      It says I have had a car accident according to their auto history report, which *** never had. I contacted ***** before, they had made a mistake with reporting my name to you guys, which was not me at all. They told me they had made the correction already. I need to have that record deleted.

      LexisNexis provided information to Equifax and Experian verifying a ******** public record of bankruptcy under my name from 2013. The ******** Bankruptcy does not verify with any credit Bureaus or consumer agencies. LexisNexis is reporting inaccurate/false information and I demand the bankruptcy record be deleted from their system.

      8/20/21 I signed up w/Lexis and entered into my 1st contract w/their **** **************** When I inquired with Lexis, I was informed I would receive "public records" search. My application was denied. I was going to cancel my subscription w/Lexis since Lexis failed to inform me that "public records" search would be contingent on a subjective review. I got connected w/Lexis's **** ************************ I told him I was open to other options to supplement the "public records" that I would not be receive. I signed an updated contract on 3/31/22. From then, my access to login has always been interrupted and Lexis failed to confirm my balance so I could pay. 4/05/22 I emailed **** that I didn't have access. 4/13/22 I emailed **** I didn't have access to the entire practical guidance. 5/06/22 I emailed **** that my account balance was supposed to be adjusted because I didn't have access to "public records." 5/16/22 **** said my balance was $0.00. 5/19/22 I emailed **** that I didn't have access to login again. 5/27/22 I emailed **** that I was locked out of my account. 6/07/22 I emailed **** I am forwarding him my invoices to make sure they're correct. I still haven't had access to Lexis for the last couple of months. 8/18/22, I emailed **** stating the invoice was never corrected and by this point I want to CANCEL. 8/24/22, ******** ********* ******* emailed me asking if the charges were valid b/c the account was 54 days late. I emailed **** on 8/30, 9/07, 09/13 to answer ********'s email with NO response. 8/30/22 emailed ******** asking if the credits were applied. She didn't reply until 9/21/22. 9/27 I emailed ******** stating the invoice is incorrect. 9/27/22 **** replied listing all the credits and said he's waiting to hear back re: $163.80. 10/05 & 10/07 & 10/10I emailed **** about the $163.80. 10/11 **** said he would send me a screenshot w/the changes, but never received it. 10/13 emailed *************** that I needed the screenshot b/c didn't have access to research that day.

If LEXIS does not respond to my complaint through BBB, I am concerned they will continue to either ignore or seriously delay in responding back to me.       September 7, 2022, I sent a letter to the courthouse asking do the report bankruptcies to the credit bureaus and I got a letter stating They do not report any bankruptcies to anybody AND that they could not locate a bankruptcy under my name." If this is the case. How did Lexis Nexis verify my bankruptcy as 100% Accurate. They never did a fair investigation according to the 15 USC ****. 15 USC **** section 603 (3)(E) States; The term investigative consumer report means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumers credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from the consumer.They also violated my rights numerous times. The credit bureau violated my given rights under 15 USC ****. According to: 15 U.S.C **** section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. According to: 15 U.S.C **** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without my written instructions According to: 15 U.S.C. ****s-2 (A)(1) A person shall not furnish any information relating to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate.

      I opened a dispute case back in June 2022 about misinformation and defamation within my AutoInsurance claims made by *************************** This has impacted my ability to get insurance in a fair market price because of their false claims which I had asked for proof that what was said and made is true and is not hearsay.I have asked LexisNexis to remove this information that ************************** put on my profile - which the response I receive is that they will dispute this information for me, but I NEVER receive anything that shows proof of what ************************** is stating to be true and this has been on going with multiple attempts with LexisNexis.06/14/2022 - was when I first reached out to LexisNexis 07/20/2022 - more than 30 days later - responded with Incident 220720-000239 - with a form I had to fill out and send back in.09/15/2022 - contacted LexisNexis again - advising it had been more than 60 days since my first inquiry with no proof from ************************** and no resolution to removing false/misinformation/defamation remarks on my report - New Incident ID - ************* I responded with I will gladly verify my information on the phone with them - never received a call back from LexisNexis.Called into LexisNexis again - on 10/31/22 for 29 minutes - advised they would dispute again on my behalf - I asked LexisNexis to remove it from my file and it had been over the 30 days required - they said they had to dispute it with ************************** - I am at a loss and this misinformation from ************************** needs to be entirely expunged from my records.

      Ive been trying to get a copy of my business profile report from this company since 11/3/22. Ive spoken to about 5/6 agents where 3 actually hung up on me. I was informed to provide documents in order to receive my report. what was requested was, ID, EIN #, Proof of business location and Article of Organization. I submitted my article of organization 2xs with the agent not knowledgable in knowing what the document looks like. I have to get it notarized just for it to be accepted. *** moved to a different state and have been trying to update my business address, in which I provided lexis nexus a copy of a notarized **** address form showing my business name, address & my name. I spoke with a agent last nighty when then continue to tell me I need to submit one more document which is a bill showing my business address. I provided them with a xfinity bill showing the address which matches the **** notarized form and was told by the agent I need to have my business name on the **** (it shows my name " the owner" of this business)

      Lexis Nexis continues to report unverifiable/inaccurate bankruptcies on my report and to experian, transunion, and equifax I previously disputed the 2 bankruptcies being reported with Lexis nexis and was sent this letter I have uploaded in July28th 2022 that they could not verify them with pacer and they have been deleted but they continue to be the data furnisher from the credit bureaus reporting this info is accurate when it is not I demand this be deleted immediately and updated with all 3 credit bureaus.Your agency Violated my rights to privacy.
