I have filed 3 separate disputes with LexisNexis about 3 claims on my consumer report. 2 came back saying everything was verified correct. This third time appears to be the same. I can not leave my current insurance company because I get denied do to other claims on my profile from someone else with a similar name but has a second last name, different address, different wife, different birthday and different social. It took me 2 minutest to search for this person on my report. How does this company have control over ones report? Clearly they dont know how to manage and verify information. A 5 year old can clearly see that this is not that same person. This company is hurting me by making me over pay ************* The first claim I told them 3 cars were not mine. Attached to those 3 cars were the other persons info (as mentioned above). They said it wasnt removed because they said the claims were only for the cars but not the other persons identity. Clearly the identity on someone totally random is linked the cars.. if youre going to have a business that affects people, at least half *** your job. I need this cleared up as soon as possible. I wrote Lexis Nexis ( case# ********) and asked them to delete inaccurate information on my report. They have a bankruptcy Chapter 7 listed on my report.I wrote them and asked how they actually validated that this is my information. They sent me a STALL LETTER. Saying they needed more information. In fact, Lexis Nexis wrote back to my exact address, that they wanted me to verify. They are stalling. I contacted the bankruptcy court and they said THEY DO NOT REPORT TO the credit bureaus OR Lexis Nexis I cannot eat, sleep or get a job. I want the erroneous bankruptcy removed from my Lexis Nexis report and I want it off my Credit file with TransUnion and Experian. I have attached the second letter I sent to Lexis Nexis. It has recently come to my attention that there is a bankruptcy on my credit history, which has been INACCURATELY reported.I am writing to you urgently regarding a serious issue with my credit report. 2.I have provided all necessary information as requested.

1). February 08, 2024, LexisNexis Report for ****: Consumer No: ********, Case No: ********, Lex ID: ********* There is information on LexisNexis that does not belong to me. Some companies will not even insure me. I will not be able to pay $1083 to Progressive because I cannot afford that payment. I contacted my long-time insurer State Farm and a representative I spoke to stated she would contact me when she received the claim history from State Farm because I had been with them for almost twenty years. They are the only company I had any claims with, but I still have not received my historical record. But I had to start this dispute because I need auto insurance for work. Even though, I am semi-retired and just got part-time job, I will need to drive to get to work. The problem is my insurance will probably lapse because I will not afford the monthly payment. There are so many issues with the LexisNexis report. There are people included in my report that I do not know, insurance policies that I've never had, automobiles that have never belonged to me, and another person with the same name as my son ******* but he is not my son. Some of these people have policies in **********. I will also upload LexisNexis reports that belong to my son. However, there are 3 separate reports for my son ******* which I thought was strange. I am also attaching the claims that I could find on my **** **** account. I could only go as far back to 2022. In short, the only claims I've ever had have been with State Farm. No other drivers have been included in my policies except for myself, my son *******, and my son *****. For some reason they policy includes my wife ******* as driver, but she has no license and does not ********. My assistant filled out a compliant before for removing this fraudulent account open under our sister company, Group Del Db *****************) causing harm to our business accounts or line of credit for *******, and Lexis Nexis sent out a letter asking for personal information under a fraudulent open corporate account. This business account that was opened was fraudulent and had the wrong EIN. It was placed under our address, *********************************************************, under Group Del not the correct company name. ***************** placed it and, in return, has released the debt due to the fraudulent circumstances. We are just asking Lexis to do the same and remove the debt since it was authorized to be removed by the vendor. If Lexis continues asking for personal information that has nothing to do with the account, we will file a Tort and Claim with Gloucester County on 03/09/2024. We are asking for a quick response to avoid such long process. I received a letter from my mortgage company that shows a negative escrow account balance. I contacted them and was told it was because my homeowners insurance through Progressive increased by over $300. My mortgage payment is now so much higher I can't afford to pay it. I contacted Progressive and was told I had filed a claim reported by Lexis Nexis. It also showed this supposed claim was 0.00 dollars.
