named ***************************! You will also see that LexisNexis has my real name attached to the Bankruptcy with LexisNexis saying that it was verified and accurate attached to address ************************************************************...I've never filed Bankruptcy at that address in which ive told and shown them with uploaded documents, but still LexisNexis doesn't seem to care about me ,my consumer laws or possibly anyone else's! So LexisNexis is fraudulently saying information is being verified with different names as well as different addresses! How can things like this even happen and LexisNexis still be a reliable company having access to information that's not even being provided with Permissible Purpose? At this point LexisNexis has no other option but to delete this inaccurate, improper, Fraudulent, Identity theft Bankruptcy from the consumer bureaus as well as within its system! This is all extremely illegal what LexisNexis is doing and I'm prepared to legally do everything that needs to be done so this cannot happen to me or anyone else!
