I am writing to formally express my frustration and concern regarding the ongoing refusal and delay in providing access to my consumer report. Initially, I received a letter containing an invalid access code, which prevented me from accessing my report. I submitted a request and waited the required 10 days for the initial response, but I was unable to access my report due to the invalid code. Following this, I submitted a second request. However, I have not received any letter, response, or follow-up from LexisNexis after that second request, despite the passage of the expected response period. It has now been well over ******************************************************************************* any communication from your company. Furthermore, I previously requested my report via email, but my request was refused, and I have been unable to obtain my report through any means for nearly a month. This situation is unacceptable and violates my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), which entitles me to timely access to my consumer report. I am now requesting a third formal written request for my report, understanding that it may take an additional 30 days to process. However, I strongly urge you to expedite this matter and provide my consumer report without further delay. Please respond immediately with confirmation of this request and provide my report within the next 10 days. ********* used this company to allegedly run a credit report for a vehicle for me. The report stated I had an Eviction and Felony on my record which is a LIE. I have never been evicted. I have never had a record period. I contracted for the State of Georgia, For the *** and work as a State employee now. I would never have been able to acquire the jobs in the past nor present had if this was accurate. IT is very much INACCURATE and FALSE. So this company has reported false information in an attempt to injure me and cause me harm personally and professionally. This company could not have pulled my report without me unlocking the freeze. It also reported on a previous application that my score was a 319 with Transunion. I have never had a 319 in anything. Transunion is above 680. I have my reports from other entities as well. There is no way this company reported accurate information. They took my name an scandalized it in the worst way and for that they will be dealt with. This company did not have access to begin with and made a terrible mistake in reporting false credit information in an attempt to damage me. This is not professional. It's not ethical and If this information is not corrected. I will go to every media outlet there is letting the citizens know this is how this company does business and deliberately tries to sabatog innocent people in an attempt to launder money. Thats all this is money laundering. This information with Regional Better be corrected and I mean soon. This company is not even accredited and its obvious as to why. I ordered a certified copy of my birth certificate from VitalChek and uploaded the required "Vital Records Authorization Form" on April 21, 2025. I paid the amount required for the record ($32) PLUS the processing fee ($9) AND an ADDITIONAL $18.50 for **** Next Day Air Saver," which I assumed would expedite receipt of my birth certificate. (Total payment of $59.50 was paid with my **************** **** card) I have notified VitalChek several times since then requesting an explanation and information or what was happening with the processing of my order, and have only gotten a standard "boiler plate" reply. One reply states: " (your documents) were approved on April 24th, and processing time is ***** days." The latest reply (dated May 13, 2025) states: "Your order is complete and in process, the processing time can take 18 to 20 business days." It is now past that, and still no sign or expectation of receiving the birth certificate I paid for. I feel the "Next Day Air Saver" fee is deceptive and would like a refund for that amount.Customer Answer

I have a false auto insurance claim on my CLUE report, which is managed by LexisNexis. Due to this false claim, I am suffering significantly higher auto insurance premium rate for a long time. I filed disputes multiple time to ask them to remove this record but they never respond. The date of the false claim is 4/29/2022. So this company claims if you pay them and pay what the state charges , for vital records like my birth certificate they will do the paper work to get your records sent. What happend first is that they said they needed to verify my form of ID ( my Arizona DL.) They took the payment of $12.-$13 but didn't take what ************* of Indiana charges. I get a email saying that my DL was verified but they need needed another form I sent it, it was approved. They hit my debit card for the remainder amount of money due for the ********************* my card was locked. So I called 3 times different numbers wait 80 mins each time sent email never received reply. Called ********************* to see what they could suggest, she told me they have had multiple complaints same reasons that she's only able to take a request directly threw them by mail with payment. I should have done that she had no way to speak or had nothing to do with ***** *****. Today called again, on hold 29 mins hung up. Sent email I'm reporting to the BBB. That it's sad I can't even speak to someone to take the payment for ************* of Indiana. ***** ***** got there money and wrote off the request. They have no customer service agents at either number it's a scam. , emails do not get replied to. I'd like my 2 copies of my birth certificates I paid them to do, but since they are not a real company I'll take a refund. And a hopeful on going investigation into this company so others don't send them a cent. It's just a waste of time. I know it's a small dollar amount, but it's the point. They take your money by means of theft, because they do not intend on following threw with what "their company claims it does" . Please don't fall for them. In April 2025 I was denied a bank account based upon information contained within a consumer report provided by LexisNexis (**). Subsequently, I made a formal request to ** for a copy of said report as is my right by law. I received a written response from ** dated 4/16/2025 (Case number ********) denying my request with the blatantly false reason that ** was "unable to authenticate my identity." My request was submitted with my mailing address, SSN, DOB and phone number - the only piece of information the letter specifies they need to fulfill my request. Moreover, the ** response letter was sent to me by mail to the address contained within the aforementioned LexisNexis file. I am once again requesting a copy of my file as is my right by law. If ** refuses to send it once again, immediate legal action will commence and I will seek actual and punitive damages for the time and effort I have needed to devote to their bogus denial.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:As previously stated, LexisNexis sent me two (2) letters stating that they had sent a copy of my consumer report, but the report itself was never sent. I then made an entirely new request online, which was also not fulfilled. I then complained via the contact form on their website and received yet another response stating they could not verify my identity and thus would not send a report. I then called LexisNexis last week and after verifying my identity, they stated the report would be sent out right away. Once again, the report was never sent. There is nothing in my **** mail preview as of 6/10/2025. This has now been ongoing for nearly 2 months. I continue to make requests and verify my ID. I am told the report will be sent. The report is never sent. I receive the letters stating they will send the report, so clearly they have the correct address and have verified it. This is absolutely absurd and my next complaint will be to the *** for multiple, flagrant violations of the **** by LexisNexis.
