I purchased this plan on Oct 30 thinking that everything was included. The medication is at your expense. I also have not been able to get ahold of any one via phone, requests or emails. No responses to anything and i want this cancelled and refunded. This is not a place to purchase items through. They are a scam.

      Dear Sir or Madam:

We write in response to the above-referenced complaint.

The customer, *************************, signed up for a ******************** subscription telehealth program on October 30, 2023. Although the terms of the program expressly state that medication cost is not included in the subscription fee, **************** indicates she was under the impression that the cost of medication would be included in the program.

Because the customer was under the mistaken belief that medication cost was included, her subscription was canceled and a full refund was issued to her on November 3, 2023.

Considering this subscription cancellation and refund, we consider this complaint to be resolved.

got charged for weight loss service but after payment, there's no further contact as promised on the website made by the company. Called them and emailed them, but no one responded me for my cancellation of the membership

I signed up for LifeMD after they kept blowing up my phone with marketing and offered me 50% off. I was under the impression that the membership included the complete care package like other Med spas (including prescriptions) When I realized it didnt, I cancelled within 2 hours of paying and called for a refund. They told me I was not eligible for a refund, even though I have received NO services from them yet! My pcp referred me to them, and now I feel scammed. They literally took $387.00 from me and basically told me to eat the charge even after I begged. I hope this is made right, because this is not how you treat patients just trying to get help. Im a medical assistant and I feel like I was done so dirty by one of our own.

I called again hoping to speak to someone with actual empathy, and luckily an ***** named ********* did ultimately refund me. HOWEVER, I feel as though she is a needle in a haystack with this company, and I will still warn people to stay away from LifeMD. Its a horrible practice to prey on those desperate for help, and I will be reporting them to HHS for fraud.

10/16/23 - ordered the service, misrepresented that medication was included, called immediately (within 1 hour) and was told I would receive a refund. No refund after 2 weeks and was now told that they will not refund based on terms and conditions

On 9-15-23, I placed an order of sleep medication after an online consultation with a doctor from their company. My credit card was charged and I never received any product or contact from the company. I have attempted to contact them by email and have not received any correspondence back.

I thought I purchased just the medication Ozempic for weight loss. I attempted to contact them without success today that I wanted my money back and now that I have read reports of others having issues, I do not want to do business with them. You cannot contact them. Their website and app do not work at all and I am VERY upset and disturbed that there are so many complaints and theyre stealing from people with no consequences. Please help me get a refund, I would GREATLY appreciate it!

I feels its a false advertising issue. The website promotes the medications ozempic and you fill out a form if you qualify. I was just diagnosed pre-diabetic I did qualify and was charged $368 I thought that was for the telehealth visit and medication I had one phone call and got a one month supply which cost that was not. A month later I get another $368 charge and only then I discovered I actually joined a weight loss program?! I had no idea and its a recurring fee. I called to cancel and demand a refund which they have refused. I see other complaints with the same problem so feel it needs to be addressed. My account now doesnt include my billing history so I cant submit that as proof

      Dear Sir or Madam:

We write in response to the above-referenced complaint.

The customer, ***********************************, enrolled in a LifeMD subscription telehealth program on July 7, 2023. The first three months (July, August, September) of the program were provided to ******************** at the introductory price of $193.50, 50% off the full price of $387.00.

******************** thereafter met virtually with a LifeMD affiliated telehealth provider and received one shipment of medication.
The customers subscription renewed on October 7, 2023 at the full price of $387.00, as the 50% off introductory price had ended.  ******************** called LifeMD on October 12, 2023 to cancel her subscription, and was issued a refund of $387.00 on November 1, 2023.

Considering this subscription cancellation and refund, we consider this complaint to be closed.

I paid the initial joining fee for the weigh loss program which was $290.25. I asked for a refund less than 2 weeks after joining, never had an appointment and never used any of their services. The doctor who contacted me said they would let LifeMD know, and now conveniently I can't send them a message in the app. I still haven't gotten a refund and believe they are aware of these foul practices, I need my refund so I can move on.

I placed an order last night 10/25. Called my doctor about my prescription. My doctor informed me I cannot take sleeping pills due to medical reasons. I contacted LifeMD at 9:30am to inform them. They cancelled my subscription but are refusing to refund my prescription purchase. This is very unethical especially since my order was less than 24 hours and it has not be shipped. I am requesting an immediate refund.

I signed up for a Weight Loss Program less than 24 hours ago. After which I started to do more research into the program and company. MANY negative reviews, complaints on BBB, and refusals to refund money.I called and explained the reasons for my cancellation and that I was under the impression that the rx would be at the least partially covered, which is not the case. They told me they could cancel my membership but the refund would need to go to upper management and someone would call me within **** business days. The reason given was due to a high request for refunds, which I guess validated my request to cancel overall.**** business days for a follow up is extremely poor business practice and not acceptable. I dont have any trust that someone will actually call me vs hope that Ill forget about it and get charged the hundreds of dollars for the program that I have now cancelled within 1 day of signing up.Do your thorough research before even beginning to sign up for this program!
