      I had an outstanding experience with ****! He went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I was having. He kept me on the line for about 30 minutesnot to waste time, but to make absolutely sure I received the best care possible. **** not only helped get my issue resolved but also made sure my account was refunded and credited appropriately. Throughout the entire process, he maintained a great attitude and showed genuine care. Truly exceptional customer servicethank you, ****!

      I would give them no stars if I could. **** you into good service to start off with at least thats what they want you to think. They never actually worked with my insurance company like they were supposed to. Then I only got 1 month prescription, so 6 days off my meds and no one is helping me. All other info was provided to me but yes paid a lot of money upfront and appt of money for prescriptions. Dont use this company its a rip off.

      Just like everyone else...Placed an order in feb. received first week in April. after LOTS of emails and phone calls. they gave me a free renewal. now, THE EXACT SAME THING!!! I will not be renewing again. I am also not 100% convinced it is the same meds because my weight loss has essentially stopped and my diet and exercise has not. I will also be filing a complaint with the ***. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

      First of all it took 2 weeks to get an appointment. I had my appt on 4/13/2025. The script was then sent. It is now 4/30/2025 and all I am getting are excuses or the run around on why they haven't sent my script out yet. They charged me double the amount of what my receipt says. I am asking for a refund and have called my *** card company to report fraud to my account to try and get it back. This place is a scam!!! Stay far far away.

      Received the first prescription and when it's time to ask for a renewal I can't seem to get one. Each answer I get states they are flagging it to higher prioritize me getting a refill but nothing happens. I found this company linked through my *** account so thought it would be legit and that is clearly not the case. Wish I would have seen all these reviews about this company before I started. Also when I log into the account there is now an error stating "The doctor does not exsist". Very dissatisfied with this company.

      Do not sign up and give them your money!!********* is a joke. They charge you to run eligibility. No real provider does that. Plus they constantly change the time line of when things will be done. Was told shipping would take 5-7 days. Then ***** then told we are getting anew rx because the pharmacy the first one went to no longer issues these meds. Shipping would be expedited and should have things in ***** hours never happened call to cancel and the most stoned child helps you. Who cant issues refunds on the meds that have not shipped ( they even verify they had not shipped) nor received. Oh and no supervisor can be spoken to they dont exist. So at best youll get a fraction of what you paid back and nothing to show for the wait for the last 6 plus weeks since you started this c*** such a scam!

      Paid on April 4 supposed to be 10 to 14 days, as of April 26 still no medication. Called a couple times told to wait, be soon. Called today, said I would need another appointment and reorder. NO WAY, CANCELED

      I places a 3 month order fir the weight loss almost 3 weeks ago and weighted 2 weeks fir the phone appointment. They kept confirming the appointment with me even up ti the day of .. then canceled it 2 hours before my appointment and told me it was rescheduled for 2 more weeks away.. so no w they want me to weight 1 month just to talk to someone and still no product.. I told them the are a scam and want a refund . They still didn't reach out to me like they said they would about a refund ..

      Ive been a member for almost a month and *** had the worst experience. First I wait 2 weeks for my PA to get approved just to be told that they never submitted a PA. When they did they said it was denied and I have to make another appointment with a nurse. When I tried to make another appointment the next available a slot would be a month from now. They did credit me 2 weeks for my membership because I complained. I also got a sooner appointment because I complained. They made a mistake but didnt make an effort to make things right so they need to step up their customer service. Im giving them one more opportunity but there is no way I can recommend this company to anyone at this point.
