Literally, the medicine does nothing. I followed directions for Ramelteon which had absolutely zero effect. I am 170lbs and count on a solid sleeping pill for sleep every night. This is certainly not worth the bottle it came it. AND LifeMd does not stand behind their products. No customer support. I was denied a refund OR suggestion for something that works. Just suggestions to buy different **** pills that dont workall very expensive $120 and up. Crazy! I got to believe all their products are ineffective. ** LifeMD customer support contacted me via email with No suggestion or attempt to remedy. Apparently theres nothing they could do. Expensive mistake on my part. Hope this helps others not to waste money on lifeMD scam products

      Dear Sir or Madam:

We write in response to the above-referenced complaint.

The customer, ***************************, ordered a two-month supply of a prescription drug product from LifeMD on February 9, 2024 at a cost of $132.60. The terms and conditions, to which ******************** affirmatively consented, specifically stated that prescription products are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, ********************** apparently did not experience the results he hoped for with this prescription product. On February 17, 2024, ******************** contacted LifeMD requesting cancellation of his subscription and a refund for the product. On February 19, 2024, LifeMD responded to ******************** and advised him that his subscription was canceled but that LifeMDs terms and conditions do not allow for refunds of approved prescription orders.

Nonetheless, as a courtesy, *** ********* subscription was canceled and he was issued a refund of $132.60 on April 12, 2024.

Considering this subscription cancellation and refund, we consider this complaint to be resolved.

April 11, 2024 I was charged $387 for a 6 month plan that i thought was only for medicine i was looking to start using to help with weight loss. I didnt know that this was for an insurance plan or something like that because i initially searched up the weight loss medication and this site popped up. I wasn't given an invoice or a receipt to what i paid and i was basically forced to pay to see more info on the site which lead me to think that i was paying for the medication up front and not some random subscription to insurance. The business is currently let giving me a refund for me being mislead ive called about 5 times throughout the past 1-3 hours and no one has answered and ive been told i would get a call back each time and still nothing. I believe i was advertised misleadingly. I was able to cancel in less than an hour and am told that i will still be able to access the account until october and use the benefits but i dont need insurance from this company and id respectfully like a refund.

      Dear Sir or Madam:

We write in response to the above-referenced complaint.

The customer, *******************************, enrolled in a ******************** subscription telehealth program on April 11, 2024.  Later that same day, ****************** requested a refund and cancellation of her membership. Although the terms of the program expressly state that medication cost is not included in the subscription fee, ****************** indicates she was under the impression that the cost of medication would be included in the program.

Per her request, *** ******** membership was canceled and she was issued a full refund on April 12, 2024.

We do apologize for any frustrations regarding communication issues. However, once a customers subscription is canceled, their account is deactivated and the customer is no longer able to communicate with LifeMD staff or providers through the patient portal.

Considering this subscription cancellation and refund, we consider this complaint to be resolved.

The customer, ***************************, enrolled in a ******************** subscription telehealth program on March 7, 2024 at a cost of $290.25. Thereafter, on March 20, 2024, ************** met virtually with a LifeMD affiliated provider and was prescribed medication, which she paid for separately.

While the prescription was sent to the pharmacy on March 20, 2024, the customers $159 payment for the medication was not received until April 5, 2024, causing a delay. The medication shipped on April 10, 2024, and was delivered to ************** on April 12, 2024.

We write in response to the above-referenced complaint.

The customer, ***************************, enrolled in a ******************** subscription telehealth program on April 3, 2024 at a cost of $387. The subscription terms, to which ************** affirmatively consented, specifically stated that medication costs are not included in the program subscription fees.

When I was looking at LifeMD they sent me several texts a week to sign up. Once I sign up they cant be bothered to respond to customers. On Thursday I had someone text me to verify my address. I replied 1 minute after with my address. They didnt respond till the next day. They havent sent my prescription even though I called and they apparently sent it out last night! Interesting its today and I havent received my medication. They dont give you a tracking number, they dont respond in a timely manner but will blow up your phone to sign up. My appointment was March 31st and I still have yet to receive any updates on my medication. Do not go through them they are just doing it for the money.

I signed up thinking it was to pay for the medicine - I paid for the 3 month program in advance for $387.00. I realized immediately that its not at all how they described it and the medicine was not included and Id have to pay much much more to even get to where I may get the prescription. The shots were sent to my house after paying an additional cost of $100 and shots were just tiny needles of insulin. No ozempic logo or any other brand logo. They should be shut down , they arent real they are scammers and its a lot of money.

The customer, *********************, enrolled in a ******************** subscription telehealth program on March 1, 2024, at a cost of $387. Thereafter, on March 27, 2024, **************** attended a telehealth appointment with a LifeMD affiliated provider and prescribed medication, which he paid for separately at a cost of $99.

On April 10, 2024, **************** contacted the LifeMD care team indicating that the package he received contained empty syringes, but no vial of medication. Package weight records, however, are consistent with the package containing the correct vial of medication.

Nonetheless, on April 15, 2024, **************** subscription was canceled and he was issued a full refund for the cost of his medication. Having already met virtually with an affiliated healthcare provider, he was issued a partial refund of $347.

Considering this subscription cancellation and refund, we consider this complaint to be resolved.

On 3/31/24 I ordered on-line a sleep aid promised to be better than ******, called Rozerem (ramelteon) from LifeMD. I answered a list of questions and they sent me the product. I tried it and instead of helping my insomnia, it made it worse and also caused headache. I called the company for a refund and they refused and offered no help whatsoever and were not sympathetic even, just tried to sell me some other sleep aids. I am afraid to even try the product anymore and have wasted $132 on a product that, instead of helping my insomnia, actually makes it worse!

On 2/29/2024, I signed up thinking it was to pay for the medicine - I paid for the 3 month program in advance for $387.00. My initial appointment with a "healthcare professional" wasn't until 03/18/2024 being their first available appointment. I realized during this call that its not at all how they described it and the medicine was not included. But the "healthcare professional" ensured me that I had great insurance coverage and that my Rx would only be $50 per month. However, within 1 day of the initial consultation, I got a call from the pharmacy indicating the prescription was ready, but for $550. I contacted LifeMD and they indicated I simply had to wait over 14 days to get a pre-authorization. I have confirmed the prescription will never be $50 as promised, but instead it will be $550. And again, LifeMD marketed the initial fee to include the cost of the prescription. I also want to confirm I am not signed up for an auto-renewal. I just want my $387.00 back. LfeMD is a predator that is scamming innocent customers.

I completed the LifeMD questionnaire and paid the required fee of $290 which stated it was for a three month supply of medication on 4/5/24. I was told I had an appointment with a doctor but it is 2 weeks out. I have tried to contact the company via email for a full refund. The patient portal does not allow you to speak with anyone unless you pay for a membership. I would like a full refund of my money as this company has lied and misused my money and information. I was also under the belief that the $290 included the medication, but it does not.

LifeMD is extremely misleading. I assumed the cost of the 3 month membership included the treatment but found out after reading other reviews it does not. I have my own insurance and the cost of this simple portion seems high enough to make you believe everything is included when in fact, it isn't. I asked to cancel my membership as it has been less than 24 hours of signing up but they state it is canceled but will continue through until the end of the 3 months I already paid for. I am trying to find a contact number to reach them at to speak with them further.
