      My drivers license is issued in **. ********************** database has my drivers license listed in NC. I have spent countless hours on the phone with the offshore call center and get no help. They have done two disputes with ** who has told them my GA drivers license is not verifiable. ********************** cannot update their database or query the GA DMV for updated records on my GA drivers license. The result is I cannot get auto insurance in GA. Is there anyone out there that can help me get this resolved?

      Lexis Nexis does not consider it their responsibility to accurately report on auto accidents on their consumer reports. They claim that it was my former insurance company's responsibility to inform them that each accident I've had was not my fault. They claim it was Lexis Nexis's responsibility. All I know is that this negligence has cost me so much time and money. Countless phone calls. So many dead-end conversations just to be informed about THIS COMPANY who has the worst customer service and hung up on me. I had to convince a woman for 15 minutes to transfer me to a supervisor and she tried to dissuade me and gaslight me into thinking I shouldn't take my case to a higher level. It's infuriating when companies hurt people and put the blame on someone else. They told me it could take 30 days to dispute...I am on day 4 of not being insured because I can't afford a policy. This company has me marked as having 4 at-fault policies (if they're not marked as "no-fault" it is assumed it's at fault) and companies (the 25% that would even consider covering me) are quoting me at $1000/mo. Most companies won't even consider covering me as they consider me a high-risk driver according to Lexis Nexis's record. I've spent over 15+ hours talking to companies and trying to sort this out. I'm 26, have never caused an accident in my life and now can't even drive myself to work.It should not be my responsibility to contact a company I had never heard of that the police reports and State Farm can all verify that my record is clean and nothing was at fault.Lexis Nexis is negligent for this.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      This company has done nothing but waste my time. I followed through their request to authenticate my identity and current address by selecting the option of sending in my leasing agreement. It lists my private information and confirms my new address that is not yet listed on my government issued ID. They accepted it during the phone call, but have since stalled their communications because it does not meet criteria.

      My quality of life at 26 years old is very low. For the past twelve days, I have been asking for rides and having to depend on co-workers to bring me to the school I teach at. It is embarrassing and completely unmerited. Each day they waste, my car sits unused and uninsured. It is tremendously stressful.

      Instead of taking any semblance of responsibility, they refuse to let me speak to a supervisor and continuously waste my time. I've waited hours to get nowhere. What they are doing in unethical and should be illegal. It is THEIR responsibility to correctly report someone's driving record. If they had all of the information from State Farm, which State Farm claims to have given them, then it is their burden to list my claims as at-fault or not at-fault.

      I've spent the last month putting in daily phone calls to try to fix what only THEY can.

      LexisNexis, please fix this issue that you said you would. This is supposed to be a "rush order" but it does not seem like anyone has any sense of urgency to do the right thing here. 

      In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

      LexisNexis Risk Solutions **** takes complaints from consumers extremely seriously and we have a robust process in place for resolving such matters, including a Legal review of all responses and handling by our Operations Escalated Response Team.

      For Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints, we continue to use a generic response for posting on the BBB website and a mail a more fulsome response to the consumer.  We have taken this approach to safeguard consumer-specific data; the BBB has confirmed that this is the better approach.

      If the consumer does not agree with the BBB website response he or she can then reject the case on the BBB website; however, it keeps the consumers data safe.  

      And to reiterate, a separate letter is sent to the consumer with the specific details of the resolution via mail.

      LexisNexis is refusing to remove an incorrect filing. We were driving our motorhome and transmission sounded and acted wrong so we pulled into an empty parking lot and called our insurance. We were towed to a transmission shop and it was determined that the problem was " wear and tear" and our insurance wouldn't cover so we paid for the repairs. It was listed incorrectly by LexisNexis as a collision with insurance payout. ***** has provided report that there was no payout, except for the towing, and that there was no collision. Lexis Nexis also reported that we had an payout accident on Nov 30. We have provided evidence that the report was our son, a ***

      I have reached out to Lexis Nexis multiple times. On 7/15/23 I requested a report online and was unable to get one . I then reached back out on 7/24/23 and requested my report online and I called them. I was advised I would receive it within **** business days. I then requested my report again on 8/20/23 online and by certified mail. I provided verification which was a copy of my passport and a current bill. I havent been able to get a copy of my report. They keep saying they are unable to verify me and I am unsure why this is happening when I have provided everything requested of me.

      I have been going back and forth with lexisnexis since may 2023 to remove a bankruptcy off my credit file and lexis nexis sent me a letter stating they remove the bankruptcy and i call them and they told me over the phone that they remove the bankruptcy but when i recieve the new report from them only 1 page was remove from the bankruptcy and ***************************** my file and they are violating my rights US 15 1681A I NEVER GAVE THEM PREMISSION TO PLACE BANKRUPTCY ON MY FILE.

      August/28/2023 I received the ************** Declarations Page, and found a definitely wrong driving history of me showing that: comprehensive coverage claim < or=$1000 on Jan 6, 2021, and the consumer reporting agency is LexisNexis. However, at that time, I was in *****. The first time I came to ***************** was April/10/2022. I requested my auto insurance agency Progressive to delete this record, they suggested me contact LexisNexis (phone number is **************). However, I couldn't get through more than 5 times even at Consumer Center's hours of operation which are Monday - Friday from 8am to 7pm Eastern Time. I also filed a dispute form on their website, the case reference number is ***********, but they haven't replied to me so far. I wrote this complaint by myself, with no third Party assistance.Sincerely,

      I have requested the original sign paperwork or contract with my signature pertaining to this chapter 13 bankruptcy reference number is *********..that shows it has been dismissed since 2019. I have contacted this company over and over..I have contacted the ************************************ today as I write this as well. According to 15 USC 1681(4) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy.Also According to 15 USC 1681i(5) the credit bureaus have to modify or delete accounts that are not reporting accurately Not only did they disregard my wishes when I asked to remove this item but they also violated my rights and continue to provide false information.it clearly states on the Bankruptcy Court House website that the court doesnt report to credit bureaus. The Bankruptcy is not responsible for credit reports and does not provide information to credit reporting agencies. They do not report any bankruptcies to anyone So if that is the case. How did the credit bureau verify my bankruptcy as 100% Accurate. They never did a fair investigation according to the 15 USC ******* USC **** section 603 (3)(E) States: The term investigate consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends or associates of the consumer reported on or with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information . However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer.DELETE IMMEDIATELY FROM ALL FILES
