Lexisnexis risk solutions has been reporting to New Jersey Manufacturers inaccurate information about my credit standing which adversely affects my insurance score. I have called numerous times to correct this to no avail. I have pulled my credit report and have verified this. There has not even been a inquiry on my report for lexisnexis. July 19th, 2022, I contacted the courthouse asking do they report bankruptcies to the credit bureaus and I received a letter stating " They DO NOT report any bankruptcies to anybody" So if that's the case. How did the credit bureaus verify my bankruptcy as 100% Accurate? They never did a fair investigation according to the Law: 15 USC ****. 15 UCS **** section 603 (3)(E) States; The term "Investigative consumer report" means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumer's character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the consumer reported on or with others with whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. However, such information shall not include specific factual information on a consumer's credit record obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer or from a consumer reporting agency when such information was obtained directly from a creditor of the consumer. They also Violated my rights numerous times. The Credit Bureaus Violated my given right under 15 USC **** According to: 15 U.S.C **** Section 602 A. States I have a right to privacy. According to:15 ********** Section 604 A Section 2: It also states a consumer reporting agency cannot furnish a account without MY written instructions. I was in am accident Jan 2021. I was not at fault in the accident both stated by the police report as well as my insurance company. Lexus Nexis shows I was at fault. I have contacted them several times providing documentation to have this resolved but they will not correct my information. My name is ************************* born 08/28/1973 last 4 of SSN ****. I'm writing in regards to unverified ** being reported on my ********/unverified file with Lexis Nexis. For the last year I've been given the run around with Lexis Nexis violating my consumer rights & violating FCRA guidelines. On more than one occasion, I sent Lexis Nexis proof from ****************** that neither entity report or verify bankruptcies; in fact ***** stated full social security numbers or date of birth are NOT listed per federal law. However, Lexis Nexis continues to report this unverifed ** & verify it to Experian. Finally June 18th 2022, I was sent a letter that this unverified ** would be deleted from the ********************* files. And yet, as of today Aug 1st 2022 it has yet to be deleted. Upon calling to speak with a supervisor I was told that yet another investigation was initiated June 27, 2022. I was told Lexis Nexis ******** doesn't have to comply with the law & that this unverifed ** still remains on my file with Lexis Nexis despite June 18th letter assuring me if was removed. I was also told they could not disclose their source. This is false information & against the law. As a consumer, I have the right to know who the source is. Per FCRA guidelines, if the source is anyone other that the original furnisher (court or pacer) then the item must be removed. Hello I am writing because *** tried numerous times to reach out to lexis nexis and have been getting the complete run around for my 3rd party report they have. Not only this I live in *** and I called the courthouse as well as went to the courthouse in person to confirm them sending documents to validate/verify a bankruptcy, to which they responded we absolutely do not! So now my question is how did LexisNexis verify a bankruptcy through the courthouse? Under 15 USC ****i(5) If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph (1) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or cannot be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall(i) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation; and (ii) promptly notify the furnisher of that information that the information has been modified or deleted from the file of the consumer. LexisNexis Risk Solutions **** takes complaints from consumers extremely seriously and we have a robust process in place for resolving such matters, including a Legal review of all responses and handling by our Operations Escalated Response Team.
For Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaints, we continue to use a generic response for posting on the BBB website and a mail a more fulsome response to the consumer. We have taken this approach to safeguard consumer-specific data; the BBB has confirmed that this is the better approach.
If the consumer does not agree with the BBB website response he or she can then reject the case on the BBB website; however, it keeps the consumers data safe.

Despite reaching out over four dozen times, and disputing with Lexis Nexis and requesting an opt out, Lexis Nexis is still reporting false i formation on my record and CLUE report. I have supporting documents from Geico stating my claims (which in all actuality were coverage inquiries) were non paid out and they were not accidents, CLUE says they were accidents.
