On January 23, 2023, I sent a letter to the credit bureaus, Experian, and Equifax disputing the validity of the Chapter 7 bankruptcy. They are reporting on bankruptcy on my credit report. I inquired about how they obtained this information and was informed that Lexis Nexis ************************ provided them with this information. I contacted Lexis Nexis regarding their resource of how this company obtained this information and its validation. Lexis Nexis was not able to provide the validation of this reporting on my credit report. On April 22, 2023, I provided the credit bureaus Experian, Equifax, that the reporting bankruptcy was not validity by Lexis Nexis. I informed the credit bureaus, per the ***** if the information that is being reported on a consumer's credit report is not validity. The report must be deleted from the consumer's credit report. Experian and Equifax would not respond to my request. I provided all three credit bureaus over 30 days to respond to my request per FCRA. I am very concerned that the credit bureaus are not following the FCRA.This has caused me to have extremely high interest rate that results hundreds of dollars to pay per a year and caused has me to denied access to credit. This report needs to be deleted my credit report with both credit bureaus if it can be verified in 30 days. Lexis Nexis collected the bankruptcy report from the court. Ifollowed up with the court house and they provided me documentation that states the court does not report to the credit bureaus. The credit bureaus reported that the information was accurate based off of Lexis Nexis Risk Solution reporting. This is incorrect. My rights have been violated to receive fair and accurate reporting on my credit report.Business Response

On 8/19/2023 i was in a no fault accident ************** accept full responsibility for my accident. ******************* put this accident on my Lexis background and increase my insurance. I have contacted them 4 times in regards to this matter and nothing has been resolved. Im got a quote from all state they said its on my background they said only Statefarm can remove this. State Farm is saying its not on my background. Today American family insurance has said the same thing. I contacted lexis and they said they dont control what the insurance company put on the background. I have found when applying for home owners insurance that Lexus Nexus has reported inaccurate information. Under Federal Law, I know they have 30 days to resolve an issue...I am now on my 3rd dispute(over 75 days!) for the same issue. They claim I have an unpaid lien, and this is being reported as derogatory credit which has caused my auto and home insurance rates to go up significantly! They claim to have contacted ****** Common Pleas regarding the lien. They have never contacted them once. I have spoke with the individual that would handle any situation as such and they confirm Lexus Nexus has never contacted them. I have even sent a copy of the PAID lien and they still will not resolve this matter!! How can a reporting agency be allowed to operate with this level of incompetency!! They are essentially STEALING money from me and I can't imagine how many countless others because NO ONE holds agency's such this accountable for their actions!!Business Response

I was owed a settlement check from lexis nexis in the amount of $632.83 and I never received my check so I contacted them to get them to send me a new one and they are saying they cant do anything for me. I dont believe its fair since I never got the check they sent me in the first place for something that was their wrong doing in the first place. i submitted a claim to Lexisnexus regarding an ****************** claim that was labeled wrong as all other perils the claim should have been labeled as a windstorm. May 11, 2023 filed dispute with LexisNexis and requested a thorough investigation and details on how they arrived at the results. LexisNexis did not provide the requested information. Instead, the company failed to remove, per my request, several incorrect variations of my name, old or unassociated addresses, account and public records, and other incorrect information.Errors discovered:oLexisNexis is reporting an incorrect court name for the chapter *************************** which I filed the chapter 13 bankruptcy is ************* Bankruptcy Court Southern **************** **************** However, LexisNexis is reporting that I filed in *************-********.oLexisNexis is reporting the filing county as ********. LexisNexis has clearly has their wires crossed and has/is wrongfully, maliciously and inaccurately re-added the two bankruptcies that they've just 've recently removed this month (June 2023) from my report. for whatever incoherent reasons. Recently I discovers two bankrupties reporting on my credit report.After contacting the credit bureau .I was told this information is reporting from Lexisnexis.I contacted the police department to report theses fraudently accounts reporting.I supplied the police department with a letter from the court ,I attached the letter and the police report.I contacted Lexis Nexis to report this information wasnt accurate and was causing me irritable harm.The court states they dont subscribe to no credit reporting bureau,they are prohibited to give anyone social.
