      I joined lifeMD on May 27th 2024 in order to obtain a Weightloss medication. A prescription was sent in for me without a consultation. I thought, well that was easy. I made an appointment anyway, to find out that should ever have happened, being sent in without a consultation, (I work in the medical field) I was assured anyway my prescription was being processed. The allotted 14 days given till I received had well passed and I sent a message, one of many on the app. Asking where my medication was. I got another automated message. I replied demanding a human look into the issue. I was then told due to an error my RX needed to be resent. It is still sitting in the processing stage a month later. I have requested my money back on several occasions and keep getting automated messages that that will only refund 150 of it because the other 48 was just to use their platform. Their platform is to track your Weightloss not send countless messages as to the location of the product I paid for. I have taken this up with my bank now. This place needs to be shut down. Also the pharmacy they use is highly suspect and has been involved in court cases because they had been diluting the medications with other substances not found in the name brand medication they are touting to sell.

      We write in response to the above-referenced complaint.The customer, *************************, enrolled in a ******************** subscription telehealth program on May 28, 2024, at a cost of $199. Thereafter, on May 29, 2024, **************** had an asynchronous telehealth consultation with a LifeMD affiliated provider and was prescribed medication, which was to be paid for separately. The particular type of medication prescribed usually takes ***** business days to prepare and ship. However, **************** did not provide payment for the medication and was advised of this on June 14, 2024. On June 18, 2024, **************** requested cancellation of her subscription. ****************** membership was canceled and, having already had a consultation with a provider, was issued a partial refund of $151.Given the cancellation and partial refund, we consider this complaint resolved.

      I ordered sleep medication approximately a week and 1/2 ago-they did not tell me they were sending 4 months of medication I believed I was ordering 1 months would try it and if it was effective would proceed from there. To my surprise the medication was absolutely toxic. It created low level anxie** ** and depression which interfered with my sleep and overall functioning.I continue to call only to be told they were too busy to take my.call and would phone me back.That never happened. I want delivery of any further medication stopped an?d a full refund. I am not paying for something that is toxic.

      The customer, *********************, ordered a four-month supply of a prescription drug product from LifeMD following authorization from an affiliated medical provider, and the order shipped on May 29, 2024. The terms and conditions, to which ************ affirmatively consented, specifically stated that prescription products are non-refundable. Unfortunately, ************ apparently did not experience the results she hoped for with this prescription product. On June 18, 2024, ************ contacted LifeMD requesting a refund and cancellation of her subscription. *** ***** subscription was canceled in accordance with her request, such that she will not incur any further recurring charges. However, the terms and conditions do not allow for refunds of approved prescription orders. Considering the fulfillment of the order and the subscription cancellation, we consider this complaint resolved.

      ON APPROX 12/16/23 I ORIGINALLY CONTACTED THIS COMPANY, LIFE MD, FOR WEIGHT LOSS SUPPORT. DURING MY CONSULATATION OVER THE ***** I WAS TOLD THAT DUE TO LIVING IN ********** I CANNOT RECEIVE THE WEIGHT LOSS MEDICATION. I QUESTIONED WHY THE SERVICE WOULD ALLOW PEOPLE TO EVEN HAVE AN APPT FOR THIS IF IT IS NOT ALLOWED IN **********. I MADE IT CLEAR I WOULD OBVIOUSLY NOT PROCEED SINCE I CANNOT EVEN RECEIVE THE MEDICATION WHERE I LIVE. NOW HERE WE ARE ON 6/18 AND I WAS JUST CHARGED $774.00 FOR NOTHING. I HAVE NOT AND DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THERE WAS NO REASON TO CHARGE ME. I WANT A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY. I WAS TRAVELING AND DUE TO THIS COMPANIES IRRESPONSIBLE BILLING, THIS REALLY CREATED PROBLEMS. I AM DISUGUSTED. At the time of her enrollment in the program, the customer affirmatively consented to enrollment in a subscription program, which would include periodic renewals.Thereafter, on January 22, 2024, ************** met virtually with a LifeMD affiliated telehealth provider wherein he was informed that he was not a candidate for the particular type of medication he was seeking. The customers subscription renewed on June 14, 2024. Since the customer indicated in his complaint that he never intended to sign up for the subscription and never utilized any of the subscription services, we have canceled his subscription and issued a full refund of $774 for the subscription renewal fees.Given the refund and cancellation, we consider this complaint to be resolved.

      I have been trying to reach customer service since ***** when I signed up. NO one ever answers the phone let alone return the calls when the automated system confirms you phone number and tells you, someone will call you back. Since I can't reach anyone to cancel my subscription (I haven't even been able to complete the set up, hence the reason I have been trying to reach CS) I just want the $290.25 refunded to my card. If you can't reach anyone within your customer service for 4 days, this is a scam.

      On May 18, 2024 I enrolled in LifeMD to discuss weight loss medications/options. On May 21,2024 I had a telehealth appt where I was told a prescription for wegovy would be submitted to my insurance. To date, I have received no communication from the app and they have stopped responding to messages on the app.

      The customer, *****************************, enrolled in a ******************** subscription telehealth program on May 14, 2024, at a monthly cost of $129.Thereafter, on May 20, 2024, ****************** met virtually with a LifeMD affiliated telehealth provider and was prescribed medication. Following the appointment, the treating clinician submitted a request for a prior authorization to be submitted to *** ******** ********** approval of which normally takes 7-10 business days. On May 31, 2024, LifeMD was notified that the prior authorization had been denied.On June 18, 2024, ****************** requested a refund and cancellation of her membership. Per her request, *** ******** membership was canceled and, having already met with a provider, she was issued a partial refund of $81 on June 20, 2024.Given the refund and cancellation, we consider this complaint to be resolved.

      June 4 I had I on phone call with a nurse practitioner who prescribed a prescription for Semaglutide whom said it would be delivered with in 10 to 14 days it is now 17 days. I have been in contact with them on and off ever since last week Monday. The only time they responded back to me was when I responded back that I was going to reach out to the BBB. All I am looking for is the refunded amount of what they already have taken from me do to no delivery of what they have promised. Also to warn others.

Given the fulfillment of the medication, cancellation of her account and refund, we consider this complaint resolved.

      I started a membership with lifeMD for weight loss treatment in the begining of May. I paid $386 for six months of medical treatment. I had my first appointment on May 10th and the provider sent a prescription for semiglutide the same day which cost $99. Over the course of a month, I contacted customer service repeatedly asking for tracking or an update. I was given a boiler plate response every time. I sent my final request for an update on June 4th with no response. I recieved the medication on June 4th. The medication is refrigerated. It arrived in a poorly packaged box with a single ice pack. The medication was extremely hot, to the point that it felt like it had been in a microwave. I sent a request for a replacement on the same day. **************** then responded with the tracking number. A few days later, I was told they would escalate my claim. I have contacted them multiple times but have not heard back. I have sent a request to cancel all membership renewals but have not heard back from anyone.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Please be aware that I never recieved a response from the escalation team. Considering this is a medical business, the lack of response is deeply concerning. A face to face doctors office would never be allowed to conduct themselves like this, and I hope that your rating of them reflects these worrying practices.

      Hello , I want to complain about this company called Life MD . By late May 2024 I subscribed to their services in order to obtain a medicine to better my health . Their advertisement said 129 a month all inclusive so I agreed . After I had the consultation online with their DR . I found that I had to pay more for the medicine $ 299 which I paid be a use I really needed the medicine . They then sent me a link to sign in their web to communicate and told me to wait 14 business days to receive my medicine through the mail . So far all I see in the tracking is processing it has never moved and when I call they give me vague excuses like your dr just placed order, your address has to be confirmed or the last one : we have escalated your case to see what went wrong wait for our comments . So you see , more than 14 days have passed and my medicine has not been send . I just think this was a scam and I am want the hard earned money I paid back because soon another month of the membership will be charged to my account . I beg you please help me get my money back and investigate this site because they are just taking money with no care of the customer .       Made the mistake of signing up for the weight management program 5/31/2024. Submitted my information including the dosage of medication I was already on. Provider completely disregarded the history information and responded days later sending a prescription that was no relevant to my medication history. I immediately responded reiterating the DOSAGE I was on . TEN DAYS LATER the provider sent over the prescription to their partner pharmacy. My medication was supposed to be included in the bundle but when I called ***** PHARMACY they stated LIFEMD had a hold on the medication due to nonpayment. Called LIFEMD. Got a rude agent that didn't want to really assist (9:49 EST 6/14/24). I asked who do I need to speak with . She got an attitude and said a manager would check on it. I had to keep asking on who. She proceeds to say I just have to wait and that it was 2-3 days for a callback. Would not transfer me or provide connecting information for the point of contact.Then she left me on an indefinite hold at approximately (10:03A.M. EST). Here I am. LIFEMD has my money and I've been out of medication for three weeks now. I am considering reporting the provider to the board and reporting this company because this is a consumer protection violation under the US Federal laws. LIFEMD cannot and should not play with people's health, money and wellness. Disgusting practices.

On June 15, 2024, **************** contacted LifeMD and requested a refund and cancellation of her subscription as she was under the impression that the cost of medication would be included in the program.Because the customer was under the mistaken belief that medication cost was included in the program, her subscription was canceled and she was issued a full refund on June 15, 2024.       On May 19th 2024 I placed an order for my prescription and have still not received it. I ran out and now I'm going to have to get it filled at an additional cost. I have messaged and called them with no response.

Unfortunately, the prescription order was not successfully submitted to the fulfillment pharmacy and **************** did not receive his order. On June 27, 2024, **************** was issued a full refund for the medication order. Given the refund, we consider this complaint resolved.
